Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen auf den Hals eines Kunststoffbehälters aufschraubbaren Kunststoffverschluß mit einem Schraubring und mit einem Einsatzteil mit flexiblem Balg und einem Ausgießer, auf dessen Außengewinde eine Kappe aufschraubbar ist, wobei die Kappe mit dem Schraubring einstükkig ausgebildet ist und die Kopfwand der Bügelkappe im Abstand von der Kopfwand des Schraubringes herausstehend angeformt ist. Ein solcher Kunststoffverschluß ist in der nachveröffentlichten EP-A-0 306 670 mit der Priorität aus der älteren deutschen Patentanmeldung Nr. 37 30 225.6 beschrieben. Auf die Diskussion des Standes der Technik und die daraus abgeleitete Aufgabenstellung in der DE-A 37 30 225 wird insoweit ausdrücklich Bezug genommen.
  • Auch der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen auf den Hals eines Kunststoffbehälters aufschraubbaren Kunststoffverschluß mit Schraubring und mit einem Einsatzteil mit flexiblem Balg und Ausgießer, auf dessen Außengewinde eine Kappe aufschraubbar ist, so zu verbessern, daß unter Beibehaltung guter Ausgießeigenschaften, z.B. mittels eines flexiblen Balges, die automatische Herstellung vereinfacht und verbilligt wird.
  • Darüber hinaus soll mit dem neuen Kunststoffverschluß die Handhabung desselben noch weiter erleichtert werden. Bei dem Kunststoffverschluß gemäß der Hauptanmeldung sind Schraubkappe und Schraubring durch eine Reißhaut miteinander verbunden. Eine solche Reißhaut weist häufig eine Perforation auf, so daß sie letztlich aus einer Reihe dünner Verbindungsstege besteht. Um den Kunststoffverschluß öffnen zu können, müssen durch Anheben von an der Schraubkappe angeordneten Bügeln, durch Anheben der Schraubkappe selbst oder durch Drehen derselben die Reißhaut bzw. entsprechende Kunststoffstege zerrissen werden. Insbesondere beim Anheben einer solchen Kunststoffkappe setzt jedoch nicht nur die Reißhaut, sondern auch der eingestülpte Flansch einer Hubbewegung der Schraubkappe einen beträchtlichen Widerstand entgegen. Damit ist es schwierig, die Reißhaut durchzureißen. Wird die Kappe gegenüber dem Schraubring gedreht, so muß die Reißhaut auf ihrer gesamten Länge gleichzeitig durchtrennt werden bzw. sämtliche Verbindungsstege müssen gleichzeitig zerrissen werden, so daß auch hierfür eine erhebliche Kraftanstrengung erforderlich ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung will hier eine zusätzliche Erleichterung schaffen, wobei gleichzeitig die beschriebenen Vorteile des Verschlusses gemäß der Hauptanmeldung erhalten bleiben sollen. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Reißhaut als Abreißband ausgeführt ist, die Kappe also über das Abreißband mit dem Schraubring verbunden ist.
  • Ohne daß die Kappe angehoben, gedreht oder sonstwie bewegt werden muß, kann damit zunächst das Abreißband separat entfernt werden, wonach die Kunststoffkappe mit dem Ausgießer über den eingestülpten Balg relativ zum Schraubring beweglich ist.
  • In der bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist dabei die Kappe einen unteren Flansch auf, der an seinem äußeren Rand mit dem darunter angeordneten Schraubring einstückig verbunden ist.
  • Für die Verbindung mit dem Abreißband kann dabei der Schraubring an seiner Kopfwand einen zusätzlichen zylindrischen Ansatz aufweisen.
  • Bevorzugt ist außerdem eine Ausführungsform, bei welcher das Abreißband im wesentlichen über den gesamten Umfang des Kunststoffverschlusses verläuft. Zwischen Kappe und Schraubring wirkende Kräfte werden so auf einen großen Bereich verteilt.
  • Besonders zweckmäßig ist es dabei, wenn das Abreißband ein Handhabeende aufweist. Dieses Handhabeende kann mit den Fingern ergriffen werden und das Abreißband wird dann sukzessive entlang des gesamten Umfanges von dem Kunststoffverschluß abgerissen.
  • Dabei kann das Abreißband beispielsweise über zwei parallel zwischen Kunststoffkappe und Schraubring umlaufende Schwachstellen mit diesen verbunden sein. Die Schwachstellen können insbesondere als Reihen von dünnen Verbindungsstegen ausgebildet sein. Beim Lösen des Abreißbandes werden dann zunächst im Bereich des Handhabeendes und anschließend sukzessive umlaufend einzelne dieser Stege abgerissen, wozu nur ein relativ geringer Kraftaufwand erforderlich ist.
