Furthermore, the firm and safe fixing of the rod 9 into the head 15 - as obtained according to the invention - prevents any possible damage which could be caused to such a mechanically fragile material, as the ceramic one, by vibrations, oscillations and possible impacts. Said fixing also helps to most efficiently oppose the effects of the high forces of inertia determined by the high speed of the movable core, which would tend to expel the rod from said core.

  • the cavity 10 - formed as a wide slit perpendicular to the axis of the drum 3, along a directrix of its cylindrical surface - has its head walls 21 and 22, positioned according to the generating lines of said drum, considerably inclined and opening outwardly wide apart.
  • Said walls may suitably consist of simple inclined flat surfaces - as in the embodiment shown in the drawings - but they could also consist of any other similarly inclined surface having one or more curvatures.
  • the walls of the cavity 10 are thus not apt to prevent the rotation of the drum 3, nor is the end of the rod 9 likely to undergo damage, in that there is no actual impact, but rather a gradual sliding contact which protects the integrity both of the rod 9 and of the cavity 10.
  • the configuration of the other parts of the drum 3 allows it to fully rotate about its axis: the adjustable columns 7 are in fact - in their position of maximum extension - contained inside a circle C with centre in A, while the free end of the rod 9, even when it is in a position projecting from the respective device 8, keeps external to the circle C, avoiding all possibility of impact against the adjustable columns 7.

Claims (6)

  1. Fournisseur de trame pour métiers a injection de fluide - du type apte à mesurer les longueurs de fil de trame (4) à insérer dans la foule du métier (fournisseur-mesureur de trame), consistant en un moteur électrique (1) entraînant la rotation d'un bras d'enroulement (2), un tambour (3) maintenu fixe autour duquel ledit bras (2) enroule le fil (4) en spires régulières, formant une réserve de fil de trame (5) dont la longueur est commandée par des capteurs (6) appropriés, et un dispositif d'arrêt de fil électromagnétique (8) comprenant au moins une bobine électromagnétique (12) et un noyau mobile (13) en matériau ferromagnétique soumis aux actions contraires de ladite bobine et d'un ressort de rappel (14), afin de déplacer une tige d'arrêt de fil (9) apte à engager et à arrêter le fil (4) à la sortie du fournisseur de trame, entre une position de repos rétractée et une position d'arrêt de fil en projection dans laquelle l'extrémité de la tige (9) est positionnée dans une cavité (10) formée à cette fin sur la périphérie du tambour, près de son extrémité libre - caractérisé en ce que, le noyau mobile (13) du dispositif d'arrêt de fil (8) est fait d'une tête creuse (15) sensiblement cylindrique de matériau ferromagnétique et d'une tige cylindrique (9) de céramique, positionnée axialement dans le creux de la tête, et en ce que la surface externe de la tige et la surface interne de la tête creuse sont dotées de gorges (17, 17A, 18, 18A) le long de leurs directrices, et la partie creuse restante (16) entre la tête et la tige est remplie de matière plastique, qui est injectée sous pression pour bloquer la tige dans la tête.
  2. Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites gorges (17, 17A, 18, 18A) de la tige et de la tête creuse (15) du dispositif d'arrêt de fil (8) ne coïncident pas lors du montage des deux pièces du noyau mobile (13).
  3. Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'extrémité libre en projection de ladite tige (9) est arrondie.
  4. Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois (21, 22) de la cavité (10) du tambour logeant l'extrémité de la tige (9) du dispositif d'arrêt de fil (8) - qui sont positionnées le long des génératrices du tambour - sont inclinées afin de s'ouvrir très écartées vers l'extérieur.
  5. Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdites parois inclinées (21, 22) de la cavité (10) du tambour logeant l'extrémité de la tige (9) du dispositif d'arrêt de fil (8) sont des surfaces plates inclinées.
  6. Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 4, du type comportant un tambour (3) avec des colonnes (7) se projetant de manière appropriée depuis un corps cylindrique, dans lequel lesdites colonnes (7) - dans leur position de projection maximale - sont contenues dans un cercle (C) ayant pour centre (A) l'axe de rotation du tambour, ladite tige (9) du dispositif d'arrêt de fil (8) demeurant en permanence à l'extérieur dudit cercle (C).
