Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de blocage pour un dispositif de fermeture basculant, comportant une poignée et une barre d'actionnement (3), le dispositif de blocage possédant un boîtier (4), dans lequel d'une part la barre d'actionnement (3) est guidée longitudinalement et d'autre part un barillet (1) est fixé et dans lequel est monté un verrou transversal (8) pouvant être actionné par son ergot de fermeture (7) et qui peut être introduit, par l'une de ses extrémités libres (9), dans un évidement associé (10) de la barre, lorsque la barre d'actionnement (3) est au moins dans une position prédéterminée, et que l'on peut faire pivoter la poignée d'une position fermée dans une position ouverte, en passant par une position basculée, et inversement et que l'évidement (10) de la barre est agencé sous la forme d'un trou allongé disposé de telle sorte que, lorsque l'extrémité libre (9) du verrou transversal (8) est insérée dans le trou allongé, la poignée est déplaçable entre la position fermée et la position basculée et inversement.
  2. Dispositif de blocage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une tôle de recouvrement (2), située du côté de la feuillure et derrière laquelle la barre d'actionnement (3) est guidée longitudinalement, et la barre d'actionnement (3) sont guidées, sur leur côté marginal, par le carter (4) du dispositif de fermeture, qui est fixé sur la tôle de recouvrement (2), et que l'extrémité libre (9), située dans l'évidement (10) de la barre, du verrou transversal (8) peut être introduite jusque dans un évidement associé (11) de la tôle de recouvrement.
  3. Dispositif de blocage suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le verrou transversal (8) est bloqué par des moyens d'encliquetage (12-14) dans sa position bloquée et dans sa position ouverte et que les moyens d'encliquetage (12-14) sont constitués par un ressort à lame (13) pourvu d'un ergot d'encliquetage (12) et situé sur le verrou transversal (8) et par des encoches (14), qui sont associées à l'ergot d'encliquetage (12) et sont ménagées dans le carter (4) du dispositif de fermeture.
