Claims (10)
- Dispositif de couchage, compronant un docteur se présentant sous la forme d'une lame de couchage (1) qui est fixée par serrage, et prend appui, sur une barre de docteur (13, 14), la force d'application de la lame de couchage (1) étant réalisée au moyen de la flexion de Cette lame de couchage (1) en vue de l'enduction d'une nappe (C) en papier ou en carton, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs aimants (4, 5 ; 4' ; 25) sont disposés sur la barre de docteur (13, 14) suivant une rangée parallèle à l'arête d'application de la lame de couchage (1), ces aimants exerçant, en vue du réglage du profil de l'enduction déposée, des forces magnétiques de traction (qF) agissant sur la partie courbe de la lame de couchage (1) qui est située près de la nappe (C).
- Dispositif de couchage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de moyens (9), à position éventuellement réglable, d'appui de la lame de couchage (1) entre les moyens de serrage (12) de cette dernière et son arête d'application sur la nappe de matière (C) ou sur un dispositif d'appui guidant cette dernière, les aimants (4, 5 ; 4') sont disposés sur la barre de docteur (13, 14) entre les moyens d'appui (9) de la lame de couchage (1) et le dispositif d'appui de la nappe de matière (C).
- Dispositif de couchage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la réglette d'appui (29) de la lame de couchage (1) est disposée d'une manière mobile en direction du dispositif d'appui servant à l'appui de la nappe de produit (C).
- Dispositif de couchage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les aimants sont des électro-aimants (4, 5).
- Dispositif de couchage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'en vue du réglage du profil, l'induction magnétique des électro-aimants (4, 5) est réglable en fonction de la correction exigée pour le profil.
- Dispositif de couchage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les aimants sont des aimants permanents (4').
- Dispositif de couchage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les aimants (4, 5) sont disposés de façon que leur position sur la barre de docteur (13, 14) puisse être réglée en direction de la lame de couchage, perpendiculairement à leur agencement en rangée;
- Dispositif de couchage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants sont disposés sur des coulisseaux (3) qui sont agencés de façon à pouvoir être déplacés dans une glissière (7) de la barre de docteur (14) ou d'une pièce de support (13) solidaire de cette dernière.
- Dispositif de couchage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'appui de la lame de couchage (1) sont constitués par une réglette d'appui (9) rigide.
- Dispositif de couchage suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'appui de la lame de couchage (1) sont constitués par un tuyau souple de pression (24).
