Description

Nach dem Abziehen des Lagers läßt sich dieses sodann zusammen mit dem Lagerblock nach Lösen der Führungsstangen von einer tragenden Seitenwand durch einen Schwenkbügel abschwenken, so daß dann von dem zwischen einer ausfahrbaren Stützschale und einem einziehbaren Stützjoch in dem anderen ungelösten Lager gehaltenen Presseur zum Zwecke des Austausches der Presseurmantel abgezogen werden kann. Bei der bekannten Druckmaschine sind die Einrichtungen zum Entfernen eines Lagers und zum frei auskragenden Halten des Presseurs in dem anderen Lager verhältismäßig aufwendig. Weiterhin erfordert das vollständige Abziehen eines Lagers mit zugehörigem Lagerbock von einem Wellenzapfen des Presseurs einen vollständigen Durchbruch durch eine den Presseur lagernde Seitenwand, der, wenn er aus konstruktiven Gründen überhaupt möglich sein sollte, zu einer Schwächung der Seitenwandung und damit des Maschinengestells führt.In a printing machine of this type known from DE-PS 35 00 319, a bearing can be detached by pulling it off a shaft journal of the impression roller with the associated bearing block, which is displaceably guided on guide rods. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Druckmaschine der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, daß die Lager aus Klapplagern mit abklappbaren Lagerschalen bestehen, die nach ihrem Lösen ein Herausschwenken des Presseurs in einer horizontalen Ebene gestatten, daß eine Seite des Presseurs mit einem über das zugehörige Klapplager hinaus verlängerten Wellenzapfen versehen ist, auf dessen oberen Endbereich sich eine Stützschale abstützt, die um eine vertikale Achse im Maschinengestell drehbar, aber axial unverschieblich gelagert ist, und daß eine bewegliche horizontale Stützschiene oder Gleitbahn vorgesehen ist, die an den Presseur oder einen mit diesem verbundenen Wellenteil zwischen den Lagern von unten anstellbar und feststellbar ist, so daß sich der zwischen der Stützschale und der Stützschiene gehaltene Presseur um die vertikale Schwenkachse der Stützschale aus den geöffneten Klapplagern herausschwenken läßt. Dieser Lenker besteht, wie die Figur 4 zeigt, aus einem massiven Stück, in das ein Kanal 21 eingefräst ist, dessen Tiefe zu seiner Lagerbohrung 22 hin abnimmt. In die Lagerbohrung 22 ist eine Welle 23 eingesetzt, die über einen Spannstift 24, der in die Bohrung 24' eingesetzt ist, fest mit dem Lenker 20 verbunden ist. Beidseits des Lenkers 20 wird die Welle in mit dem Seitengestell 1 fest verbundenen Haltern 25 und 26 drehbar gelagert. Im Bereich des Halters 26 ragt die Welle 23 aus dem Halter 26 nach außen heraus, wobei auf den herausragenden Teil 27 der Welle 23 ein Knauf 28 fest aufgesetzt ist. Weiterhin weist der Halter 26 zwei Arretierbohrungen 29 und 30 auf (siehe Figur 1 und 2), wobei je nach Winkelstellung des Knaufs 28 ein dem Knauf 28 zugeordneter Sperriegel 31 in eine dieser beiden Arretierbohrungen 29 bzw. 30 einrastet. Im Falle der Figuren 1 und 3 ist demzufolge die Stellung des Knaufes 28 zum Halter 26 über den Sperriegel 31 und die Arretierbohrung 30 gesichert. Wie aus den Figuren weiterhin zu erkennen ist, weist der U-förmige Hebel 16 an seinem dem Seitengestell 1 abgewandten Ende eine Laufschiene 32 auf, die sich von unten gegen einen Ansatz 33 des Presseurs 5 anlegt.In addition to the
Der Presseur 5 kann somit nach Lösen des Klapplagers 3 und nach Lösen des Klapplagers, das dem nicht dargestellten Seitengestell zugeordnet ist, um den Zapfen 8 herum ausgeschwenkt werden, wobei sich der Druckzylinder selbst zum einen über den Wellenzapfen 4 an der Konsole 9 und zum anderen auf der Laufschiene 32 abstützt. Die Ausschwenkbewegung des Presseurs 5 wird begrenzt durch einen auf der Laufschiene 32 vorgesehenen Anschlag 34. In dieser Endstellung kann dann ein hülsenförmiger Presseurmantel gegen einen anderen ausgetauscht werden. Nachdem dies geschehen ist, wird der Druckzylinder wieder in die in Figur 6 dargestellte Grundstellung zurückgeschwenkt und das Klapplager 3 sowie das auf der anderen Seite vorhandene nicht dargestellte Klapplager geschlossen. Danach wird der Sperriegel 31 gelöst und über den Knauf 28 in die Welle 23 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn so weit verschwenkt, bis der Knauf 28 die in Figur 2 dargestellte Lage einnimmt. In dieser Lage ist die Winkelstellung des Knaufs 28 und somit die der Welle 23 über den Sperriegel 31 und die Arretierbohrung 29 gesichert. Während dieser Schwenkbewegung ist der Lenker 20 aus seiner in Figur 1 dargestellten Lage in die in Figur 2 dargestellte Lage hochgeschwenkt, wobei sich der Hebel 18 zum Teil in den eingefrästen Kanal 21 des Lenkers 20 gelagt hat, das heißt, der Hebel 18 ist um den Bolzen 19 herum nach unten verschwenkt worden. Diese Verschwenkbewegung hat gleichzeitig bewirkt, daß auch der U-förmige Arm 16 um den Bolzen 13 des Halters 11 herum nach unten verschwenkt worden ist, so daß auch der U-förmige Arm 16 in die Ausnehmung 6 des Seitengestells 1 eingetaucht ist (siehe Figur 2). Folgedessen ist die gesamte Einrichtung, die ein Ausschwenken des Presseurs zwecks Wechsel von hülsenförmigen Presseurmänteln ermöglicht, beim normalen Druck in die Ausnehmung 6 eingetaucht, so daß sie sich hinsichtlich des Bauraums nicht störend bemerkbar macht.The
