Definitions
- the invention relates to a flushing pipe for a toilet system according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
- a flushing pipe of this type is known from CH-A-368'439.
- a ball joint is arranged at the free end of the slightly inclined nozzle. With this ball joint and a sleeve, the connection to the suction line is established when installing a toilet with odor extraction. The odor extraction is very effective here directly through an opening in the toilet bowl.
- this flushing pipe is comparatively expensive to manufacture and cannot be used in any case in a lavatory system without odor extraction.
- the suction line can also be connected in a known manner via a threaded pipe piece welded onto the flushing pipe, but this is very complex.
- the invention is based on the object of creating a flushing pipe of the type mentioned, which can be used optionally for a lavatory system with or without odor extraction and which is less expensive to manufacture and easier to install.
- the object is achieved by the invention according to claim 1.
- the flushing pipe according to the invention when a lavatory system with odor extraction is installed, the closure part is removed and the suction line is either welded to the connection piece or connected with a push-in sleeve.
- the flushing pipe can be manufactured in one piece and requires only a slightly higher amount of material. Since the flushing pipe according to the invention can be used for toilet facilities with and without odor extraction, the number of pieces can be increased significantly and the manufacturing costs can thus be reduced and storage can be simplified.
- the closure part has a reduced wall thickness at its base, the closure part can be easily cut away, for example with a knife. Further advantageous developments result from the remaining claims.
- the flushing pipe shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b is, for example, formed in one piece from polyethylene and connected at the top to a concealed cistern, not shown here.
- the flushing pipe is bent through 90 ° and connected to a toilet bowl (also not shown here) in such a way that the air in the toilet bowl can be drawn off through the flushing pipe before or after a flushing process using a blower, for example, which is arranged in the cistern.
- the flushing pipe consists of a main pipe 1 and two nozzles 3 formed thereon, which are directed upward at an angle of approximately 15 °.
- a suction line (not shown here) can be connected to this nozzle 3 either on the left or right or also at the front or rear.
- the two passages to the nozzle 3 are closed with molded closure parts 7. In this case, the nozzle 3 are not used.
- the closure part 7 is removed from a connection piece 3 by cutting it out along an edge region 7a with a knife.
- the suction line (not shown here) is now welded to this nozzle 3 by mirror welding or connected with a push-in sleeve.
- the nozzles 3 are comparatively long, for example 3 cm and, as mentioned above, directed obliquely upwards. This prevents rinsing water from accumulating in the nozzle and causing gurgling noises during suction.
- two comparatively short and vertically projecting nozzles 4 are formed on a trunk pipe 2, which can completely correspond to the trunk pipe 1 of the first embodiment.
- the closure parts 8 provided here are even more accessible here and can likewise be cut away or broken away along a peripheral wall area 8a.
- a pipe section 5 which immediately extends obliquely upward from the welding point is now attached by mirror welding.
- the connecting pieces 4 are preferably integrally formed on the trunk tube 2, as shown in FIG.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1b einen Schnitt entlang der Linie Ib-Ib in Fig. 1a,
- Fig. 2b einen Schnitt entlang der Linie IIb-IIb in Fig. 2a.
