Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting device according to the preamble of independent claim 1 and a facade panel for this mounting device.
  • such a mounting device and a facade panel according to the preamble of claim 6 are known from US-A-3,561,182.
  • the mounting device has rails which extend horizontally and over several vertical support profiles and which engage in horizontal grooves in adjacent facade elements.
  • the problem with this mounting device is that individual facade elements can be replaced only with great difficulty or only with great effort. In any case, it is not possible to remove a damaged middle facade element without having to remove further elements of the same row.
  • end plate mounting may not be possible. Since the rails are each attached to several support profiles, these are usually very long and the material consumption correspondingly high. It is also considered a disadvantage that horizontal adjustment to adapt to individual plates is not possible.
  • a similar assembly device is known from German utility model G 88 10 439.7.
  • slides are attached to vertically running support profiles, into which holders are inserted, which grip around the plates on the end faces.
  • the brackets are therefore visible on the front of the facade, which is undesirable in many cases and especially in facades made of natural stone slabs.
  • an assembly device is known from CH-A-521 495, in which holders are incorporated in dovetail grooves on the rear side of the cladding panels intervene positively.
  • This device is not suitable for facade elements made of natural stone, since the holders would break out under heavy load.
  • a mounting device in which the plates are fastened with spikes which engage in pin holes in the end faces of the plates.
  • the spikes are attached to brackets, which in turn are attached to vertical mounting rails.
  • the pin holes in the plates have to be arranged very precisely and the plates have to be positioned exactly on the vertical mounting rails, which is very labor intensive.
  • the installation sequence is fixed because the subsequent installation of a single plate is hardly possible.
  • This plate would have to be drilled out from the front and attached to the wall base using suitable countersunk screws.
  • the holes in the plate must be glued with stone material and treated on the surface.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a mounting device of the type mentioned, which requires significantly less installation effort and can be used and replaced individually in the facade elements.
  • the object is achieved by the invention according to claim 1.
  • a suitable facade panel results according to claim 6.
  • the sliding holders which engage in the horizontal joints of the facade elements, are horizontal up to the fastening of the support brackets vertically displaceable, so adjustable.
  • the support brackets in which the slide holders are horizontally displaceable, can be held displaceably in the vertical support profiles, for example with the aid of a carrier slide.
  • the horizontal can be corrected during the assembly of the facade elements if necessary by simply moving the support brackets vertically. After adjusting the support brackets, they can be connected to the vertical support profiles, for example by riveting.
  • the sliding holders are inserted into the horizontal grooves either by sliding them in from the side or, when using a facade panel, by folding the panels into the holders, which are then pushed laterally into the horizontal grooves to secure the panels.
  • facade panels according to claim 6 it is therefore possible, with appropriate weight relief of the panels, to subsequently install and remove them individually.
  • a secure and simple attachment of the support brackets to the support profiles is obtained if the latter have laterally projecting flanges to which the support brackets are attached, for example riveted.
  • the support brackets can thus be attached quickly and easily at any height of the vertical support profiles.
  • the support brackets have horizontally running guide grooves into which the slide holders are inserted laterally.
  • the support brackets it is possible to design the support brackets as horizontal and continuous profiles, in which several slide holders can then be inserted, which allows easy fastening of facade elements of different widths.
  • the support brackets have at least one horizontally extending profile lug which can be deformed, for example bent, to secure the sliding holder. Subsequent and uncontrolled displacement of the slide holder can thereby be reliably prevented.
  • the profile nose is bent in front of and after the slide holder so that the slide holders are fixed, but can be pushed back when a plate is later exchanged, making disassembly possible.
  • the invention also relates to a facade panel particularly suitable for the mounting device.
  • This has horizontal grooves in the end faces and at least in a rear groove web an opening through which a flange of a sliding holder can be inserted into the horizontal groove.
  • Such a facade panel can also be retrofitted individually into an existing facade.
