Claims (8)

  1. Miniature distributor for products used in very small doses, comprising a piston pump (3) carrying an axial nozzle (3a), whose body (2), having a vent (2c) for the temporary venting of the product reservoir, is engaged in a container (1) on whose neck it is centred in its upper part, the collar (2b) of said body resting on the upper edge (1d) of said container, immobilized under the inner flange (4b) forming a cover of an outer bush (4) fitted by engagement of the inner bearing surface of its lower skirt (4a) on an outer bearing surface of the wall (1a) of the same container, the nozzle traversing the axial orifice of the flange in order to receive a dis tributing head (5), characterized in that said radially tight fitting surfaces of the skirt and the container have the same contour and are there fore in contact over their entire periphery.
  2. Distributor according to claim 1, characterized in that the pump is a precompression pump.
  3. Distributor according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner face of the lower skirt (4a) of the bush (4) carries a ring (4c) for locking the collar (2b) of the pump body (2).
  4. Distributor according to at least one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cross-section of the device differs from a circular contour, whilst retaining a substantially uniform wall thickness.
  5. Distributor according to claim 3, characterized in that the container (1) and the bush (4), having a generally cylindrical shape, are made from synthetic, injection moulded materials, the container being a tube with a thickness reduced wall in its upper part in order to form an outer shoulder (1b) and the external generatrixes of the relatively short bush being aligned during assembly with those of the container in order to produce a substantially cylindrical or at least cylindro-conical shape.
  6. Distributor according to claim 5, characterized in that the radial locking of the bush on the container takes place in cone-cone manner along a convex contour.
  7. Distributor according to at least one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the container and the bush are made from different materials, that of the container being more rigid and more resistant to the product to be stored than that of the bush.
  8. Process for the assembly of a distributor according to one of the claims 1 to 7, the pump being assembled separately with the bush (4), which is fitted onto the body (2) containing the mechanism of the piston (3) and then the assembly is placed on the container (1) filled with the desired product dose, the fitting of the bush ensuring the final fixing and sealing, characterized in that directly or via the distribution head (5), bearing firstly takes place on the nozzle (3a), the resistance of the bush to the lowering on the container then making said piston give way in order to free the vent hole (2c) and then, by abutment, to the bush is transmitted the fitting force in order to move it on the upper part of said container until engagement is obtained in order to bring about a tight and quasiirreversible assembly.
