Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Warenpräsentiereinrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • In der CH-PS 658 174 ist ein Warenpräsentiergestell des Elementbautyps beschrieben, bei dem an einem Gestellrahmen aus profilierten Säulenelementen mit Krallengliederpaaren versehene Verankerungsteile eingehängt sind, die in wählbaren Höhenlagen fixierbare Warenauflagevorrichtungen abstützen. Die Verankerungsteile werden durch Einschwenken von Hakengliedern in Oeffnungen der Säulenelemente an diese angekuppelt und bilden stabile, hoch belastbare Verbindungen zwischen den Säulengliedern und den Warenauflagevorrichtungen.
  • In der CH-PS 657 109 ist ein Traggestell mit an Säulenelementen lösbar angebauten Traversen beschrieben, wobei eine Klemmvorrichtung mit spreizbaren Schenkein dazu bestimmt ist, in Längsschlitze an den Säulenelementen einzugreifen und dadurch eine feste, rasch lösbare Verbindung zwischen benachbarten Säulenelementen zu erstellen.
  • In beiden Publikationen sind Verbindungselemente zwischen profilierten Säulenelementen vorhanden, die bei der Demontage der Gestellanordnungen eine Vergrösserung der Abstände zwischen benachbarten Säulenelementen notwendig machen. Dadurch sind sie für Ausleger, die aus ihrer Montageebene direkt ausbaubar sein sollen, nicht verwendbar. Bei beiden Verbindungselementen sind nachträglich Erweiterungen an einer damit aufgebauten Tragkonstruktion praktisch ausgeschlossen.
  • Aus der US-PS 4 192 424 ist eine speziell für Schuhe konzipierte Warenträgersäule bekannt, wo der einzelne, in den Raum ragende Schuhträger in einer vertikal angeordneten C-Profilschiene höhenverstellt und fixiert werden kann. Vier C-Profilschienen sind zu einer Säule mit quadratischem Querschnitt zusammengefügt. In die C-Profilschienen greifen an den tablarartigen Schuhträgern befindliche Führungseinheiten ein. Die Höhenfixierung erfolgt mittels Sperrhebeln, die sich durch Verdrehen in der C-Profilschienennut verklemmen. Nachteilig bei dieser Konstruktion ist, dass sich die Sperrhebel bei Erschütterungen relativ leicht ungewollt lösen und der betreffende Schuhträger in der C-Profilschiene abwärts rutscht.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist daher eine Warenpräsentiereinrichtung mit höhenverstellbaren Auslegerelementen in Wand- oder Säulenanordnung zu schaffen, bei der ein- oder mehrarmige Tragvorrichtungen in stirnseitig offene Gleitprofile beliebig in diese eingesetzt und in der Höhe frei wählbar ein- und ausrastbar sind.
  • Dabei dürfen sich die gewählten Höheneinstellungen auch bei vielfach wiederholten Erschütterungen keinesfalls selbständig lösen, sondern erst nach Betätigung eines sicheren Arretiermechanismus.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht in einer Warenpräsentiereinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die nach den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gekennzeichnet ist.
  • Ausführungsformen davon sind durch die abhängigen Ansprüche definiert.
  • Der Vorteil einer erfindungsgemässen Warenpräsentiereinrichtung besteht darin, dass Tragvorrichtungen wie Kleiderhängestangen, ein- oder mehrarmige Ausleger, Tablarträger etc. durch Zurückziehen von Sperrbacken an Schiebervorrichtungen direkt in eine C-Profilöffnung von Wand- oder Säulentragvorrichtungen einführbar und in gewünschter Höhenlage, unter Schwerkrafteinwirkung einrastbar sind.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend beispielsweise erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 die erfindungsgemässe Warenpräsentiereinrichtung in einer Wandtraganordnung mit unterschiedlichen Tragvorrichtungen,
    • Fig. 2 eine Grundriss-Schnittdarstellung der Erfindung in einer Säulentraganordnung,
    • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2,
    • Fig. 4 die Bestandteile des Sperrschlosses in auseinandergezogener Darstellungsweise,
    • Fig. 4a den Sperrschlossdeckel im Längsschnitt,

    • Fig. 6 das Sperrschloss im Grund- und Seitenriss.
