Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif (10) destiné à assurer l'entraînement, susceptible d'être commandé de manière sélective, de jeteurs sur des métiers à tricoter rectilignes, comportant de préférence plusieurs électroaimants liés en déplacement à une unité à chariot, et à chacun desquels est associé en pouvant être commandé, un entraineur dont le doigt d'entraînement (51) peut être amené en prise avec au moins une cassette de jeteur (11) associée d'un jeteur, ou hors de prise de celle-ci, cette cassette de jeteur pouvant se déplacer le long de glissières de jeteurs (12), parallèlement à une unité de planche à aiguilles, caractérisé en ce que l'électroaimant est entouré d'un élément de cadre (43) en forme de culasse, de l'une des extrémités duquel fait saillie, de manière centrée, le doigt d'entraînement (51), dans la direction de déplacement de la tige d'armature (33) de l'électroaimant, et dont l'extrémité opposée peut être sollicitée par la tige d'armature (33) de l'électroaimant, et en ce que l'élément de cadre (43) est maintenu sur ses deux branches latérales (46, 47), en étant guidé de manière mobile en direction longitudinale.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'électroaimant est disposé, en y étant enfermé, dans un boîtier (32) de forme parallélépipédique, en ce que sur deux côtés longitudinaux opposés du boîtier, sont fixées des plaques de guidage (38, 39), et en ce que l'élément de cadre (43) est guidé entre les plaques de guidage (38, 39) et le boîtier (32).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'électroaimant, y compris le boîtier (32), les plaques de guidage (38, 39) et l'élément de cadre (43), formant ainsi un module complet (31), peut être fixé sur une poutrelle transversale (28) reliée de manière fixe à l'unité à chariot, en y étant regroupé en rangée avec d'autres modules (31') de même type.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de guidage (38, 39) est pourvue d'une rainure de guidage axiale (42) ouverte en direction du boîtier (32).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le doigt d'entraînement (51) est formé d'un seul tenant sur l'élément de cadre (43), et en ce que l'élément de cadre (43) est réalisé en matière plastique.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de cadre (43) en forme de culasse, présente des traverses (48, 49) supérieure et/ou inférieure, comportant sur leur côté intérieur, deux protubérances de butée (56 à 59) axiales, disposées à distance l'une de l'autre et susceptibles de venir en appui sur le boîtier d'aimant (32).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de compression (52) axial et central, est prévu entre le boîtier d'électroaimant (32) et la traverse inférieure (41).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la traverse supérieure (48) est munie d'une vis de réglage axiale (61), opposée à la tige d'armature (33) de l'électroaimant.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux branches longitudinales (46, 47) de l'élément de cadre (43) sont pourvues, sur un ou plusieurs côtés extérieurs, et sur une partie essentielle de leur longueur, d'une réduction de section droite, réalisée par un creux en forme de rainure (66 - 68).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (48, 49) supérieure et/ou inférieure est ou sont pourvues de chacun des deux côtés, d'une réduction de section droite se présentant sous la forme d'un évidement (71, 72).
