Claims (10)

  1. Bateau comprenant une porte ou volet (1) pouvant être rabattu vers le bas à partir d'une ouverture d'étrave (15), formant un élément d'étrave en forme de V ou de pelle bombé vers l'extérieur, le volet (1) étant monté au moyen de brides en saillie (9a, 9b) disposées sur ses deux côtés sur des articulations tournantes (13a) décalées vers l'intérieur du bateau par rapport à la paroi externe de l'étrave, et le décalage vers l'arrière de chaque articulation tournante (13a) étant choisi de manière que lorsque le volet (1) est fermé, la partie inférieure et les parties latérales du volet se raccordent à l'étrave en forme de V ou de pelle, et que lorsque le volet (1) est ouvert la partie inférieure du volet (1) soit située au-dessous de la zone de la paroi inférieure du bateau qui se raccorde directement au bord inférieur de l'ouverture d'étrave (15), et soit séparée de cette dernière par un espace ouvert (2).
  2. Bateau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque bride en saillie (9a, 9b) comprend entre son articulation tournante (13a) et la paroi du volet un évidement (19a) ouvert vers le bas, la profondeur de l'évidement étant sélectionnée de manière que lorsque le volet (1) est ouvert, la partie de la paroi du bateau qui est située directement au-dessous du bord inférieur de l'ouverture d'étrave (15) soit disposée dans l'évidement (19a).
  3. Bateau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'importance de la plage de pivotement du volet (1) est choisie de manière que la paroi externe du volet (1) à l'état ouvert soit située au moins en partie au-dessous de la ligne de flottaison du bateau et en ce qu'au moins la partie de la paroi externe du volet (1) qui est située au-dessous de la ligne de flottaison quand le volet (1) est ouvert est de forme convexe en direction longitudinale du bateau, de manière que le bateau soit soulevé du côté de l'étrave lorsqu'il se déplace sur l'eau en direction de l'avant alors que le volet (1) est ouvert et qu'il en résulte un effet d'aspiration pour l'eau et/ou pour l'air qui est ou sont aspirés au-dessous de la coque du bateau en passant par l'espace ouvert (2).
  4. Bateau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie avant et les parties latérales du volet sont situées au moins dans leur parties avant et à l'état rabattu vers l'extérieur au-dessus de la ligne de flottaison, de manière que le volet (1) agisse à la manière d'un corps à force ascensionnelle de façon à appliquer au bateau une poussée ascensionnelle additionnelle.
  5. Bateau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le volant (1) comprend en tant que corps à force ascensionnelle un espace creux fermé (6).
  6. Bateau selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi externe du volet peut être enfoncée au moins en partie au-dessous de la ligne de flottaison et être fixée dans sa position pour augmenter dans l'eau la force ascensionnelle lorsque le bateau est à l'arrêt ou lorsqu'il se déplace.
  7. Bateau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par au moins une unité à piston et cylindre à double effet (23a, 23b) dont une extrémité (25a, 25b) est fixée au côté interne du bateau et dont l'autre extrémité (22a, 22b) coopère avec au moins l'une des brides en saillie (9a, 9b) à distance de l'articulation tournante (13a, 13b), de manière à presser la paroi externe du volet au moins en partie au-dessous de la ligne de flottaison et à tirer la paroi du volet dans l'ouverture de l'étrave.
  8. Bateau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fond externe (35) du bateau comprend une zone de transition à arête vive (36) avec la paroi latérale externe (37) du bateau et une zone de transition arrondie (39) avec la partie arrière de manière à pouvoir manoeuvrer le bateau avec précision vers un endroit désiré.
  9. Bateau selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par un gradin (41) constituant une extrémité abrupte entre la zone de transition à arête vive et la zone de transition arrondie (36, 39).
  10. Bateau selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le gradin (41) est constitué à partir de l'étrave du bateau à une distance qui est au maximum des deux tiers de la longueur totale du bateau.
