Abstract

Bei einer insbesondere zum Transport und/oder Lagerung von Fahrzeugreifen geeigneten Palette mit einem Bodenteil (2) und zwei einander gegenüberliegenden, insbesondere senkrecht am Bodenteil (2) befestigbaren Seitenteilen (4, 6) ist zwischen den Sei­ tenteilen (4, 6) mindestens ein Paar stangenartiger, paralleler Tragelemente (8) für die Fahrzeugreifen angeordnet. Die Trag­ elemente (8) weisen einen vorgebbaren Abstand zum Bodenteil und voneinander einen geringeren Abstand als der Außendurch­ messer der aufzunehmenden Fahrzeugreifen auf. Mit Hilfe einer derartigen Palette kann die Verformung der untersten Reifenlagen durch das Gewicht darüberliegender Reifenlagen verhindert und eine große Packungsdichte innerhalb der Palette erreicht werden.
