Claims (15)

  1. Rollstuhl mit einem Fahrgestell (12), das eine im wesentlichen horizontale Sitzfläche (26) und eine zurückneigbare Rücklehnenanordnung (34) aufweist, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:
    a. ein Rahmenteil (36), mit einem nächstgelegenen Ende (38), das schwenkbar mit dem Fahrgestell (12) nahe der Sitzfläche (26) verbunden ist, wobei das genannte Rahmenteil (36) relativ zur Sitzfläche über einem Bereich von Winkeln schwenkar ist;
    b. eine verlängerbare Strebe (62) mit einem hohlen, äußeren Strebenteil (64) und einem inneren Strebenteil (66), wobei das genannte äußere Strebenteil (64) ein offenes Ende aufweist, durch welches ein Ende des genannten inneren Strebenteils (66) aufgenommen ist, wobei das eine Ende (68) der genannten Strebe (62) schwenkbar mit dem Fahrgestell (12) und das andere Ende (72) der genannten Strebe (62) schwenkbar mit dem Rahmenteil (36) an dessen abgelegenem Ende (46) verbunden ist und wobei das genannte innere Strebenteil (66) relativ zum genannten äußeren Strebenteil (64) verschieblich ist, wenn das genannte Rahmenteil (36) relativ zur Sitzfläche (26) geschwenkt wird; und
    c. eine Einrichtung zum lösbaren Verriegeln des genannten Rahmenteils (36) bei einem gewünschten Winkel relativ zur genannten Sitzfläche (26), wobei die genannte Verriegelungseinrichtung die folgenden Merkmale aufweist:
       ein Eingriffsteil (84), das beweglich am genannten äußeren Strebenteil (64) angebracht ist und eine zweite Eingriffsfläche (86) zum Eingriff mit einer ersten Eingriffsfläche (82) am genannten inneren Strebenteil (66) aufweist,
       eine Einrichtung (90), die die genannten Eingriffsflächen (82, 86) zum gegenseitigen Eingriff hin belastet, um die Bewegung der genannten Strebenteile (64, 66) relativ zueinander zu verhindern,
       eine Betätigungseinrichtung (104), die am genannten Rahmenteil (36) an dessen abgelegenem Ende (40) angebracht ist, und
       eine Einrichtung (108), die die genannte Betätigungseinrichtung (104) mit dem genannten Eingriffsteil (84) so koppelt, daß die Bewegung der genannten Betätigungseinrichtung (104) das genannte Eingriffsteil (84) gegen die genannte Belastungseinrichtung (90) bewegt, um den Eingriff der genannten Eingriffsfläche (82, 86) zu lösen und die Bewegung der genannten Strebenteile (64, 66) relativ zueinander zuzulassen;
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte eine Ende des inneren Strebenteils (66) innerhalb des genannten anderen Strebenteils (64) liegt und daß die erste Eingriffsfläche (82) am inneren Strebenteil (66) neben dessen einem Ende liegt und ein gezahntes Profil aufweist, und die zweite Eingriffsfläche (86) am Eingriffsteil (84) ein zur ersten Eingriffsfläche (82) komplementäres Profil aufweist.
  2. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1, worin die genannte Profile der genannten ersten und zweiten Eingriffsflächen (82, 86) wendelförmige Gewindegänge aufweisen.
  3. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das genannte äußere Strebenteil (64) eine zwischen seinen Enden angeordnete Öffnung (88) aufweist, und das genannte Eingriffsteil (84) innerhalb der genannten Öffnung (88) angebracht ist.
  4. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 3, worin die genannte Verriegelungseinrichtung ferner ein Federgehäuse (92) aufweist, das die genannte Öffnung (88) abdeckt, und die genannte Belastungseinrichtung eine Schraubenfeder (90) umfaßt, die zwischen dem genannten Gehäuse (92) und dem genannten Eingriffsteil (84) angeordnet ist.
  5. Rollstuhl nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin die genannte Koppelungseinrichtung eine Bowdenzuganordnung (108) aufweist, die mit dem einen Ende (112) an der genannten Betätigungseinrichtung (104) und mit ihrem anderen Ende (113) am genannten Eingriffsteil (84) angesetzt ist.
  6. Rollstuhl nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin die genannte Rücklehnenanordnung (34) eine Rücklehnenplatte (54) aufweist, die am genannten Rahmenteil (36) angebracht ist.
