Abstract

  • 2.1 Die im Verschleißfutter des metallurgischen Gefäßes angeordneten, als Spüleinrichtung dienenden bekannten Rohre sind zur Vermeidung des Eindringens von Schmelze flachgepreßt, wodurch sich das Rohr verspannt und innerhalb des Verschleißfutters abreißen bzw. platzen kann. Weiters ist der zugeführte Gasstrom breit gefächert.
  • 2.2 Um solche Verspannungen zu vermeiden und einen scharf gebündelten Gasstrahl zu erzielen, ist zentral in jedem Rohr (18) mindestens ein sich in Längsrichtung des Rohres (18) erstreckender stangenförmiger Einsatz (26) vorgesehen, der mit der Rohrinnenwand (29) einen Ringspalt (30) bildet.
  • 2.3 Das Spülelement eignet sich für alle metallurgischen Gefäße, insbesondere für Stahlwerkskonverter.
