Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of lubricants and in particular to an incombustible lubricant.
  • a lubricating fluid is necessary which causes the fluid flow at a certain thickness of the supporting liquid film between the rotating and the immovable part of a bearing, which reduces the friction and the transmission of a hydraulic impulse in hydraulic systems regulating fluid machines.
  • the mineral lubricating oils for turbines have one major disadvantage, they are flammable and can cause fires in power plants.
  • Incombustible water-based lubricants are also well known.
  • water has a low viscosity (1 cSt), which means that the strength of the supporting lubricating film in a hydrodynamic plain bearing is insufficient: for the separation of friction surfaces, which causes their increased wear and tear from destruction.
  • Incombustible lubricants containing water and polyglycols are known ("Ognebtöikie turbinnye masla" - fire-resistant turbine oils - edited by KI Ivanov, 1974, Khimia, (Moscow), pp. 20-22).
  • these liquids do not have a stable viscosity over time at certain temperature values, which cannot guarantee stable operation of turbomachines.
  • the ones used in these lubricating fluids Polyglycols are extremely deficient additives.
  • An incombustible lubricant which contains water and polyacrylamide is also known (SU, A, 168826). This mixture also has a temporally unstable viscosity at certain temperature values and is extremely corrosion-active in relation to unalloyed steel types, main construction materials of turbine bearings, hydraulic systems for regulating turbo machines and other similar systems.
  • the invention has for its object to achieve the increase in the temporal stability of the temperature-viscosity behavior of the liquid while reducing its corrosion activity by introducing new components from which the lubricating fluid is composed and by changing its quantitative ratio.

  • the proposed non-flammable lubricant less than the korroaionsmod mentioned known incombustible S c hmierfactkeit.
  • the incombustible creamy liquid according to the invention has an increased temporal stability of the viscosity at certain temperature values compared to the known lubricant (SU, A, 168826).
  • the incombustible lubricating fluid according to the invention ensures reliable operation of turbomachines, it is explosive and fire-hazardous, and no special protective measures for humans are required when it is used.
  • the change in the ratio between the components of the lubricant according to the invention leads to a reduction in the reliable operation of a turbomachine.
  • the registered concentrations of polyacrylamide can be attributed to the fact that it is not possible to reduce the concentration of polyacrylamide below the stated values to achieve the viscosity necessary for the formation of a sufficient thickness of the hydrodynamic lubricating layer. Exceeding the concentration above the registered values leads to a sharp increase in viscosity, which makes the lubricant technologically unusable.
  • the polyacrylamide used in the proposed non-flammable lubricant can be in the form gel (usually at a concentration of 8%) or in the form of a dry powder.
  • the S c inventive hmier hasslekeit Turbomachinery is prepared as follows. Triethanolamine and sodium nitrite are introduced into water, mixed, then polyacrylamide is added and the mixture is mixed until the end product is obtained.

  • the incombustible lubricant according to the invention is composed of the following components in mass%:
  • the proposed incombustible lubricant is prepared and tested in the same way as in Example 1.
  • the test results are shown in Table 1 below.
  • the incombustible lubricant according to the invention is composed of the following components in mass%:
  • the incombustible lubricating fluid according to the invention is prepared and tested in the same way as in Example 1. The test results are shown in the table below.
  • the non-flammable lubricating fluid according to the invention is composed of the following components in mass%:
  • the proposed invention can be used in the field of lubricants for bearings and hydraulic systems for regulating turbomachines and other similar units.
