Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser un outil de rectification ou analogue, garni de grains abrasifs extrêmement durs, notamment pour la rectification des roues dentées, procédé comportant les étapes suivantes :
    a) préparation hautement précise d'une structure de base (6), exactement adaptée à cette réalisation et constituée d'un matériau céramique poreux,
    b) application d'une colle (4) sur la surface ou les surfaces à garnir,
    c) apport de grains abrasifs extrêmement durs (3) sur la colle (4),
    d) enfoncement des grains abrasifs extrêmement durs (3) dans les pores (5) de la structure de base (6), cet enfoncement, selon la forme de la structure de base (6), s'effectuant au moyen d'un disque de pressage adéquat, d'une spatule, ou des doigts, ou encore en faisant rouler la structure de base (6) sur une surface de forme correspondante ou bien avec une roue maîtresse (8), de sorte que les grains abrasifs extrêmement durs (3) ne fassent plus que très peu saillie, et de façon uniforme, en dehors des pores (5).
  2. Outil de rectification ou analogue, destiné notamment à être mis en oeuvre dans la rectification des roues dentées, et pouvant être obtenu par le procédé indiqué dans la revendication 1.
