Claims (17)
- Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame (10) pour des métiers à tisser pneumatiques, comportant un tambour fixe (12), un disque rotatif (13) pour enrouler sur ledit tambour une réserve de fil (F) devant être amené au métier à tisser, et un élément d'arrêt électromagnétique (16) pour bloquer le déroulement du fil à partir du tambour après le comptage, réalisé au moyen d'une cellule photoélectrique, d'un nombre prédéterminé (n) de tours,
caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'arrêt électromagnétique (16) comprend un aimant permanent (18,180) qui coopère avec un noyau magnétique fixe (19,190) muni d'une ouverture circulaire dans laquelle un élément mobile creux (24,240) passe, ledit élément mobile supportant un bobinage (27,270) à travers lequel circule un courant d'excitation (I'), et en ce que l'élément mobile (24,240) supporte un doigt d'arrêt de fil (17) à son extrémité, et est monté sans engagement de contact sur une extension cylindrique (21) de l'aimant (18,180), ledit élément mobile (24,240) étant supporté de sorte qu'il peut se déplacer axialement par rapport à ladite extension cylindrique. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (24) de l'élément d'arrêt électromagnétique (16) est monté sur une broche (21) qui constitue une extension de l'aimant permanent (18) et est élastiquement suspendu, de sorte qu'il peut se déplacer librement le long de l'axe de ladite broche (21), par une paire de ressorts plats (28,29) agissant également comme éléments pour retenir et centrer l'élément mobile (24) par rapport à la broche (21). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que ledit noyau magnétique fixe est constitué par une jupe cylindrique (19), ledit aimant permanent (18) étant agencé à l'intérieur de ladite jupe cylindrique et sur sa paroi arrière (20), et ladite broche (21) de l'aimant (18) s'étendant axialement, traversant l'ouverture circulaire prévue sur une face (22) de la jupe (19) opposée à la paroi arrière (20) de façon à délimiter un jeu annulaire (23). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1, 2 et 3,
caractérisé en ce que la largeur du jeu annulaire (23) est sensiblement égale au rayon de la broche (21) de l'aimant (18) ou plus petite que celui-ci. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (24) est constitué par un boîtier cylindrique creux (26) réalisé en une matière ayant un faible poids spécifique, et en ce que le diamètre interne du boîtier (26) est sensiblement plus grand que le diamètre externe de la broche (21) de l'aimant (18). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier creux (26) est réalisé en une matière polymère. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier creux (26) est réalisé en carton. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier creux (26) est imprégné d'une résine polymère. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le bobinage (27) de l'élément mobile (24) est agencé à l'extérieur du boîtier (26) au niveau du jeu annulaire (23). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits ressorts plats (28,29) sont annulaires et sont rigidement couplés à la jupe du noyau magnétique fixe (19) et au boîtier creux (26) de l'élément mobile (24). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 et 10,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits ressorts plats (28,29) sont réalisés en plaques d'acier. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1 et 10,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits ressorts plats (28,29) sont réalisés en une matière non métallique choisie dans le groupe constitué des fibres textiles, du carton, des fibres de verre. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 12,
caractérisé en ce que ladite matière non métallique est imprégnée d'une résine polymère. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 1, 10, 11 ou 12,
caractérisé en ce que lesdits ressorts plats (28,29) sont mutuellement espacés d'une étendue qui est égale à approximativement la moitié de l'extension axiale de la broche (21) de l'aimant (18). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (240) comprend un manchon cylindrique (271) ayant un bobinage d'excitation (270), en ce que ledit manchon est fermé par un fond (272) muni d'une broche (273) s'achevant par le doigt d'arrêt (17), ledit aimant permanent (180) étant supporté par une extension cylindrique (191) du noyau magnétique (190) et s'étendant à travers l'ouverture du noyau magnétique (190) pour former un jeu annulaire (230) et l'aimant permanent (180) reçoit le manchon cylindrique (271) sur l'élément mobile, qui est monté de façon coulissante sur ledit aimant et sur ladite extension cylindrique, et ledit fond (272) de l'élément mobile (240) étant soumis à l'action d'un ressort (274) qui actionne l'élément mobile (240) et le doigt d'arrêt (17) dans la position pour engager le fil et fournit une force élastique pour stopper ledit fil. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 15,
caractérisé en ce que le bobinage d'excitation (270) de l'élément mobile (240) est alimenté par un courant d'excitation (I') qui réagit au champ de l'aimant permanent (180) pour déplacer l'élément mobile (240) à l'encontre de l'action dudit ressort (274) et pour libérer le fil de l'action d'arrêt produite par le doigt d'arrêt (17). - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon les revendications 15 et 16,
caractérisé en ce que la broche (273), rigidement couplée au fond (272) de l'élément mobile, peut coulisser dans une douille (192) formée sur le noyau magnétique fixe (190), et en ce que la broche (273) et la douille (192) coopèrent de façon à guider l'élément mobile (240), en lui permettant de se déplacer sans engagement de contact, par rapport à l'aimant (180) et à l'extension cylindrique (191).
