Abstract

Le procédé de préparation d'une substance thérapeutiquement active, utilisable en particulier pour la cicatrisation ou le traitement de l'insuffisance cérébro-vasculaire utilise le sang défibriné de jeunes boeufs ou veaux, soumis à une hydrolyse enzymatique à la papaïne, à un pH compris entre 6, 5 et 7, 4. La réaction est stoppée par addition d'eau froide et est suivie d'une ultrafiltration à 10000 D. Ensuite, le filtrat est concentré et additionné d'alcool, soumis à un refroidissement pendant au moins 24 h puis filtré jusqu'à clarification. Les préparations obtenues ont une activité notablement améliorée pour la guérison des plaies et en gériatrie.
