Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen aus der US-A-2500463 bekannten Spülkasten nach dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die Unterbringung insbesondere der WC-Bürste, und der Reserverollen an WC-Papier und dergleichen sowie die Unterbringung von Geräten, beispielsweise der Geruchsabsaugung in Toilettenräumen ist im Stand der Technik meist nicht befriedigend gelöst. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, hier eine Verbesserung auch insbesondere hinsichtlich der baulichen und ästhetischen Gestaltung sanitärer Räume mit einer WC-Anlage zu schaffen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Das Fach bzw. die Fächer zur Ablage der WC-Bürste und dergleichen bildet mit dem Spülkasten eine Einheit.
  • Separate und in der Regel störende Halter oder Behälter sind nicht erforderlich. Die genannten Gegenstände können im Spülkasten untergebracht werden und sind dort auch jederzeit und bequem greifbar. Mit der Installation des erfindungsgemässen Spülkastens werden somit gleichzeitig Ablagemöglichkeiten für die genannten Gegenstände geschaffen. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass der erfindungsgemässe Spülkasten seine angestammte Funktion und insbesondere die nötige Spülleistung erfüllen kann.
  • Es ist vorgesehen, das genannte Fach beispielsweise auch als Zeitungsständer oder zur Unterbringung eines Telephons oder eines Radios zu benutzen. Der erfindungsgemässe Spülkasten wird vorzugsweise wandhängend montiert und ist für eine Spülwassermenge von 6 Litern gebaut.
  • Bildet der Türflügel gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung eine Schmalseite und ein Teil der Frontseite des Kastenkörpers, dann ist es auch möglich, den Griff zum Oeffnen des Türflügels frontseitig des Spülkastens anzubringen und gleichzeitig ist bei geöffnetem Fach dieses von aussen gut zugänglich. Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist das Fach wenigstens teilweise unterhalb des Bodens des Kastenkörpers angeordnet. Dadurch kann ein grösserer Stauraum und damit der zusätzliche Nutzen des Spülkastens erhöht werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Türflügel einen angeformten Boden aufweist, auf dem der im Fach untergebrachte Gegenstand abgestellt werden kann. Beim Oeffnen des Faches wird der auf dem Boden abgestellte Gegenstand in eine Position gebracht, in der er besonders gut greifbar ist. Ebenfalls wird dadurch das Einbringen des Gegenstandes in das Fach erleichert.
  • Gemäss einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung weist der Spülkasten zwei je seitlich angeordnete Fächer auf, wobei ein Fach wenigstens teilweise unterhalb des Bodens angeordnet ist und das andere Fach sich unterhalb des Kastendeckels sich über die ganze Höhe des Kastenkörpers erstreckt. Bei dieser Ausführung ist der Wasserbehälter im Spülkasten exzentrisch angeordnet. Dadurch können nicht zerklüftete Stauräume mit besonders hohen Nutzen erreicht werden. Wesentlich ist, dass auch bei dieser Ausführung die Ablaufgarnitur in der Mitte des Spülkastens angeordnet werden kann.
  • Wird die Decke des Faches durch einen am Kastenkörper angeformten horizontalen Wandteil gebildet, so wird dadurch gleichzeitig eine vorteilhafte Lagerung der Spülkastenbetätigung und insbesondere einer Wipptaste geschaffen. Vorzugsweise ist auf diesem Wandteil ein Lagerbock für die Taste angeformt.
  • Gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist der Türflügel mit der Rückwand des Spülkastens ein Drehgelenk mit mehreren gabelförmigen Ansätzen auf, wobei diese Ansätze mit je einer Achse zusammenarbeiten, und diese Teile in eine Schwenklage des Türflügels zu fügen sind, die beim montierten Spülkasten nicht erreichbar ist. Dadurch wird in konstruktiv einfacher Weise und zudem sicher erreicht, dass der Türflügel beim montierten Spülkasten nicht ausgehängt werden kann.
  • Weist das Fach eine Bodenwand mit Durchbrüchen auf, so ist es auch nachträglich gut möglich, von aussen Leitungen in dieses Fach einzubringen.
  • Gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist frontseitig des Spülkastens eine Abdeckung vorgesehen, hinter der eine höhenverstellbare Abdeckung für das Ablaufrohr angeordnet ist. Damit ist der Spülkasten in gestalterischer Hinsicht verbessert. Das Ablaufrohr wird dadurch abgedeckt, wobei durch die Höhenverstellbarkeit der Abdeckung unterschiedlichste Dimensionen des Ablaufrohres berücksichtigt werden können. Die Anpassung an unterschiedliche Ablaufrohre ist bei der Montage besonders dann einfach, wenn diese Abdeckung einen vertikal verlaufenden Teil und einen horizontal verlaufenden Teil aufweist. Diese Teile können dann unabhängig voneinander verschoben werden. Der vertikal verlaufende Teil ist vorzugsweise im Spülkasten geführt und auf das Rohr mit einer Klammer fixiert. Der vertikal verlaufende Teil kann ebenfalls mit einer verschiebbaren Klammer auf dem Ablaufrohr fixiert werden.
  • Im Hinblick auf den Anschluss der Einlaufleitung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Türflügel am oberen Rand eine Aussparung aufweist, in die ein am Kastenkörper angeformter Wandteil eingreift und dieser Wandteil eine Oeffnung für den Durchtritt der Einlaufleitung aufweist. Hierbei ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Einlaufleitung einen Rohrteil aufweist, der direkt durch die Oeffnung hindurchgesteckt ist und an diesem Rohrteil im Kasteninneren ein flexibler Schlauch angeschlossen ist, der den Rohrteil mit dem Einlaufventil verbindet. Dadurch wird eine besonders zeitsparende Montage der Einlaufleitung erreicht. Die Montage einer Rosette oder andere Mittel zur Fixierung der Einlaufleitung am Spülkasten ist dadurch entbehrlich. Da die Einlaufleitung einen flexiblen Teil aufweist, kann der Rohrteil mehr oder weniger in den Spülkasten ragen.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Spülkasten weist vorzugsweise eine Wipptaste zur Betätigung des Ablaufventils auf, wobei neben der vorgesehenen Tastfläche der Wipptaste die Oberseite des Spülkastens eine winkelförmige Furche aufweist, die durch Abschrägungen an den Kanten der Taste und am Deckel gebildet wird. Durch diese Weiterbildung der Spülkastenbetätigung wird erreicht, dass ein bisher häufiges Schaben der Taste am Deckelrand vermieden wird. Zudem wird verhindert, dass beim Betätigen der Taste die zum Drücken der Taste verwendeten Finger zwischen der Taste und dem Deckel eingeklemmt werden.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen, anhand derer Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

  • Der Spülkasten besitzt einen Kastenkörper 1 mit einem Wasserbehälter 52 (Fig. 5) zur Aufnahme des Spülwassers und einem abnehmbaren Deckel 2. Auf einem Wandteil 24 des Kastenkörpers 1 ist ein Lagerbock 25 angeformt, auf dem eine Wipptaste 3 gelagert ist, mit der die Spülung ausgelöst und unterbrochen werden kann. Der Spülkasten ist weitgehend im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt und wird vorzugsweise wandhängend montiert.
  • Seitlich neben dem Wasserbehälter 52 ist ein Fach 11 als Ablage eines Gegenstandes oder eines Gerätes, beispielsweise einer WC-Papierrolle, eines Telephons, eines Radios oder einer Geruchsabsaugung untergebracht. Ein weiteres Fach 16 befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite unterhalb des Bodens 31 des Wasserbehälters 52. Beide Fächer 11 und 16 sind jeweils mit einem schwenkbaren Türflügel 4 bzw. 15 aus Kunststoff verschliessbar. Beide Türflügel 4 bzw. 15 bilden jeweils wenigstens einen Teil der seitlichen Schmalseite des Spülkastens sowie einen Teil der Frontseite des Spülkastens.
  • Beide Türflügel weisen jeweils einen angeformten Boden 8 bzw. 55 auf, auf denen ein Gegenstand abgestellt oder ein Gerät montiert werden kann. Der Gegenstand bzw. das Gerät wird somit mit dem jeweiligen Türflügel beim Oeffnen bzw. Schliessen des Faches mitbewegt. Im Boden 8 sind Durchbrüche 7 angeordnet, durch die beispielsweise ein Elektrokabel hindurchgezogen werden kann oder die einen Lüftungsdurchgang bilden.
  • Wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt weisen die Türflügel 4 und 15 jeweils auf der Frontseite eines Griffmulde 19 bzw. 20 auf. Auf der Innenseite der Türflügel 4 und 15 sind Vorsprünge 6 und 17 angeformt, die bei geschlossenem Fach in Ausnehmungen 12 bzw. 18 eingriffen und am Spülkastenkörper eingerastet sind. Wie die Fig. 1 deutlich zeigt, können bei geöffneten Fächer die Gegenstände von vorne in die Fächer eingelegt werden. Seitliche Wandteile 9 und 56 verhindern ein Rutschen der Gegenstände nach innen und bilden zugleich einen Teil der Rückwand des Spülkastens, wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich ist.
  • Die Drehgelenke der Türflügel 4 und 15 sind so ausgebildet, dass die Türflügel bei noch nicht montiertem Spülkasten bequem eingehängt, beim wandmontierten Spülkasten jedoch nicht mehr ausgehängt werden können. Dies ist in der Fig. 3 illustriert. An der Rückwand 51 sind an der vertikalen Aussenkante mehrere im Abstand angeordnete Lagerzapfen 27 angebracht. Diese besitzen parallele Abflachungen 30, die so ausgerichtet sind, dass gabelförmige Ansätze 28 am Türflügel 4 nur dann eingesetzt werden können, wenn der Türflügel über die Ebene der Rückwand 51 hinaus nach hinten verschwenkt ist, wie dies in Fig. 6 andeutungsweise gezeigt ist. Der eingesetzte Türflügel 4 wird dann nach vorne geschwenkt und das Fach geschlossen. Beim Verschwenken des Türflügels 4 liegen die gabelförmigen Ansätze 28 auf Flächen 29 auf, die durch Ausnehmungen in der Seitenwand 51 gebildet sind. Beim montierten Spülkasten kann der Flügel 4 nicht mehr in die erwähnte Position nach hinten verschwenkt werden, da der Türflügel 4 vorher an der Mauer 57 ansteht. Das Drehgelenk des Türflügels 15 ist auf die gleiche Weise ausgebildet.
  • Die Türflügel 4 und 15 sind somit ohne Werkzeuge in einfach montierbar, können aber dennoch bei montiertem Spülkasten nicht entfernt werden.
  • Zwischen den Fächern 4 und 15 ist frontseitig eine Abdeckung 14 angeordnet, die am Kastenkörper 1 angeformt ist und welche einen hinter dieser angeordneten Ablaufstutzen 21 (Fig. 4) abdeckt. In diese Abdeckung 14 ist wie in den Figuren 4 und 9 gezeigt von unten ein im Querschnitt U-förmiges Teil 42 eingeschoben, welches den vertikalen Teil des Ablaufrohres 41 vorne abdeckt. Der horizontale Teil des Ablaufrohres 41 wird von oben durch ein vertikal verlaufendes, ebenfalls im Querschnitt U-förmiges Teil 43 abgedeckt. Dieses Teil 43 greift mit dem einen Ende unter das Teil 42 und schliesst mit dem anderen Ende an die hier nicht gezeigte Klosettschüssel an. Wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt ist das vertikale Teil 42 mit einer an diesem angebrachten Klammer 57 am Ablaufrohr 41 fixiert. Eine entsprechende Klammer ist am Teil 43 angebracht. Beide Teile 42 und 43 können somit entsprechend den Massen des Ablaufrohres 41 in deren Längsrichtungen verschoben werden. Dies erlaubt mit einfachen Mitteln eine vollständige vordere Abdeckung des Ablaufrohres 41.
  • Wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt ist das Einlaufrohr 22 durch eine Oeffnung 23 des Spülkastenkörpers gesteckt. Eine entsprechende Oeffnung 46 (Fig. 9) ist auf der anderen Schmalseite angeordnet, so dass die Leitung 22 wahlweise links oder rechts in den Spülkasten eingeführt werden kann. Im Kasteninnern ist das Leitungsrohr 22 über eine hier nicht gezeigte Schraubverbindung mit einem flexiblen Schlauch 58 verbunden. Dieser flexible Schlauch 58 führt zum hier nicht gezeigten Einlaufventil.
