Claims (8)

  1. Machine d'impression comprenant au moins un rouleau presseur (5) qui est pourvu d'un manteau échangeable en forme de gaine et qui est pourvu de paliers amovibles (3) de façon qu'il soit maintenu, pour le remplacement du manteau de rouleau presseur, au voisinage d'un de ses tourillons (4), de façon librement en saillie dans le bâti de machine (1), caractérisé en ce que les paliers sont constitués de paliers basculants (3) avec des coques de palier rabattables (36) qui, après leur libération, permettent un pivotement du rouleau presseur (5) dans un plan horizontal, en ce qu'un côté du rouleau presseur (5) est pourvu d'un tourillon (4) prolongé au-delà du palier basculant associé (3), sur la zone d'extrémité supérieure duquel prend appui une coque de support (7) qui est logée de façon tournante autour d'un axe vertical dans le bâti de machine mais qui n'est pas déplaçable axialement, et en ce qu'il est prévu un rail de support horizontal mobile (32) ou une voie de coulissement qui peut être appliquée et fixée au rouleau presseur (5) ou à une partie d'arbre (33) reliée à celui-ci entre les paliers (3) depuis le bas de sorte que le rouleau presseur (5) retenu entre la coque de support (7) et le rail de support (32) peut pivoter autour de l'axe de pivotement vertical (8) de la coque de support (7) au loin des paliers basculant ouverts (3).
  2. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la coque de support (7) est une coque d'un palier à glissement.
  3. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le rail de support (32) est retenu à la zone d'extrémité d'un levier de support (16) monté pivotant dans le bâti de machine (1) qui peut pivoter par un dispositif de support (18 à 29) entre sa position de maintien pivotée au loin (figure 1) et sa position d'attente rentrée (figure 2).
  4. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de support est constitué d'un système à leviers coudés (18, 19, 20) dont une extrémité est logée au levier de support (16) et dont l'autre extrémité est logée dans le bâti de machine (1), et qui peut être bloqué dans sa position allongée dans laquelle le levier (16) est maintenu dans sa position de support.
  5. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'un des leviers coudés (20) est pourvu d'une rainure (21) entre les branches de laquelle est logé l'autre levier coudé (18) de façon que l'autre levier coudé (18) s'engage dans la position rabattue partiellement dans la rainure (21).
  6. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le levier de support (16) et le système à leviers coudés sont disposés dans l'évidement (6) d'une partie latérale (1) du bâti de machine de façon que ceux-ci, dans la position d'attente, peuvent être rabattus dans cet évidement.
  7. Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le levier coudé externe (20) est fixé sur un arbre (23) qui est logé entre des pièces de palier en forme de fourche (25, 26) et relié à un levier d'actionnement (28) par lequel celui-ci peut pivoter entre la position de support et la position de repos du système à leviers coudés et levier de support.
  8. Machine d'impression selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le levier d'actionnement (28) est fixé par un anneau à l'arbre (23, 27) qui est pourvu d'un boulon d'arrêt (31) qui s'engage dans la position de support et la position de repos dans des perçages d'enclenchement correspondants (29, 30) d'une pièce de palier (26).