  • In der Wandtraganordnung gemäss Fig. 1 sind zwei vertikal orientierte C-Schienen 1 vorhanden, die in eine Nute eingebaut oder im Oberflächenaufbau im Abstand mit einer Tragwand verbunden sind. Von den bei einer erfindungsgemässen Warenpräsentiereinrichtung anwendbaren Tragvorrichtungen sind drei Beispiele gezeigt: eine sich zwischen zwei C-Schienen 1 erstreckende auskragende Kleiderhängestange 2 mit je einem endseitigen Sperrschloss 3, ein einarmiger Ausleger 4, der sowohl horizontal als auch beliebig auf- oder abwärts geneigt, sowie seitlich ausgebogen orientiert sein kann und mit einem einzigen Sperrschloss 3 an der C-Schiene 1 angeordnet ist. Ferner ist ein schematisch gezeigter Tablarträger 5 vorhanden, der ebenfalls mit einem einzigen Sperrschloss 3 an die C-Schiene 1 angeschlossen ist. Die Anordnung der Schienen 1 kann in der gleichen Ebene oder in zwei verschiedenen parallelen Ebenen erfolgen.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt die Warenpräsentiereinrichtung in einer Säulenanordnung, wobei zwei C-Schienen 1.1 diametral an einer Polygon-Profilsäule 6 aufgebaut sind. Die mit unterbrochener Linie gezeigten weitern C-Schienen auf den beiden freien Polygonseiten sollen zeigen, dass für die Säulengestaltung praktisch keine Einschränkungen bestehen, sofern die Oeffnung 7 jeder C-Schiene radial auswärts gerichtet ist.
  • Die C-Schiene 1, 1.1 als Profilstab mit durchlaufender Längsöffnung 7, die beidseitig von Profilrippen 1.2 begrenzt ist, und das Sperrschloss 3 mit einem anhand der Fig. 3 bis 6 beschriebenen Schlossgehäuse 8 und seitlich ausfahrbaren Sperrbacken 9 wirken wie folgt zusammen: Das Sperrschlossgehäuse 8 mit einer Breite b passt splelarm in die Oeffnung 7 der C-Schiene und ist darin längsverschiebbar. Das Sperrschloss 3 wird bei zurückgezogenen Sperrbacken 9 in die Schienenöffnung 7 eingeführt, bis das Gehäuse 8 auf dem Profilgrund aufsteht. Dann werden die Sperrbacken 9 freigegeben, wobei sie sich so hinter die Profilrippen 1.2 anlegen, dass sich das Sperrschloss 3 im Profilinnern zwischen paarweisen seitlichen Anschlagmitteln in der Form von Buckeleinprägungen 10 spielarm bewegen lässt. Die Buckeleinprägungen 10 lassen das Schlossgehäuse 8 frei passieren, bilden aber für ausgefahrene Sperrbacken 9 Anschlagstellen, an welchen das Sperrschloss 3 in der Schiene 1, 1.1 abgestützt ist. Daraus ergeben sich bei Mehrschienen-Traganordnungen an den C-Schienen in bestimmten korrespondierenden Höhenlagen Stützstellen, an welchen mit der Stirnfläche 11 des Schlossgehäuses 8 verbundene Warentragvorrichtungen höhenf ixierbar sind.
  • In Fig. 3 ist das Sperrschloss 3 mit ausgefahrenen Sperrbacken 9 an einer Stelle zwischen zwei paarweisen Buckeleinprägungen 10 gezeigt. Bewegt man das Sperrschloss 3 in Pfeilrichtung A soweit abwärts bis die untern Enden der Sperrbacken 9 auf den untern Buckeleinprägungen 10 aufstehen, so ist eine stabile Auflagestellung für das Sperrschloss 3 und eine mit dessen Stirnfläche 11 verbundene Tragvorrichtung erreicht. Wird das Sperrschloss 3 aufwärts gegen die oberen Buckeleinprägungen bewegt, so weichen die Sperrbacken 9 entgegen einer Federvorspannung zurück, wie noch erläutert wird. Will man dagegen das Sperrschloss 3 unter die untern Buckeleinprägungen 10 absenken, so muss eine Betätigungsstange 12 durch leichten Fingerdruck abwärts bewegt werden, worauf sich die Sperrbacken 9 gemäss späterer Beschreibung abwärts/einwärts bewegen und den Bewegungspfad für das Sperrschloss 3 freigeben.
