Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Handstaubsauger, insbesondere Bürstsauger, wobei mit Schmutz beladene Luft von einer im Bodenbereich angeordneten Saugdüse über einen Handsaugschlauch als Steigleitung in einen oberen Bereich des Gehäuses einem Filter zugeführt wird und der Handsaugschlauch in dem der Saugdüse zugewandten Bereich für Nebensaugarbeiten lösbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Handsaugschlauch mit einem als Verlängerung dienenden Handsaugrohr gekoppelt ist.
  • Nach der DE-A-27 41 911 ist bereits eine Ausbildung dieser Art bekannt. Hierdurch können auf einfache Weise Nebensaugarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Es besteht aber das Problem, daß die Handsaugschläuche relativ kurz sind und der Benutzer beim Absaugen von Bodenecken oder dergleichen sich bücken muß. Zu diesem Zweck ist es zwar bekannt, Verlängerungen zusätzlich anzuordnen. Diese Maßnahme wird aber in der Praxis als umständliche Handhabung angesehen und deshalb oftmals nicht durchgeführt.
  • Ferner ist es bekannt, ein Handsaugrohr lang genug auszubilden und den Handsaugschlauch zwischen Handsaugrohr und Filter zum unbehinderten Arbeiten mit einer erforderlichen Länge zu versehen. Hierdurch treten aber die Mängel auf, daß der Handsaugschlauch nicht mehr störungsfrei am Gerät unterzubringen ist und somit im normalerweise überwiegenden Bodensaugbetrieb stört. Weiterhin verlängert sich in dieser Betriebsphase der Weg der Arbeitsluft, so daß zwangsläufig stärkere Saugverluste auftreten.
  • Nach der FR-A-11 45 664 ist darüber hinaus bekannt, bei einem Reinigungsgerät als Bodenstaubsauger zusätzlich einen Handsaugschlauch mit einem als Verlängerung dienenden koppelbaren Handsaugrohr anzuschließen. Während der Betriebsruhe umhüllt der Handsaugschlauch das Handsaugrohr und wird gemeinsam in einer rohrförmigen Aufnahme am Reinigungsgerät aufgenommen.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine gattungsgemäße Anordnung zu verbessern und eine vielseitige Ausbildung für alle Betriebszustände mit relativ geringen Saugverlusten zu ermöglichen sowie eine Unterbringung des Handsaugschlauches großer Reichweite im Bodensaugbetrieb ohne Beeinträchtigungen zu gewährleisten. Dabei soll auch eine einfache Handhabung für die Herstellung der einzelnen Betriebszustände geschaffen werden.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß das Handsaugrohr im Bodensaugbetrieb als magazinartige Aufnahme am Handstaubsauger für den teleskopartig verschiebbar aufgenommenen Handsaugschlauch ausgebildet ist und der Endbereich des Handsaugschlauches im Bodensaugbetrieb durch den Unterdruck selbsttätig in seine Magazinposition im Handsaugrohr einziehbar ist.
  • Hierdurch ist es möglich, einen relativ langen Handsaugschlauch für einen erforderlichen großen Aktionsbereich einwandfrei während des Bodensaugbetriebes zuzuordnen und dabei den Weg der Arbeitsluft kurz zu halten. Beim Einsetzen des Handsaugrohres in das Gerät für den Bodensaugbetrieb, wird der herausgezogene Handsaugschlauch durch den entstehenden Unterdruck im Handsaugrohr wieder eingesaugt.
  • Eine gute Funktionsfähigkeit wird dadurch geschaffen, daß der Endbereich des Handsaugschlauches in der herausgezogenen Position mit dem zugeordneten Ende des Handsaugrohres über eine Rastvorrichtung festsetzbar ist.
  • Zum vielseitigen Einsatz ist für entsprechende Arbeitseinsätze vorgesehen, daß der Endbereich des Handsaugschlauches als lösbares Saugmundstück ausgebildet ist.
  • Um eine Anpassung an die Einsatzzwecke zu optimieren, wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Saugmundstück zur Aufnahme von aufsteckbaren unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdüsen ausgebildet ist.
  • Zur Erleichterung der Führung für Nebensaugarbeiten ist vorgeschlagen, daß das Handsaugrohr mit einer Handhabe in der Art eines Handgriffes verbunden ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch dargestellt. Es zeigen:

