Abstract

The device consists of glazing (1) entirely equipped at the mirror mounter's with a frame section (15) assembled at an angle, bonded on to a sealing gasket (19) and receiving a second sealing gasket (10) with multiple lips in which the internal glass pane (9) is set, the assembly thus produced is installed from the outside on an opening chassis (frame) (2) or fixed chassis which has been entirely fitted beforehand, to which it is fixed by means of pivoting clamps (13) with eccentric clamping; it also includes single glazing, also bonded on to a frame section, to which is bonded a second seal for bearing on the chassis of the glazing to which it is fixed from the outside by means of clamps (13); the external glazing (glass pane) is held on edge by means of an auxiliary section (24).

Il est connu, dans l'art antérieur, le vitrage dit "collé" qui consiste à coller ledit vitrage contre un cadre métallique support généralement en aluminium, entourant celui-ci, dans lequel il est centré par interposition de cales d'assise disposées entre le bord du vitrage et le retour du châssis support. Pour assurer l'étanchéité entre la face intérieure du vitrage et le châssis, on utilise au moins un joint d'étanchéité collé d'une part sur une face en regard dudit châssis et d'autre part sur la face correspondantexdu vitrage. La vitre 50 est livrée avec son profilé d'encadrement 51 collé en usine chez le miroitier sur un joint silicone 52. Le profilé 51 d'encadrement du vitrage est différent de celui du double vitrage. Il est sensiblement rectangulaire fermé avec le même décrochement 16 que celui du profilé 15 (fig.1) pour le passage de la bride de serrage excentrique 13 et l'épaulement 17 de retenu de ladite bride, il est également muni d'une alvéovis 28 d'assemblage d'angle par vis auto-taraudeuses. Le profilé 51 comporte un second décrochement 53, opposé en oblique au décrochement 16, et muni d'une mini ailette 54 supportant le joint d'étanchéité 55, en appui sur la face 56 dudit profilé 51 parallèle à la face 8 du châssis 2.Une seconde mini ailette 57 est prévue à la base du profilé 51 pour maintenir le joint 58 à lèvres multiples normalement collé sur le profilé 51 chez le miroitier. On a également utilisé le profilé 24 de maintien sur chant de la vitre 50. Le profilé 51 est appuyé sur la même cale 30 que le profilé en U 15 (fig.1) posée sur l'aile 11 du châssis 2. L'extrémité basse du joint 58 comporte une lèvre inférieure 60, présente également sur le joint 10 (fig.1), faisant fonction de clapet de ventilation du châssis. Claims

CLAIMS:

1 - Device for fixing a double glazing or a single glazing on a fixed or corresponding opening frame consisting of a glazing frame arranged to be fixed on said frame according to claim 1 of the main patent, characterized in that it comprises - a glazing (1), fully equipped in the mirror shop, with a profile (15) for framing double glazing (9.21) and seals (10.19), said assembly thus formed being posed , from the outside, by means of shims (30) on the chassis (2) previously fully assembled, and fixing on the latter by means of flanges (13) with head (44) with eccentric provided with a flat (45) putting it under pressure, by means of its seal (10), against a face (8) facing said chassis (2), - a profile (2) constituting said chassis including a wing (11) receives the clamps (13) for clamping the glazing, - a safety profile (24) fixing on the end of the wing (11) of said frame is (2), - a single glazing (50), fully equipped in the mirror shop, with a profile (51) for framing a single glazing and two seals (52, 58), said assembly thus constituted is placing, from the outside, by means of shims (22), on the chassis (2, 65) previously fully assembled, and fixing on it by means of flanges (13) putting it under pressure, by l 'intermediate of its seal (58) against a face (8) opposite said chassis (2, 65), - a tubular section (65) constituting a fixed chassis of which a wing (11) receives the flanges (13) for clamping the glazing, - a flange (40) for quickly clamping a bracket (37) for fixing the frame (65) on a structural profile (4) on which are seals (6) supported .

2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the profile (15) for framing the double glazing (1) is U-shaped comprising a recess (16) for passage of the flanges (13), on the side of the glass outer (21), larger than the inner glass (9), and a fin (17) at the bottom of said recess retaining the head of said flange (13), in that the outer face of the wing (18) is glued on a seal (19) itself glued to the inside of the outer pane (21), in that a seal (26) with multiple lips has a recessed extension on the one hand in the bottom of said profile (15) in which is engaged the window (9) and on the other hand on the second wing (27), the lower part (60) of said seal (10) forming a valve on a ventilation opening of the chassis (2, 65) , in that said profile (15) is provided with a socket (28) provided, in cooperation with self-tapping screws, for the corner assembly of said profile at the time of mounting age at the mirror shop.

3 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the profile (51) for framing the single glazing (50, 70) is of substantially rectangular shape comprising a recess (16) for passage of the flanges (13) on the side of the window and a fin (17) at the bottom of said recess cooperating with the eccentric head of said flange (13), in that said profile is glued, on the recess side, to a seal (52) itself glued on the inside of the window (50), in that a seal (58) with multiple lips is glued to the face (56) of said profile (51) and placed in abutment on the face (8) of the facing frame, said seal ending in the lower part with a lip (60), in that said section (51) is provided with a socket (28) for angle assembly at the mirror shop.

4 - Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tubular chassis profile (2) is extended at the bottom by a wing (11) perpendicular to its face (8) bearing the seal. (10,58), arranged to receive the flanges (13) and the shims (30) and comprising at its end a slide (25) receiving the angle section (24) provided with a complementary slide.

5 - Device according to claims 1 and 3, characterized in that the fixed tubular frame (65) is extended by a wing (11) perpendicular to its bearing face (8) of the seal, receiving the flanges ( 13), the shims (30), and at its free end, the profile (24) by means of a complementary slide (25).

6 - Device according to claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the rapid fixing of the fixed frame (65) on the slide (36) of the extension (42) of the structural section (4), by a bracket (37), is obtained by means of an oblong pivoting shoulder flange (40) cooperating with an elastically deformable metal washer.
