Abstract

Insbesondere auf dem Gebiet der Zerkleinerungstechnik werden Bauteile benötigt, in welchen die verschleißfeste, mit Hartstoffteilchen belegte Zone parallel zur Erstarrungsachse des herzustellenden Verbundkörpers verlaufen müßte.
Zu diesem Zweck wird ein unter Anwendung des Elektroschlackeumschmelzens mit Hartstoffteilchen-Zugabe ablaufendes Herstellverfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem während des Elektroschlackeumschmelzens die Hartstoffteilchen kontinuierlich zugeführt werden und zumindest auf einem Teil des Kokillenumfangs ein nach innen gerichtetes Magnetfeld erzeugt wird, durch welches eine Einlagerung der Hartstoffteilchen in zumindest einem Randabschnitt und über die Höhe in Kokillenlängsrichtung des sich aufbauenden Blocks hervorgerufen wird.
