Definitions

  • the invention relates to a floor stand made of folding material with a foot with a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls, in each of which a longitudinal folding line runs in the center, wherein a floor panel is articulated to the front wall, which can be folded over the surface of the foot and in this unfolded position of the floor stand with its rear end can be anchored to the foot, further with an extension of the rear wall of the foot upwards, which, if necessary with extensions of the side walls, forms a receiving space for goods together with the floor panel, the floor stand being folded flat can, wherein on the rear wall and on the side walls of the foot are hinged a right and a left support tab, which protrude into the foot in the unfolded state of the floor stand and onto which a tab hinged to the rear edge of the floor panel with slots can be pushed , and being both support tabs consist of hinged support bracket parts which are hinged to the relevant side wall or to the rear wall.
  • DE-U-88 01 893 describes such a floor stand.
  • cut lines are provided in the rear lateral edges in such a way that triangular fields of the foot can be pressed inward on the foot Then the upper edge of the bottom panel rests laterally with its rear end.
  • the ground field is therefore only supported on its two sides in the rear area. If it is loaded with heavier articles, there is therefore a risk that the floor field in deflects the middle area and then, if necessary, even slips off its supports.
  • Even more disadvantageous is the fact that to unfold the floor stand, the support tabs have to be pushed out of the walls inwards with separate handles, so that this known floor stand can no longer be unfolded from its flat-folded position with a single handle.
  • the invention avoids these disadvantages. It is based on the task of proposing a floor stand with the features mentioned at the beginning, the handling of which is noticeably simplified. The soil field should also be able to withstand higher loads.
  • the invention is characterized in that, in the unfolded state, the support bracket parts hinged to the rear wall run parallel to the side wall and the support bracket parts hinged to the side walls run parallel to the rear wall.
  • the tab provided with the slits extends essentially at right angles to the actual floor field and therefore noticeably stiffens it at its critical rear edge over its entire length.
  • the flap not only stiffens the floor panel, but also serves for locking and for supporting the floor panel on the support tabs, which are automatically unfolded from its flat-folded position when the floor stand according to the invention is unfolded such that they protrude into the interior of the foot.
  • the known floor stand described at the outset is produced from a single blank. This cut can therefore, if it should not be printed on both sides, which is expensive, can only be printed on the front or on the back. With floor stands of this type, however, it is often desirable that both the front side of the front side, which is visible from the outside the extension of the back wall can be printed.
  • an important embodiment of the floor stand according to the invention provides that the rear wall with its extension and the adjoining parts of the side walls, possibly with their extensions, are formed in one piece, that the front wall with the floor panel and with the adjoining parts of the side walls , if necessary with their extensions, are also formed in one piece and that the front and rear side wall parts are glued together.
  • the load-bearing capacity of the bottom panel is further increased if, as is preferred, the side walls are connected to the bottom panel via connecting panels articulated thereon, in each of which a folding line is created, which enables the unfolding process and which runs from a common corner between the front panel and the front panel relevant side wall starting from a free edge of the connection field.
  • the floor panel hangs, so to speak, laterally on the connecting panels, which in turn are hinged to the side walls, as a result of which the floor panel is also well supported on the side.
  • FIG. 1 This consists of a front wall 1, a right and left side wall 2 and a rear wall 3.
  • a longitudinal fold line 4 runs in the middle of each of the two side walls.
  • a bottom panel 6 is articulated via a fold line 5, which serves to hold goods.
  • the foot 1 has an extension 7 at the top and the side walls 2 also have upper extensions 8.
  • the extensions together with the floor panel, form a receiving space open to the front for goods to be presented.
  • the floor stand can be sent folded in a zigzag shape, for which purpose transverse folding lines 9 are provided.
  • This has a support bracket part 10 parallel to the rear wall 3 and a support bracket part 11 parallel to the side walls 2. They are punched out of the material of a partial side wall 12, which forms the two side walls 2 together with a partial side wall 13 of the front part. Both partial side walls are glued together. See Fig. 2.
  • the support tab 11 ends in an adhesive tab 14, which in turn is glued to the rear wall 3.
  • a flap 16 is articulated to the rear edge 15 of the bottom panel 6 in the unfolded position according to FIG. 1, which has side slots 17.
  • the tab with its slits is pushed onto the supporting tabs 11, and the floor panel is thereby locked and stiffened at the same time.
  • the floor panel is attached to the side walls, as it were, via side connection panels 18, which are shown in FIG. 3. These have a fold line 19 which facilitates the unfolding process.
  • the fold line starts from a common corner 20 between the front wall 1 and the side wall 2.
  • the connecting panel 18 is articulated to the base panel 6 via a fold line 21 and to the front part of the relevant side wall 2 via a further fold line 22.
  • Fig. 2 also shows the two-part manufacture of the floor stand, namely on the one hand from the front wall 1 with the floor panel 6 and the tab 16 and the outside and preferably extending over the entire length of the side walls partial side walls 13 and on the other hand from the rear wall 3 with extension 7, the rear side wall parts 12 including their extensions 8 and the two support straps with their strap parts 10, 11, 14th