In Figur 1 ist das Klapplager 3 geöffnet dargestellt, wohingegen in Figur 2 das Klapplager geschlossen ist. In der Figur 7 ist dieses Klapplager 3 in der Seitenansicht dargestellt. Es ist zu erkennen, daß das Klapplager aus einem festen Teil 35 und einem abschwenkbaren Teil 36 besteht, wobei der Drehpunkt des schwenkbaren Teils 36 mit 37 bezeichnet ist. Wird der vordere Teil 36 des Klapplagers 3 über einen Handgriff 38 hochgeschwenkt, legt sich der Sperrzapfen 39 in die Ausnehmung 40 eines Rasthebels 41, der durch eine Druckfeder 42 gegen einen Anschlag 43 gehalten wird. Da in Figur 7 schematisch dargestellte Klapplager ist an sich bekannt, so daß eine weitere Beschreibung nicht erforderlich ist.In Figure 1, the
Die beschriebene lösbare Lagerung des Presseurs ist besonders für Presseurs von Tiefdruckmaschinen geeignet, da diese mit wesentlich höheren Drücken als Flexodruckmaschinen arbeiten. Claims (8)
- A printing machine with at least one pressure roller (5) which is provided with an exchangeable sleeve-shaped pressure roller cover and is provided with releasable bearings (3) in such a way that for changing the pressure roller cover, it is held in the zone of one of its journals (4) to project freely in the machine frame (1),
characterized in that
the bearings consist of hinged bearings (3) with bearing shells (36) that can be opened up, which after their release allow the pressure roller (5) to be swung out in a horizontal plane, that one side of the pressure roller (5) is provided with a journal (4) that is extended beyond the associated bearing (3), on whose upper end zone there bears a supporting shell (7) which is mounted in the machine frame for rotation round a vertical pin but is secured against axial displacement, and that provision is made for a movable horizontal supporting rail (32) or slide path which can from below be applied to or be fixed in position against the pressure roller (5), or a shaft portion (33) connected thereto, between the bearings (3), so that the pressure roller (5) held between the supporting shell (7) and the supporting rail (32) can be swung out of the opened hinged bearings (3) round the vertical pivot pin (8) of the supporting shell (7). - A printing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting shell (7) is a shell of a slide bearing.
- A printing machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the supporting rail (32) is held at the end zone of a supporting lever (16) that is pivotably mounted in the machine frame (1), which is pivotable by a supporting device (18 to 29) between its swung out holding position (Figure 1) and its folded-in ready position (Figure 2).
- A printing machine according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the supporting device consists of a knee lever system (18, 19, 20), one end whereof is mounted on the supporting lever (16) and whose other end is mounted in the machine frame (1) and which is lockable in its stretched position which holds the lever (16) in its supporting position.
- A printing machine according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that one of the knee levers (20) is provided with a groove (21), between whose sides the other knee lever (18) is mounted, so that in the folded-in position, the other knee lever (18) partly enters into the groove (21).
- A printing machine according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the supporting lever (16) and the knee lever system are arranged in the recess (6) of a side part (1) of the machine frame in such a way that in the ready position, they can be folded into this recess.
- A printing machine according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the outer knee lever (20) is secured on a shaft (23) which is mounted between fork-shaped bearing components (25, 26) and is connected to an actuating lever (28) by means of which it can be swung between the supporting position and the rest position of the knee lever-supporting lever system.
- A printing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the actuating lever (28) is secured on the shaft (23, 27) by a ring that is provided with a detent bolt (31) which can be engaged in the supporting position and the rest position in corresponding engagement bores (29, 30) of a bearing component (26).
