Claims (8)

  1. Wellpappenmaschine, in welcher eine durchgehende, einseitige Wellpappe (10), die aus einem gewellten Bogen besteht, der auf eine Seite eines ersten flachen Bogens aufgeklebt ist und wobei Leim auf die freiliegenden Scheitel auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Wellpappe aufgebracht ist, bei ihrer kontinuierlichen Bewegung durch die Maschine mit einem zweiten ebenen Bogen (12), der an die freiliegenden Scheitel angeklebt werden soll, zusammenzubringen ist, wobei die Maschine eine stationäre und im wesentlichen starre Heizplattenoberfläche (15) aufweist, über die der zweite ebene Bogen (12) mit der diesem überlagerten einseitigen Wellpappe (10) gefördert wird, um den Leim auszuhärten und eine doppelseitige Wellpappe herzustellen, und eine Einrichtung zum Ausüben einer Belastung auf die Seite der doppelseitigen Wellpappe, welche von der Heizplattenoberfläche (15) entfernt ist, um thermischen Kontakt zwischen der bewegten Pappe und der stationären Heizplattenoberfläche aufrechtzuerhalten; wobei die Heizplattenoberfläche (15) eine Reihe von einzelnen Heizplatten (14) aufweist, die in der Bewegungsrichtung der doppelseitigen Wellpappe ausgerichtet sind, wobei die Belastungsausübungseinrichtung eine Reihe von flexiblen Gefäßen (20) aufweist, die in der Bewegungsrichtung der doppelseitigen Wellpappe ausgerichtet sind und jeweils separat ein Fluidmedium enthalten und dafür ausgebildet sind, die doppelseitige Wellpappe gleichmäßig an die Heizplattenoberfläche (15) angepreßt zu halten, wenn die Pappe über den Heizplatten (14) während der Förderung durch die Maschine vorgeschoben wird, und sie dadurch der Oberfläche anzupassen, ungeachtet jeglicher Welligkeit derselben; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Fluid enthaltende Gefäß (20) auf einer flexiblen Platte (21, 28) ruht, die an ihrem einen Ende relativ zu den Fluid enthaltenden Gefäßen (20) fixiert ist und eine Krümmung um eine Achse annehmen kann, die sich in der Bewegungsrichtung der doppelseitigen Wellpappe erstreckt.
  2. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes Fluid enthaltende Gefäß (20) auf einer individuellen, flexiblen Platte (21, 28) ruht, die ihrerseits verschiebbar auf der Oberfläche der bewegten doppelseitigen Wellpappe ruht.
  3. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 2, wobei jede flexible Platte (21, 28) auf einem Teil (22) lose schwenkbar ist, das sich quer über die Platte an dem stromaufwärtigen Ende derselben in Relation zu der Bewegungsrichtung der doppelseitigen Wellpappe erstreckt.
  4. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 2, wobei die flexible Platte (21) aus Stahl ist und eine Dicke zwischen 1,5 mm und 2 mm hat und eine Breite aufweist, die wenigstens so groß wie die der doppelseitigen Wellpappe ist.
  5. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes flexible Gefäß (20) die Form eines Beutels hat, welcher eine Flüssigkeit mit Füll- und Abflußeinrichtungen aufweist, so daß die Menge der darin enthaltenen Flüssigkeit eingestellt werden kann.
  6. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes flexible Gefäß (20) die Form eines Beutels hat, der ein Gas mit überatmosphärischem Druck enthält, mit einer einstellbaren Aufpumpeinrichtung und mit einem starren Halteteil (26) oberhalb des Beutels.
  7. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 6, mit mehreren aufpumpbaren Beuteln, die über der Maschine nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei eine separate Aufpumpeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, um den Seite an Seite angeordneten Beuteln zu gestatten, wahlweise aufgeblasen zu werden.
  8. Wellpappenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Heizplattenoberfläche (15) horizontal angeordnet und durch eine sich bewegende doppelseitige Wellpappe und dann die Belastungsausübungseinrichtung oberhalb der bewegten doppelseitigen Wellpappe überlagert ist.