  7. Rollstuhl nach irgendeinem vorangehenden Anspruch, der ein Paar drehbarer Antriebsräder (14) aufweist und bei dem das Rahmenteil (36) ein Paar im wesentlichen paralleler Seitenpfosten (42) aufweist, die schwenkbar mit dem genannten Fahrgestell (12) verbunden ist, wobei jeder der genannten Seitenpfosten (42) mit einem Griff (53) versehen ist, der sich im wesentlichen rechtwinklig hiervon an dessen abgelegenem Ende (46) erstreckt; die Rücklehnenanordnung (34) ein Paar verlängerbarer Streben (62) aufweist; die genannte Verriegelungseinrichtung ein Paar Eingriffsteile (84) umfaßt, von denen jedes am äußeren Strebenteil (64) der jeweiligen Strebe (62) angebracht ist; und die Rücklehnenanordnung (34) auch ein Paar Betätigungshebel (104) umfaßt, von denen jeder schwenkbar am jeweiligen Seitenpfosten (42) neben dessen jeweiligem Griff (53) angebracht ist.
  8. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 7, worin die genannten Betätigungshebel (104) zu den Griffen (53) hin bewegt werden, um den Eingriff der genannten Eingriffsflächen (82, 86) zu lösen.
  9. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 8, worin die genannten Betätigungshebel (104) an den genannten Seitenpfosten (42) unmittelbar unter den genannten Griffen (53) angebracht sind.
  10. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 7, 8 oder 9, worin jedes der genannten äußeren Strebenteile (64) eine Einrichtung (83) umfaßt, die drehbar jeweils eines der genannten Antriebsräder (14) lagert.
  11. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, ferner mit einer Einrichtung (140 oder 156), um das genannte Rahmenteil (36) zu zwingen, in eine aufrechte Lage relativ zur Sitzfläche (26) zu schwenken.

Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 11, worin die genannte Einrichtung, um das genannte Rahmenteil (36) zu zwingen, zur genannten aufrechten Lage hin zu schwenken, einen Hebelarm (120) umfaßt, der am genannten Rahmenteil (36) an dessen genanntem, nächstgelegenem Ende (38) befestigt ist, eine verlängerbare Koppelungsanordnung (122), die ein erstes Koppelglied (124 oder 143) umfaßt, das schwenkbar mit dem ersten Ende am genannten Hebelarm (120) angesetzt ist, sowie ein zweites Koppelglied (126 oder 150), das schwenkbar mit einem zweiten Ende am Fahrgestell (12) angesetzt ist, wobei das genannte erste und zweite Koppelglied (124 und 126 oder 143 und 150) sich relativ zueinander längs einer gemeinsamen Koppelungsachse bewegen, wenn das genannte Rahmenteil (36) relativ zur Sitzfläche (26) verschwenkt wird, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Enden der genannten Koppelungsanordnung (122) abnimmt, wenn das genannte Rahmenteil (36) zur genannten aufrechten Lage hin geschwenkt wird, oder zunimmt, wenn das genannte Rahmenteil (36) zur genannten geneigten Lage hin geschwenkt wird, sowie eine Feder (140 oder 156), die zwischen dem genannten ersten und zweiten Koppelglied (124 und 126 oder 143 und 150) angesetzt ist, wobei die genannte Feder die genannten Enden der genannten Koppelungsanordnung (122) aufeinander zu belastet, um das Rahmenteil (36) in seine aufrechte Lage zu drücken.
  13. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 12, worin die genannte Feder eine Zugfeder (140) ist.
  14. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 12, worin die genannte Feder eine Druckfeder (156) ist.
  15. Rollstuhl nach Anspruch 14, worin das genannte erste Koppelglied (143) eine Kolbenstange (144) mit einem Kolbenkopf (148) gegenüber dem genannten ersten Ende längs der genannten Koppelungsachse aufweist; das genannte zweite Koppelglied (150) einen Zylinder umfaßt, der eine Federhalterung (154) gegenüber dem genannten zweiten Ende längs der genannten Koppelungsachse aufweist; und die genannte Druckfeder (156) eine Schraubenfeder ist, die längs der genannten Koppelungsachse zwischen dem genannten Kolbenkopf (148) und der genannten Federhalterung (154) angeordnet ist.