  • In Fig. 4 sind in auseinandergezogener Darstellungsweise die Bestandteile des Sperrschlosses 3 gezeigt. Hauptbestandteil ist ein Basisblock 15 des Gehäuses 8 mit einer ersten Führungsnute 16 zur Aufnahme eines die Betätigungsstange 12 tragenden Steuergliedes 17, das einerseits eine als Federhaus 18 für eine Druckfeder 19 gestaltete Bohrung in einem Führungsblock 20 enthält und ferner einen Steuersteg 21 für die Sperrbacken 9 trägt. Der Basisblock 15 enthält weiter ein Paar axialsymmetrisch schräg einwärts laufende zweite Führungsnuten 22, in welche eine an jedem der Sperrbacken 9 rückseitig angebrachte Steuerrippe 23 eingreift. Die Sperrbacken 9 besitzen parallelepipedische Gestalt mit einer der Schrägstellung der Führungsnuten 22 entsprechend geneigten Innenkante und einer parallel zur Gehäuselängsseite verlaufenden Aussenkontur. Querlaufende Nuten 9.1 auf der Vorderseite der Sperrbacken 9 dienen zur Aufnahme je eines der Steuerstege 21 am Steuerglied 17. Eine Stützfläche 24 am untern Ende der ersten Führungsnute 16 dient zur Abstützung der Druckfeder 19, und eine Anschlagfläche 25 am untern Ende der zweiten Führungsnuten 22 begrenzt die Abwärts-/Einwärtsbewegung der Sperrbacken 9.
  • Der Basisblock 15 ist mit einer Abdeckplatte 26 versehen, auf deren Aussenseite sich auch die oben erwähnte Stirnfläche 11 zur Befestigung einer bezüglichen Tragvorrichtung 2, 4, 5 etc. befindet. Das obere Ende der Abdeckplatte 26 ist mit einem Schliesssteg 27 versehen, der eine Durchtrittsöffnung 28 für die Betätigungsstange 12 enthält. Zusammen mit einer Schraubverbindung 29 am untern Ende der Abdeckplatte 26 resultiert so ein stabiler Aufbau des Sperrschlosses 3.
  • In der rechtsseitigen Figurenhälfte 5a ist die Anordnung der Schlossbestandteile (ohne Abdeckplatte 26) im Ruhebzw. Sperrzustand der Sperrbacken 9 gezeigt. Die Sperrbacken 9 befinden sich mit ihren Steuerrippen 23 (Fig. 4) im Eingriff mit den zweiten Führungsnuten 22. Sie liegen so im Basisblock 15 des Schlossgehäuses 8 (Fig. 6), dass die Steuerstege 21 am Steuerglied 17 in die querlaufenden Nuten 9.1 der Sperrbacken 9 eingreifen. Das Steuerglied 17 steht unter dem Vorspanndruck der Druckfeder 19 in seiner äussersten Ausschiebestellung, die durch den Eingriff des Führungsblocks 20 (Fig. 4) in die erste Führungsnute 16 gegeben ist. Die Sperrbacken 9 befinden sich dabei in ihrer Blockierstellung, in welcher sie über die Gehäuseaussenflächen hinausragen. Die Betätigungsstange 12 am Steuerglied 17 ragt voll über das Gehäuse 8 vor.
