Abstract

Der kolbenstangenlose Arbeitszylinder ist als Bandzylinder ausgebildet, wobei das Band (3) in den Zylinderdeckeln (8) eine Aufnahmekammer (10) für ein Dichtungs- und ein Führungsorgan durchsetzt. Das Dichtungsorgan besteht aus beiderseitig des Bandes je einem leistenartigen Dichtelement aus elastischem Werkstoff, welches kolbenseitig als Lippendichtung ausgebildet sein kann. Die Dichtelemente (12,13) sind mit elastischer Verspannung zum Band (3) hin in die Aufnahmekammer (10) eingesetzt. Das kolbenabgewandt zum Dichtorgan angeordnete Führungsorgan weist beiderseitig des Bandes (3) je ein stegartiges Führungselement (23,24) auf, welches von der Verspannung der Dichtelemente (12,13) ebenfalls elastisch an das Band (3) angedrückt werden. Die Führungselemente (23,24) enden vermittles Anschlagflächen (28) mit einem Spielabstand (29) vor der Wandung (15) der Aufnahmekammer (10). Hierdurch ergibt sich, daß das Band (3) nur um den Spielabstand (29) elastisch aus seiner Sollage auslenkbar ist, anschließend eine formschlüssige Abstützung der Führungselemente (23,24) am Zylinderdeckel (8) erfolgt und somit keine weitere Bandauslenkung möglich ist.