    eine Gesamtansicht eines Bürstsaugers für den Bodensaugbetrieb,
    Fig. 2
    einen Bürstsauger für den Nebensaugbetrieb mit dem Handsaugrohr,
    Fig. 3
    einen Bürstsauger für den Nebensaugbetrieb mit getrenntem Handsaugschlauch vom Handsaugrohr und aufgesetzter Arbeitsdüse.
  • Der dargestellte Bürstsauger besteht in bekannter Weise aus einem Gehäuse 1 mit einer Handhabe, das als Filterkassette für einen Filterbeutel ausgebildet ist. Im unteren Bereich ist über ein Düsengelenk 2 ein Bürstenvorsatz 3 mit einer Saugdüse angeordnet, der über zugeordnete Rollen auf dem Boden abrollbar ist.
  • Am oberen Teil des Gehäuse 1 ist ein Handsaugschlauch 4 angeschlossen, der über die Saugdüse mit der Arbeitsluft versorgt wird. Der Handsaugschlauch 4 ist mit einem Handsaugrohr 5 lösbar gekoppelt, wobei das Ende des Handsaugschlauches 4 mit einem Saugmundstück 11 über eine lösbare Raste 6 mit dem zugeordneten Ende des Handsaugrohres 5 verbunden ist. Das Handsaugrohr 5 ist in eine Gehäuseausnehmung 7 einsetzbar und wird dabei mit dem zur Saugdüse führenden Düsengelenk 2 verbunden. Das Handsaugrohr 5 dient dabei als magazinartige Aufnahme für den Handsaugschlauch 4, der in dem Handsaugrohr 5 teleskopartig verschiebbar aufgenommen wird. Der außenliegende Teil des Handsaugschlauches 4 wird damit für das normale Bodensaugen entscheidend verkürzt, wodurch die Saugverluste verringert werden, und behindert nicht das Arbeiten mit dem Gerät. Für den Bodensaugbetrieb dient der Handsaugschlauch 4 in dieser Position als Steigleitung für die schmutzbeladene Arbeitsluft.
  • In der herausgezogenen Stellung des Handsaugschlauches 4 gemäß Fig. 2 können dagegen Nebensaugarbeiten mit großem Aktionsradius über die entstehende Verlängerung und das als Fortsetzung dienende Handsaugrohr 5 durchgeführt werden. Beim Herausziehen des Handsaugschlauches 4 wird dieser mit seinem Saugmundstück 11 am Ende des Handsaugrohres 5 über die Raste 6 festgelegt, um durch den Unterdruck im Handsaugrohr 5 ein Wiederansaugen des Handsaugschlauches 4 mit seinem Saugmundstück 11 während des Arbeitens zu verhindern.
  • Für spezielle Nebensaugarbeiten wird das Saugmundstück 11 des Handsaugschlauches 4 vom Handsaugrohr 5 gelöst, wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt und durch aufsteckbare Arbeitsdüsen 8 zweckdienlich gestaltet. Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß die Raste 6 in der im Gehäuse 1 eingesetzten Stellung des Handsaugrohres 5 durch eine Kante 9 entriegelt wird und somit der Handsaugschlauch 4 herausnehmbar ist. Zur besseren Handhabung ist das Handsaugrohr 5 durch einen Handgriff 10 verlängert.
  • Nach Beendigung von Nebensaugarbeiten wird das Saugmundstück 11 wieder in das Handsaugrohr 5, das sich in der Gehäuseausnehmung 7 des Gehäuses 1 befindet, eingeschoben. Bei laufendem Gebläsemotor wird dann der Handsaugschlauch 4 durch den Unterdruck im Handsaugrohr automatisch eingezogen, bis das Saugmundstück die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Position einnimmt.

Claims (5)

  1. Handstaubsauger, insbesondere Bürstsauger, wobei mit Schmutz beladene Luft von einer im Bodenbereich angeordneten Saugdüse über einen Handsaugschlauch (4) als Steigleitung in einen oberen Bereich des Gehäuses einem Filter zugeführt wird und der Handsaugschlauch (4) in dem der Saugdüse zugewandten Bereich für Nebensaugarbeiten lösbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Handsaugschlauch (4) mit einem als Verlängerung dienenden Handsaugrohr (5) gekoppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Handsaugrohr (5) im Bodensaugbetrieb als magazinartige Aufnahme am Handstaubsauger für den teleskopartig verschiebbar aufgenommenen Handsaugschlauch (4) ausgebildet ist und der Endbereich des Handsaugschlauches (4) im Bodensaugbetrieb durch den Unterdruck selbsttätig in seine Magazinposition im Handsaugrohr (5) einziehbar ist.
  2. Handstaubsauger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endbereich des HandsaugschlaucheS (4) in der herausgezogenen Position mit dem zugeordneten Ende des Handsaugrohres (5) über eine Rastvorrichtung (6) festsetzbar ist.
  3. Handstaubsauger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endbereich des Handsaugschlauches (4) als lösbares Saugmundstück (11) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Handstaubsauger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugmundstück (11) zur Aufnahme von aufsteckbaren unterschiedlichen Arbeitsdüsen (8) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Handstaubsauger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Handsaugrohr (5) mit einer Handhabe in der Art eines Handgriffes (10) verbunden ist.
