Abstract

Eine Stranggießanlage zum Gießen von Vorprofilen zur Form­ stahlwalzung besteht aus einer gekühlten Kokille 2 und die­ ser nachgeordneten Strangführung 3.
Zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit bei der Herstellung von Formstahl sind Erweiterungsflächen 4b, 5b der Kokille 2 in einem Winkel von 20 bis 45o zur Stegflächenebene geneigt, den Stegflächen 4a, 5a, Erweiterungsflächen 4b, 5b und Ver­ stellflächen 4c, 5c, Strangführungsrollen 11, 12, 13 nach­ geordnet und mit einem Vorsprung 7a in den Formraum versehe­ nen, verstellbaren Stirnwänden 1c, 1f gleichsinnig verstell­ bare Führungselemente 15 bzw. 18 nachgeordnet.
