Claims (8)

  1. Miniaturabgabevorrichtung für Produkte, die in sehr geringen Dosen verwendet werden, mit einer Pumpe mit einem Kolben (3), welcher eine axiale Spritzdüse (3a) trägt, wobei der Körper (2) der Pumpe, der eine Belüftung (2c) zur temporären Verbindung des Produktbehälterinneren mit der freien Umgebungsluft aufweist, in einem Behälter (1) befestigt ist, auf dessen Hals er in seinem oberen Teil zentriert ist, wobei der Befestigungskragen (2b) dieses Körpers auf dem oberen Rand (1d) des Behälters ruht und unter Bildung einer Abdeckung unter dem Flansch (4b) einer äußeren Hülse (4) festgelegt ist, welche durch Pressung des Innenbereiches ihrer unteren Schürze (4a) auf einen Außenbereich der Wandung (1a) ebendieses Behälters aufgezogen ist, wobei die Spritzdüse die axiale Öffnung des Flansches durchsetzt, um einen Abgabekopf (5) aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Radialpressungsbereiche der Schürze und des Behälters dieselbe Kontur haben und so über ihren gesamten Umfang miteinander in Kontakt stehen.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe eine Pumpe mit Vorkompression ist.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite der unteren Schürze (4a) der Hülse (4) einen Haltewulst (4c) für den Befestigungskragen (2b) des Pumpenkörpers (2) trägt.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Querschnitt von einer kreisförmigen Kontur abweicht, wobei eine ungefähr gleichmäßige Wandstärke beibehalten wird.
  5. Angabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (1) sowie die Hülse (4) allgemein zylindrische Form haben und aus Kunststoffen aufgebaut und spritzgußgeformt sind, wobei der Behälter ein Rohr mit einer Wandung ist, die in ihrem oberen Bereich verjüngt ist, um eine Außenschulter (1b) zu bilden, und die äußeren Erzeugenden der relativ kurzen Hülse bei der Montage mit jenen des Behälters zur Ausrichtung gelangen, um eine im wesentlichen zylindrische oder zumindest zylindrisch-konische Form zu erzeugen.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radialpressung der Hülse auf dem Behälter Konus auf Konus und entsprechend einer konvexen Kontur erfolgt.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter und die Hülse aus unterschiedlichen Materialien gebildet sind, wobei jenes des Behälters steifer und gegenüber dem aufzunehmenden Produkt widerstandsfähiger ist als jenes der Hülse.
  8. Verfahren zur Montage einer Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei welchem die Pumpe gesondert von der Hülse (4) zusammengebaut wird, diese auf den Körper (2) gesetzt wird, welcher den Mechanismus des Kolbens (3) umschließt, anschließend die Anordnung auf dem mit der gewünschten Produktdosis gefüllten Behälter (1) angeordnet wird, und das Aufsetzen der Hülse die endgültige Festlegung und Abdichtung gewährleistet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man direkt oder unter Zwischenschaltung des Abgabekopfes (5) zunächst auf die Spritzdüse (3a) drückt, wobei der Widerstand der Spritzdüse gegen das Niederdrücken auf den Behälter dann bewirkt, daß der Kolben zurückweicht, um die Belüftung (2c) freizugeben, und anschließend, am Anschlag angelangt, auf die Hülse eine Preßkraft aufgebracht wird, um sie auf den oberen Teil des Behälters zu treiben, bis sie in den Preßsitz geführt ist, um den Zusammenbau dicht und praktisch unumkehrbar zu machen.