  • Wie bereits oben erwähnt, kann die Spülung durch Wippen der Taste 3 ausgelöst bzw. unterbrochen werden. Zum Auslösen der Spülung wird die oben mit dem Deckel 2 bündige Taste 3 in der Anordnung nach Fig. 3 etwa im Bereich der rechten unteren Ecke 51 nach unten gedrückt. Wie aus den Figuren 2 und 3 deutlich ersichtlich, ist um diese Fläche 51 eine winkelförmige Furche 50 in der Deckenoberseite vorgesehen, welche durch Abschrägungen 53 und 54 an der Taste 3 bzw. am Deckel 2 gebildet wird. Die Abschrägungen 50 und 53 sind so ausgebildet, dass bei vollständig verschwenkter Taste 3 die Kante 60 etwa auf der Höhe der inneren Kante 61 des Deckels 2 liegt.

Claims (15)

  1. Spülkasten für ein Wasserklosett mit einem Deckel (2) und einem Kastenkörper (1) zur Aufnahme des Spülwassers und der Einlauf- und Ablaufarmaturen, wobei der Kastenkörper (1) wenigstens ein vom Wasserbehälter (52) für das Spülwasser getrenntes Fach (11) aufweist, das mit einem Deckel (2) verschlossen ist und das zur Aufnahme eines Gegenstandes dient und mit dem Spülkasten eine Einheit bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fach (11) zur Aufnahme einer WC-Bürste seitlich neben dem Wasserbehälter (52) und sich über dessen Höhe erstreckend angeordnet ist und sich nach unten über die tiefste Stelle des Bodens (31) des Wasserbehälters (52) hinaus erstreckt und das Fach (11) eine Bodenwand (8) aufweist, die unterhalb des Bodens des Wasserbehälters (52) angeordnet ist.
  2. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türflügel (4) eine Schmalseite und ein Teil der Frontseite des Kastenkörpers (1) bildet.
  3. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türflügel (4) horizontal schwingend am Kastenkörper (1) angebracht ist.
  4. Spülkasten nach Ansprüchen 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türflügel (4) einen angeformten Boden (8) aufweist, auf dem der im Fach unterzubringende Gegenstand abgestellt werden kann.
  5. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein zweites Fach (16) aufweist, das vollständig unterhalb der tiefsten Stelle des Bodens (31) des Kastenkörpers (1) angeordnet ist.
  6. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decke des Faches (11) durch einen am Kastenkörper (1) angeformten Wandteil (24) gebildet ist, wobei auf diesem Wandteil (24) ein Teil (26) des oberen Kastenrandes und ein Lagerbock (25) für eine Taste (3) angeformt sind.
  7. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türflügel (4, 15) ein Drehgelenk mit mehreren gabelförmigen Ansätzen (28) aufweist, die mit je einer Achse (27) zusammenarbeiten, wobei die Teile (28, 27) in einer Schwenklage des Türflügels zu fügen ist, die bei montiertem Spülkasten nicht erreichbar ist (Fig. 6).
  8. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fach (11) eine Bodenwand (8) mit Durchbrüchen (7) aufweist.
  9. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Fächern (11, 16) eine frontseitige Abdeckung (14) vorgesehen ist, hinter der eine höhenverstellbare Abdeckung (40) für das Ablaufrohr (41) angeordnet ist.
  10. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Abdeckung (40) einen vertikal verlaufenden Teil (42) und einen horizontal verlaufenden Teil (43) aufweist.
  11. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontale Teil (42) sich unter den vertikalen Teil (42) erstreckt und in seiner Längsrichtung horizontal verstellbar ist.
  12. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile (42, 43) jeweils im Querschnitt U-förmig sind.
  13. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Türflügel (4) am oberen Rand eine Aussparung (44) aufweist, in die ein am Kastenkörper angeformter Wandteil (45) eingreift und dass dieser Wandteil eine Öffnung (23) für den Druchtritt der Einlaufleitung (22) aufweist.
  14. Spülkasten nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlaufleitung (22) ein Rohrteil aufweist, der direkt durch die Öffnung (23) hindurchgesteckt ist und dass an diesem Rohrteil im Kasteninnern ein flexibler Schlauch angebracht ist, der den Rohrteil mit dem Einlaufvetil verbindet.
  15. Spülkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Wipptaste (3) zur Betätigung des Ablaufventils aufweist, wobei neben der zu drückenden Fläche (51) der Wipptaste (3) die Oberseite des Spülkastens eine winkelförmige Furche (50) aufweist, die durch Abschrägungen (54, 53) an der Taste (3) und am Deckel (2) gebildet wird.
