Abstract

Das Kunststoffenster oder die Kunststofftür weisen einen Blend- (1) oder einen Flügelrahmen (2) auf, von denen mindestens ein Rahmen mit einer Zierlieste (8,9,20) ausgerüstet ist. Diese Zierleiste ist im Querschnitt winkel- oder U-förmig ausgebildet und wird mittels eines Klebers an dem Rahmenprofil festgelegt. Die Zierleisten können sich farbig von den Rahmenprofilen abheben oder weisen einextrudierte Farbschichten auf.

Description

  • Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein Fenster oder eine Tür mit einem Blend- und einem Flügelrahmen aus Kunststoff.
  • Zur farblichen Gestaltung dieser Blend- und Flügelrahmen ist es be­kannt, die Außenflächen mit einem Farbanstrich, einer Lackierung zu ver­sehen. Der Kostenaufwand hierfür ist relativ groß, ohne daß eine dauer­hafte Lösung erreicht wurde.
  • Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Mittel für die ästhetische Gestaltung der Sichtflächen eines oder sämtlicher Rahmen eines Kunst­stoffensters oder einer Kunststofftür so zu gestalten, daß sie einen hohen Vorfertigungsgrad aufweisen, mit einfachen handwerklichen Maß­nahmen montiert werden können und eine lange Lebensdauer aufweisen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Neuerung dadurch gelöst, daß an dem Flügel- oder Blendrahmen bzw. an dem Flügel- und Blendrahmen eines Kunststoff­fensters oder einer Kunststofftür mindestens eine im Querschnitt winkel- oder U-förmige, mindestens eine Sichtkante des Flügel- oder Blendrah­mens abdeckende Zierleiste aus Kunststoff befestigt ist.
  • Die Zierleisten aus Kunststoff können in einer Farbe gefertigt werden, die einen deutlichen Kontrast zu der Farbe des Blend- oder Flügelrah­mens bildet.
  • Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die Zierleisten in der Grundfarbe des Rahmens zu fertigen und beim Extrudieren dieser Zierleisten durch eine Koestrusion in den Zierleisten Farbschichten einzuformen, die am fertigen Produkte parallellaufende, in Abstand voneinander angeordnete Farbstreifen bilden.
  • Die Zierleisten werden mittels einer Klebemasse mit dem jeweiligen Rahmenprofil verbunden. Zusätzlich zu der Klebeverbindung kann auch eine formschlüssige Verbindung durch eine Verhakung der Zierleiste mit dem zugeordneten Rahmenprofil vorgenommen werden.
  • Im allgemeinen bilden die Zierleisten einen Zierrahmen und sind an den Rahmenecken auf Gehrung geschnitten.
  • Mit diesen Zierleisten können nicht nur neue Fenster ausgestattet, sondern es können auch alte Fenster nachgerüstet werden.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Neuerung ergeben sich aus den Unteranspsrüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht eines Kunststoffensters im Vertikalschnitt und
    • Fig. 2 die Endansicht einer Zierleiste aus Kunststoff.
  • Das in der Fig. 1 aufgezeigte Fenster ist mit einem Blendrahmen 1 und einem Flügelrahmen 2 ausgerüstet. Beide Rahmen sind aus Kunststoff ge­fertigt. Der Flügelrahmen 2 ist mit einer Scheibe 3 versehen, deren Randbereiche zwischen einer mit einem Dichtungsprofil 4 ausgerüsteten Glashalteleiste 5 und einem ein Dichtungsprofil 6 tragenden Anlagesteg angeordnet sind.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind an der Außenseite des Fensters Zierleisten 8 und 9 aus Kunststoff vorgesehen. Die Zierleiste 8 ist winkelförmig ausgebildet und in der Fig. 2 in vergrößertem Maß­stab dargestellt.
  • Der Schenkel 10 der Zierleiste 8 weist an seiner freien Kante einen Verhakungssteg 11 auf, der einen Wulstrand 12 des Anlagestegs 7 um­greift, so daß in diesem Bereich eine formschlüssige Verbindung der Zierleiste 8 mit dem Flügelrahmen 2 vorhanden ist. An der Unterseite des Schenkels 10 ist eine Klebefolie 13 angeordnet, mittels der eine Klebeverbindung mit dem zugeordneten Rahmenprofil vorgenommen wird.
  • Es ist auch möglich, einen Schenkel der Zierleiste mittels einer Klebe­folie und den anderen Schenkel mittels eines Lösungsklebers am Rahmen festzulegen.
  • Der zweite Schenkel 14 der Zierleiste 8 ist mit einextrudierten Farb­schichten 15, 16 ausgerüstet, die in dem in der Fig. 2 aufgezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel eine unterschiedliche Breite aufweisen. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, mehr als zwei Farbschichten in dem Schenkel an­zuordnen und diesen Farbschichten die gleiche Breite zu geben. Die ein­extrudierten Farbschichten bilden an der Zierleiste Farbstreifen, die dauerhaft der Witterung widerstehen.
  • Durch das Einextrudieren von Farbschichten kann eine Vielzahl von Streifenmusterungen erzielt werden.
  • Die in der Fig. 1 ferner aufgezeigte Zierleiste 9 ist im Querschnitt U-förmig gestaltet. Diese Zierleiste weist an der dem Flügelrahmen 2 zugewandten Seite einen Verhakungssteg 17 auf, der einen Wulstrand 18 des Blendrahmenprofils umgreift. In diesem Bereich ist somitseine form­schlüssige Verbindung gegeben. Zur weiteren Festlegung der Zierleiste 9 am Rahmenprofil wird der Steg 19 über eine nicht dargestellte Klebe­masse mit der von ihm abgedeckten Fläche des Rahmenprofils verbunden.
  • In der Fig. 1 wurde in strichpunktierten Linien eine weitere Zierlei­ste 20 dargestellt. Diese Zierleiste ist ebenfalls winkelförmig ausge­bildet und der Außenkontur des Flügelrahmenprofils angepaßt. Sämtliche Zierleisten decken eine oder zwei Sichtkanten des zugeordneten Rahmen­profils ab.
  • Mit einem konstruktiv geringen Aufwand kann durch die einfarbig, je­doch in den unterschiedlichsten Farben oder durch die mit Streifenmu­sterungen versehenen Zierleisten eine Vielzahl von Gestaltungsmöglich­keiten des Blend- oder Flügelrahmens eines Fensters oder einer Tür erreicht werden.

