Description

  • Die Neuerung betrifft eine Montagewand, bei der ein Fenster- oder Tür-Durchbruch unter Bildung von Eckbereichen an beiden Seiten von je einem Ständerprofil und oben von einem Sturzprofil begrenzt ist, bei der das Sturzprofil an den Ständerprofilen angeordnet ist und im Querschnitt U-förmig ist und bei der die Ständer- und Sturzprofile mindestens an einer Seite unter Aussparung des Durchbruches mit Wandplatten belegt und durch Befestigungszapfen fest verbunden sind.
  • Bei einer durch die Praxis bekannten Montagewand dieser Art ist das Sturzprofil beiderends an den Ständerprofilen um 90° nach oben abgewinkelt und sind die abgewinkelten Arme an den Ständerprofilen befestigt. Bei dieser Montagewand treten in den beplankenden Wandplatten häufig Risse auf, die von den Eckbereichen ausgehen.
  • Eine Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, eine Montagewand der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der die Gefahr des Auftretens von Wandplatten-Rissen, die von den Eckbereichen des Durchbruches ausgehen, vermindert ist. Die neuerungsgemäße Montagewand ist, diese Aufgabe lösend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sturzprofil an je einer im Profilgrund vorgesehenen Ausnehmung von den Ständerprofilen durchquert ist, jeweils mit einem Überstand von den Ständerprofilen seitlich wegragt und im Bereich der Überstände mit den Wandplatten fest verbunden ist.
  • Es läßt sich feststellen, daß bei der neuerungsgemäßen Montagewand von den Eckbereichen ausgehende Wandplatten-Risse nur noch sehr selten auftreten.
  • Auf die einen Eckbereich begrenzende Wandplatte läßt sich eine vergrößerte, von dem Eckbereich weggerichtete Zugkraft ausüben. Die Montage der Montagewand ist vereinfacht. Die außen an den Ständerprofilen anliegenden U-Schenkel des Sturzprofiles tragen nur wenig auf, da sie nicht materialdicker als die Ständerprofile sind und in der Regel materialdünner als die Ständerprofile sind. Das Sturzprofil ist nicht etwa durch die Ständerprofile gesteckt, um die Überstände zu bilden.
  • Bereits eine einzige Verbindungsstelle der Wandtafel mit dem Überstand bringt eine Verbesserung. Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es, wenn am Überstand mindestens zwei auf Abstand voneinander angeordnete Verbindungsstellen vorgesehen sind. Durch mehrere Verbindungen mit dem sich entsprechend weiter über die Wandplatte erstreckenden Überstand wird die Rissefreiheit weiter gefördert.
  • Die Ausnehmung ist z.B. eine große, den Außenumfang des Querschnittes des Ständerprofiles entsprechende Öffnung. Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es jedoch, wenn die Ausnehmungen jeweils ein Schlitz in Form des Querschnittes des Ständerprofiles sind. Die Halterung des Ständerprofiles in der Ausnehmung des Sturzprofiles ist verbessert.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn vom Rand der Ausnehmung ein Vorsprung, z.B. eine Befestigungslasche, aus der Ebene des Profilgrundes geneigt wegragt und an dem Ständerprofil anliegt. Dieser Vorsprung behebt etwaiges Spiel des Ständerprofiles in der Ausnehmung und vermeidet bei der Montage ein Abrutschen des Sturzprofiles.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es sodann, wenn der Profilgrund des Sturzprofiles mit einer Reihe von Ausnehmungen versehen ist. Dieses Sturzprofil ist für verschieden breite Fenster- oder Tür-Durchbrüche geeignet.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es ebenfalls, wenn eine Wandplatte, die unterhalb des Sturzprofiles bei dem einen Ständerprofil endet, oberhalb des Sturzprofiles durchgehend bei dessen Ständerprofil endet und oberhalb des Sturzprofiles zwischen die beiden Ständerprofile ein Wandplattenstück eingesetzt ist. Diese an sich bekannte Art der Beplankung läßt sich vorsehen, da Eckbereich-Risse weitgehend unterdrückt sind.
  • In der Zeichnung ist eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Neuerung dargestellt und zeigt
    • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht mit Aufbrüchen eines Teiles einer Montagewand mit Fenster- oder Tür-Durchbruch und
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt gemäß Linie II - II in Fig. 1 in einem gegenüber Fig. 1 vergrößerten Maßstab.
  • Die Montagewand gemäß Zeichnung umfaßt einen Durchbruch 1, der seitlich von zwei auf Abstand voneinander angeordneten, vertikalen Ständerprofilen 2 und oben von einem horizontalen Sturzprofil 3 begrenzt ist. Jedes Ständerprofil 2 ist durch eine Ausnehmung 4 im Grund 5 des Sturzprofiles 3 gesteckt und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Breite des Sturzprofiles von Schenkel zu Schenkel. Das Sturzprofil 3 begrenzt mit jedem Ständerprofil 2 einen Eckbereich 6 und ragt mit einem Überstand 7 von dem Eckbereich weg über das Ständerprofil hinaus. Oberhalb des Durchbruches 1 und des Sturzprofiles 3 ist an jedem Ständerprofil 2 ein Hilfsprofil 8 befestigt. An dem Hilfsprofil 8 und dem Sturzprofil 3 ist beidseitig je ein Wandplattenstück 9 an den Verbindungsstellen 10 mittels Befestigungsstiften befestigt. An beiden Seiten der Ständerprofile 2 ist jeweils mittels Befestigungszapfen eine Wandplatte 11 befestigt, die auch an dem Überstand mittels Befestigungszapfen befestigt ist. Gemäß Fig. 2 ist am Rand der Ausnehmung 4 ein Vorsprung 12 in Form einer Lasche vorgesehen, die nach unten gebogen wird, bevor das Ständerprofil 2 durch die Ausnehmung geschoben wird, und die reibend am Ständerprofil anliegt. In dem Profilgrund 5 sind vorsorglich noch weitere Ausnehmungen 13 vorbereitet.