  • Drückt man nun die Betätigungsstange 12 gemäss dem Pfeil B in der linken Figurenhälfte 5b nach unten, so werden die Sperrbacken 9 durch die Steuerstege 21 längs den schräg einwärts laufenden zweiten Führungsnuten 22 nach unten in ihre Rückzieh- bzw. Freigabestellung innerhalb der Gehäusekontur bewegt. Der Führungsblock 20 am Steuerglied 17 bewegt sich dabei in der ersten Führungsnute 16 abwärts, die Sperrbacken 9 gelangen an die Anschlagfläche 25 und die Druckfeder 19 wird zusammengedrückt. In dieser Stellung der Bestandteile des Sperrschlosses 3 ist letzteres in der C-Schiene frei längsbeweglich und kann in jede beliebige Höhenstellung gebracht werden. Durch Loslassen der Betätigungsstange 12 läuft das Steuerglied 17 unter Federvorspannung in seine obenliegende Ausgangsstellung zurück, wobei auch die Sperrbacken 9 wieder nach aussen bewegt werden und bei der nächsten Abwärtsbewegung des Sperrschlosses 3 eine Arretierung bewirken.
  • Aus den Figuren 3 und 5a ist ersichtlich, wie das Sperrschloss 3 in Aufwärts-Bewegungsrichtung ohne Drücken der Betätigungsstange 12 an den Buckeleinprägungen 10 der C-Schienen 1, 1.1 vorbei geschoben werden kann: Sobald eines der oberen Enden der Sperrbacken 9 auf eine der Buckeleinprägungen 10 anläuft, werden durch die Kupplungswirkung des Steuergliedes 17 beide Sperrbacken 9 solange abwärts und durch die zweiten Führungsnuten 22 einwärts bewegt, bis die Sperrbacken 9 zwischen den bezüglichen Einprägungen 10 passieren können.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt in einer Grund- und Seitenrissdarstellung das Sperrschloss 3 im Zusammenbau, wobei die Sperrbacken 9 und die Betätigungsstange 12 mit ausgezogenem Strich in Sperrstellung, und mit unterbrochenem Strich in Freigabestellung eingetragen sind.

Claims (4)

  1. Warenpräsentiereinrichtung mit höhenverstellbaren Auslegerelementen in Wand- oder Säulenanordnung mit in einer oder mehreren in vertikaler, paralleler Anordnung zueinander stehenden C-Profilschienen (1, 1.1), in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren und in vorgegebenen Stützstellen aufrastbaren Vorrichtungen zur Aufnahme von Tragelementen (2, 4, 5), gekennzeichnet durch an paarweise gleich hohen Stellen der Profilseitenwände angebrachte Anschlagmittel (10), mindestens ein von vorne durch die Profilöffnung (7) in den Profilinnenraum einschiebbares Sperrschloss (3) mit bezüglich dessen Gehäuse-Längsseiten (8.1) wahlweise in Sperrstellung oder Durchlaufstellung bringbaren Sperrbacken (9) und einer Aufnahmefläche (11) für die Befestigung der Tragelemente (2, 4, 5) am Sperrschloss (3).
  2. Warenpräsentiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagmittel in den Profilseitenwänden in diese eingepresste Buckeleinprägungen (10) sind, deren gegenseitiger Abstand grösser als die Breite (b) des Schlossgehäuses (8) ist.
  3. Warenpräsentiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Sperrschloss (3) innerhalb des Schlossgehäuses (8) ein in einer ersten, auf die Gehäuse-Längsachse ausgerichteten Führungsnute (16) verschiebbares Steuerglied (17) und zwei bezüglich der Längsachse symmetrisch gestaltete und in abwärts konvergierenden zweiten Führungsnuten (22) gleitende Sperrbacken (9) vorhanden sind, und dass das Steuerglied (17) in querlaufende Nuten (9.1) der Sperrbacken (9) eingreifende Steuerstege (,21) aufweist, welche die Sperrbacken (9) längs den zweiten Führungsnuten (22) aus ihrer Sperrstellung in die Durchlaufstellung und umgekehrt bringen.
  4. Warenpräsentiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerglied (17) durch eine Druckfeder (19) in Ausschieberichtung vorgespannt ist, um die Sperrbacken (9) im Ruhezustand in ihrer Sperrstellung zu halten.