Claims (7)

1. Fenster oder Tür mit einem Blend- und einem Flügelrahmen aus Kunst­stoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Flügel- oder Blendrahmen (1,2) bzw. an dem Flügel- und Blendrahmen mindestens eine im Querschnitt winkel- oder U-förmige, mindestens eine Sichtkante des Flügel- oder Blendrahmens abdeckende Zierleiste (8,9, 20) befestigt ist.
2. Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenprofile an der der Scheibe (3) bzw. an der dem Flügel zugewandten Seite einen Wulstrand (12,18) aufweisen, der von einem Verhakungssteg (11,17) der Zierleiste (8,9) umgriffen ist, und daß ein Schenkel der Zierleiste durch eine Klebemasse mit dem Rahmenprofil verbunden ist.
3. Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemasse als Klebefolie (13) ausgebildet ist.
4. Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Schenkel (10) mittels einer Klebefolie (13) und der andere Schen­kel (14) mittels eines Lösungsklebers am Rahmen festgelegt ist.
5. Fenster oder Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Zierleisten (8,9,20) an ihren Sichtflächen einextru­dierte Farbschichten (15,16) aufweisen.
6. Fenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierleisten (8,9,20) mit einextrudierten Farbschichten unterschiedli­cher Breite versehen sind.
7. Fenster oder Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zierleisten (8,9,20) Teile eines Zierrahmens sind und an den die Rahmenecken bildenden Enden auf Gehrung geschnit­ten sind.
