Claims (17)
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung (10) für pneumatische Webstühle, aufweisend eine feste Trommel (12), eine rotierende Scheibe (13) zum Aufwickeln einer Fadenreserve (F), die dem Webstuhl zugeführt werden soll, auf die Trommel und ein elektromagnetisches Stoppelement (16) zum Blockieren des Abwickelns des Fadens von der Trommel, nachdem mittels einer photoelektrischen Zelle eine vorgegebene Anzahl (n) an Windungen gezählt wurde,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektromagnetische Stoppelement (16) einen Permanentmagneten (18, 180) aufweist, der mit einem ortsfesten Magnetkern (19, 190) zusammenwirkt, welcher mit einer kreisförmigen Öffnung, in der ein hohles, bewegliches Element (24, 240) umläuft, versehen ist, wobei das bewegliche Element eine Wicklung (27, 270) trägt, durch die ein Erregerstrom (I') fließt, und dadurch, daß das bewegliche Element (24, 240) einen Fadenanschlagfinger (17) an seinem Ende trägt und daß es ohne Kontakteingriff auf einem zylindrischen Fortsatz (21) des Magneten (18, 180) angebracht ist, wobei das bewegliche Element (24, 240) so getragen wird, daß es sich axial bezüglich des zylindrischen Fortsatzes bewegen kann. - Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (24) des elektromagnetischen Stoppelements (16) auf einem Stift (21) angebracht ist, der einen Fortsatz des Permanentmagneten (18) bildet, und daß es durch ein Paar Flachfedern (28, 29) elastisch aufgehängt ist, so daß es sich frei entlang der Achse des Stifts (21) bewegen kann, wobei die Flachfedern (28, 29) auch als Elemente zum Halten und Zentrieren des beweglichen Elements (24) bezüglich des Stifts (21) wirken.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ortsfeste Magnetkern von einem zylindrischen Mantel (19) gebildet wird, der Permanentmagnet (18) innerhalb des zylindrischen Mantels und an seiner Rückwand (20) angeordnet ist und der Stift (21) des Magneten (18), der sich axial erstreckt, durch die kreisförmige Öffnung geht, die auf einer Fläche (22) des Mantels (19) gegenüber der Rückwand (20) vorgesehen ist, um einen ringförmigen Spalt (23) zu begrenzen.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weite des ringförmigen Spalts (23) im wesentlichen gleich oder kleiner als der Radius des Stifts (21) des Magneten (18) ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (24) durch ein hohles, zylindrisches Gehäuse (26) gebildet wird, welches aus einem Material gemacht ist, das ein geringes spezifisches Gewicht hat, und dadurch, daß der innere Durchmesser des Gehäuses (26) im wesentlichen größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser des Stifts (21) des Magneten (18).
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hohle Gehäuse (26) aus Polymermaterial gemacht ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hohle Gehäuse (26) aus Pappe gemacht ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hohle Gehäuse (26) mit Polymerharz imprägniert ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wicklung (27) des beweglichen Elements (24) außerhalb des Gehäuses (26) am ringförmigen Spalt (23) angeordnet ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachfedern (28, 29) ringförmig sind und starr mit dem Mantel des ortsfesten Magnetkerns (19) und mit dem hohlen Gehäuse (26) des beweglichen Elements (24) gekoppelt sind.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachfedern (28, 29) aus Stahlblech gemacht sind.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachfedern (28, 29) aus einem nicht-metallischen Material gemacht sind, das aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Textilfaser, Pappe, Glasfaser besteht.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nicht-metallische Material mit Polymerharz imprägniert ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 10, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachfedern (28, 29) einen gegenseitigen Abstand haben, der etwa gleich der halben Axialausdehnung des Stifts (21) des Magneten (18) ist.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Element (240) eine zylindrische Buchse (271) mit einer Erregerwicklung (270) aufweist, dadurch, daß die Buchse durch einen Boden (272) verschlossen ist, der mit einem Stift (273) versehen ist, welcher mit dem Anschlagfinger (17) endet, wobei der Permanentmagnet (180) durch einen zylindrischen Fortsatz (191) des Magnetkerns (190) getragen wird und sich durch die Öffnung des Magnetkerns (190) erstreckt, um einen ringförmigen Spalt (230) zu bilden, und daß der Permanentmagnet (180) die zylindrische Buchse (271) des beweglichen Elements aufnimmt, welche verschiebbar auf dem Magneten und auf dem zylindrischen Fortsatz angebracht ist, wobei der Boden (272) des beweglichen Elements (240) der Wirkung einer Feder (274) ausgesetzt ist, die das bewegliche Element (240) und den Anschlagfinger (17) in die Position zum Eingreifen in den Faden bewegt und eine Federkraft zum Stoppen des Fadens bereitstellt.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erregerwicklung (270) des beweglichen Elements (240) mit einem Erregerstrom (I') versorgt wird, der zusammen mit dem Feld des Permanentmagneten (180) wirkt, um das bewegliche Element (240) entgegengesetzt zur Wirkung der Feder (274) zu bewegen und den Faden von der Stoppwirkung, die durch den Anschlagfinger (17) erzeugt wird, zu entlasten.
- Schußfadenliefervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (273), der starr mit dem Boden (272) des beweglichen Elements gekoppelt ist, in einer Laufbuchse (192), die auf dem ortsfesten Magnetkern (190) ausgeformt ist, gleiten kann und dadurch, daß der Stift (273) und die Laufbuchse (192) zusammenwirken, um das bewegliche Element (240) zu führen, wobei sie zulassen, daß es sich ohne Kontakteingriff bezüglich des Magneten (180) und des zylindrischen Fortsatzes (191) bewegt.