  • a facade panel has at least one outflow opening for rainwater in a rear groove web. This ensures that rainwater hitting the outside increasingly runs off the back of the facade panels. This reduces pollution on the outside of the facade. An even more effective drainage of the rainwater results from the further development according to claim 8.
  • FIG. 2 On a building wall 18 are vertically extending support profiles 3 made of aluminum with adjusting plates 1 and fixed point beams 2 and floating point beams 2a. These elements are known, for example, from German utility model G 88 10 439. Support brackets 6 are fastened to laterally projecting wings 4 of the support profiles 3 with rivets 5, for example with pop rivets. These plate-shaped and in cross-section L-shaped support brackets have a continuous and horizontally running groove 9, in each of which two sliding holders 14 are inserted. Such a slide holder 14 is shown in Fig. 2. This has an L-shaped base body 17, which has a holding part 11 on the back of the longer leg with an upwardly extending flange 12 and a downwardly extending flange 13. As FIG. 3 shows, two groove webs 10 engage little play in the spaces between the base body 17 and the flanges 12 and 13. This connection of the support bracket 6 and the slide holder 14 allows a high vertical load on the vertically projecting leg of the body 17th
  • the slide holders 14, which are initially freely displaceable in the groove 9, can be attached with a profile lug 8, which is shown in FIG. 3, over the body 17 on the upper groove web 10 of the support bracket 6.
  • This profile lug 8 extends over the entire length of the upper groove web 10.
  • the profile lug 8 is deformed, for example kinked or provided with a notch, before and after the slide holder . Such a deformation can be reversed at any time with a suitable tool, so that afterwards the slide holder 14 can be moved again in the groove 9.
  • the slide holders 14 each have an upwardly projecting web 15 and a downwardly projecting web 16. As shown in FIG. 3, these webs 15 and 16 engage in horizontal grooves 22 of adjacent facade elements 19. These webs 15 and 16 are coated with a suitable plastic for corrosion protection and for damping vibrations and impacts. At the top and bottom of the facade, the bottom and top sliding holders 14 only engage in a horizontal groove, so that here a web 15 or 16 is sufficient.
  • the support brackets 6 are each arranged approximately at a crossing point of 4 facade elements 19.
  • the two sliding holders 14 of a support bracket 6 thus capture 4 adjacent facade elements 19, namely each sliding holder 14 a lower and an adjacent facade element 19 above.
  • the facade elements 19 are thus individually supported and stresses in the facade cladding are thereby avoided.
  • FIG. 5 and 5a show facade panels 19 made of natural stone, which have a thickness of 30 mm or more.
  • the upper end face of the plate 19 has an approximately central continuous or interrupted horizontal groove 22 or 22a.
  • the rear groove web 26 has a cutout 25 at the corners of the plates 19.
  • one or more outflow openings 23 with an inclined bottom surface 24 are provided in the rear groove web 26. Rainwater is drained away behind the facade panels through these outflow openings 23.
  • a continuous horizontal groove is likewise provided in the lower end face of the plate 19, which is not visible here, the groove webs generally not having broken out here.
  • the support brackets 6 are attached to the support profiles 3 with the aid of slides which engage in the support profiles 3 between the wings 4, vertically displaceable.
  • the slide holder 14 are inserted.
  • the positions of the slide holders can thus be corrected in a simple manner by vertical displacement of the support brackets 6 and horizontal displacement of the slide holders in the support consoles.
  • the horizontal can thus first be corrected if necessary simply by moving the support brackets 6 vertically.
  • the support brackets After the support brackets have been aligned, they are attached using suitable means, for example by rapid riveting with connecting rivets (pop rivets).
  • each facade panel 19 is placed with its lower horizontal groove on two sliding holders 14.
  • the sliding holder 40 shown in Fig. 6 is provided. As can be seen, this is T-shaped in horizontal section and has a pressed-in mandrel 42 on a part that runs vertically and engages between adjacent plates 43.
  • the facade elements 43 can thus be retracted from the front without lateral displacement and, thanks to the displaceability of the sliding holder 40, can be easily and securely fastened.