Claims (6)

1. Montagewand, bei der ein Fenster- oder Tür-Durchbruch unter Bildung von Eckbereichen an beiden Seiten von je einem Ständerprofil und oben von einem Sturzprofil begrenzt ist, bei der das Sturzprofil an den Ständerprofilen angeordnet ist und im Querschnitt U-förmig ist und bei der die Ständer- und Sturzprofile mindestens an einer Seite unter Aussparung des Durchbruches mit Wandplatten belegt und durch Befestigungszapfen fest verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sturzprofil (3) an je einer im Profilgrund (5) vorgesehenen Ausnehmung von den Ständerprofilen (2) durchquert ist, jeweils mit einem Überstand (7) von den Ständerprofilen seitlich wegragt und im Bereich der Überstände (7) mit den Wandplatten (11) fest verbunden ist.
2. Montagewand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Überstand (7) mindestens zwei auf Abstand voneinander angeordnete Verbindungsstellen (10) vorgesehen sind.
3. Montagewand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (4) jeweils ein Schlitz in Form des Querschnittes des Ständerprofiles (2) sind.
4. Montagewand nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Rand der Ausnehmung (4) ein Vorsprung (12) aus der Ebene des Profilgrundes (5) geneigt wegragt und an dem Ständerprofil (2) anliegt.
5. Montagewand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilgrund (5) des Sturzprofiles (3) mit einer Reihe von Ausnehmungen (4, 13) versehen ist.
6. Montagewand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wandplatte (11), die unterhalb des Sturzprofiles (3) bei dem einen Ständerprofil (2) endet, oberhalb des Sturzprofiles (3) durchgehend bei dem Ständerprofil (2) endet und oberhalb des Sturzprofiles (3) zwischen den beiden Ständerprofilen (2) ein Wandplattenstück (9) eingesetzt ist.
