Abstract

Le procédé consiste à détecter une marque de repérage imprimée (1) composée de signes (3a à 3e) et de témoins d'impression de couleur (4a à 4c), à comparer l'image des signes (3a à 3e) de la marque de repérage imprimée (1) avec les signes d'une marque de repérage virtuelle de référence puis, ensuite, à définir un champ de base (5a à 5c) pour chaque signe (3a à 3e), à calculer les centres géométriques (6a à 6c) de chaque champ de base (5a à 5c), a détecter, dans ces champs de base, un témoin d'impression de couleur (4a à 4c), à calculer et mémoriser leur centre géométrique (7a à 7c), à mesurer les écarts de position (Δx à Δx² et Δy à Δy²) entre les centres géométriques (6a à 6c) des champs de base (5a à 5c) et les centres géométriques (7a à 7c) des témoins d'impression de couleur (4a à 4c) et, enfin, à utiliser ces résultats pour commander l'organe de correction des erreurs de repérage d'une presse à imprimer.
Le procédé trouve son application dans le domaine du contrôle du repérage des couleurs dans les presses à imprimer à plusieurs couleurs.
