Claims (5)

  1. Bouchon de fermeture pour un goulot de réservoir, notamment bouchon de radiateur, comprenant un chapeau de bouchon (10) et une partie intérieure de bouchon (12) en forme de pot, assemblée audit chapeau, pourvue d'un rebord annulaire (16) dirigé radialement vers l'extérieur et portant un joint d'étanchéité annulaire (18) destiné à s'appuyer sur le bord du goulot de réservoir, avec une soupape de sûreté à pression maximale-minimale comprenant une membrane d'étanchéité annulaire (44) qui, par sa face intérieure tournée vers l'intérieur du réservoir, s'applique contre une face d'étanchéité annulaire (46) de la partie intérieure de bouchon (12) et contre un obturateur (54), de diamètre inférieur à cette dernière, lequel recouvre l'ouverture centrale (52) de la membrane d'étanchéité (44) et est presse contre la face intérieure de cette membrane d'étanchéité (44) par un ressort de pression minimale (56) s'appuyant contre le fond (58) de la partie intérieure de bouchon (12), tandis qu'un disque de soutien (42) s'applique, sous la pression d'un ressort de pression maximale (34), contre la face de la membrane qui est tournée vers l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de pression maximale (34), consistant en un ressort de compression hélicoïdal, s'applique, par son extrémité éloignée de la membrane d'étanchéité (44), contre un corps de soutien (30) formé par une bague à profil en U, dont la paroi radialement intérieure (32) délimite une surface d'ouverture polygonale et dont la paroi radialement extérieure porte un filetage sur son côté extérieur, et qui peut être vissée, dans un élément supérieur cylindrique (24) portant un filetage complémentaire (28) de la partie intérieure de bouchon (12), de telle sorte que la précontrainte du ressort de pression maximale (34) peut être réglée en déplaçant axialement le corps de soutien (30).
  2. Bouchon de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de pression maximale (34) s'appuie, par son extrémité tournée vers la membrane d'étanchéité (44), contre un plateau (36) qui est monté sur le disque de soutien flexible (42) au moyen d'un appui sphérique.
  3. Bouchon de fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque de soutien (42) présente une moulure annulaire (68), évidée en direction de la membrane d'étanchéité (44) et dont le diamètre de référence est approximativement identique à celui de la face d'étanchéité (46) prévue sur la partie intérieure de bouchon (12).
  4. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le disque de soutien (42) présente, radialement à l'intérieur de l'ouverture centrale (52) de la membrane d'étanchéité (44), au moins une ouverture (64).
  5. Bouchon de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la face d'étanchéité prévue sur la partie intérieure de bouchon (12) est formée par une nervure annulaire (46), et en ce qu'une seconde nervure annulaire (62), légèrement plus plate, est disposée entre la nervure précitée (46) et l'obturateur (54).