  • Bei einer zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform weist die Kappe an ihrem Kopfende einen Griffflansch auf. Dieser Griffflansch dient dazu, nach dem Abtrennen des Abreißbandes unter Herausstülpen des Balges die Kunststoffkappe mit dem Ausgießer herauszuziehen. Solange das Abreißband noch nicht von dem Verschluß entfernt ist, kann ein solcher Verschluß auch als Tragegriff dienen, jedenfalls solange das Gewicht des darunter befindlichen Behälters nicht so groß ist, daß die Verbindung zwischen Abreißband und Schraubring oder Schraubkappe abreißt. Diese Gefahr ist jedoch gering, da sich bei intaktem Abreißband die Kraft auf den gesamten Umfang des Bandes bzw. auf die Gesamtheit der einzelnen Schwachstellen verteilt.
  • Unabhängig von einem solchen Griffflansch kann die Schraubkappe gemäß einer besonderen Ausführungsform auch einen Bügel aufweisen, an welchem die Kappe mit dem Ausgießer unter Ausstülpen des Balges aus dem Behälterhals heraus bzw. von diesem weggezogen werden kann.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung werden deutlich anhand der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform und der dazugehörigen Figuren. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Schraubring 2 ist auf den Behälterhals 11 eines Behälters aufgeschraubt. Am unteren Rand des Schraubringes 2 kann noch ein Garantiering 5 angeformt sein, welcher mit geeigneten Vorsprüngen am Behälterhals 11 verhakt ist und sicherstellen soll, daß der Schraubring 2 ohne Zerstören der Verbindung zwischen diesem und dem Garantiering 5 nicht vom Behälterhals 11 abgeschraubt bzw. abgenommen werden kann.
  • An der oberen, im Querschnitt horizontal verlaufenden Kopfwand des Schraubringes 2 befindet sich ein zylindrischer Ansatz, der über eine umlaufende Schwachstelle einstückig mit einem Abreißband 3 verbunden ist. Ein Ende des umlaufenden Abreißbandes 3 ist mit einer Handhabe 4 versehen. Parallel zu der Schwachstelle, welche Schraubring 2 und Abreißband 3 verbindet, läuft eine weitere Schwachstelle um den Verschluß herum, welche die Verbindung zwischen dem Abreißband 3 und dem unteren Rand eines Flansches 9 der Schraubkappe 1 darstellt. Die Kopfwand der Schraubkappe 1 weist einen umlaufenden Flansch 8 auf, welcher als Griffflansch ausgebildet sein kann und welcher gegebenenfalls an seinem äußeren Umfang eine Riffelung zum besseren Auf- und Abschrauben der Kunststoffkappe 1 aufweist. Zusätzlich ist die Schraubkappe 1 mit hochklappbaren Bügeln 6 versehen, welche an den Flansch 8 einstückig angeformt sind. Die hochklappbaren Kunststoffbügel 6 erleichtern das Herausziehen des Ausgießers 7 unter Ausstülpen des Balges 10, wenn die Kunststoffkappe 1 auf den Ausgießer 7 aufgeschraubt ist.
  • In der Draufsicht der Figur 2 ist in der Mitte die Schraubkappe 1 bzw. deren Kopfwand zu erkennen, die den umlaufenden Flansch 8 aufweist, an welchem wiederum Bügel 6 einstückig angeformt sind. Der Außendurchmesser der Bügel 6 entspricht bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ziemlich genau dem Außendurchmesser des darunterliegenden unteren Flansches 9 der Schraubkappe, unter welchem wiederum das Abreißband 3 konzentrisch verläuft, welches in Figur 2 durch eine doppelgestrichelte Linie angedeutet ist. Ein Ende des Abreißbandes 3 ist mit einer Handhabe 4 versehen, welche zum Lösen des Abreißbandes 3 radial von dem Verschluß wegbewegt wird, wobei das Abreißband entlang der parallel umlaufenden Schwachstellen von dem Schraubring 2 und der Schraubkappe 1 abgetrennt wird. Nach dem Entfernen des Abreißbandes 3 sind Schraubkappe 1 und Schraubring 2 voneinander getrennt und der Ausgießer 7 kann unter Ausstülpen des Balges 10 ausgezogen werden.
  • Die Kunststoffbügel 6 sind, wie man in Figur 2 erkennt, an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten über breite und haltbare Stege mit dem Flansch 8 der Schraubkappe 1 verbunden, während um 90° versetzt hierzu beim Hochklappen des Bügels 6 abreißbare, schwache Verbindungen zwischen Bügel 6 und Flansch 8 bestehen. Der Ausgießer 7 mit dem Balg 10 und einem daran anschließenden Dichtungsrand werden getrennt von den übrigen Teilen des Kunststoffverschlusses hergestellt, die ihrerseits alle einstückig miteinander verbunden sind, und so in einem einzigen Herstellungsschritt gemeinsam gegossen werden. Diese einstückig miteinander verbundenen Teile sind die Schraubkappe 1 mit den Bügeln 6, das Abreißband 3, der Schraubring 2 und der Garantiering 5.
  • Für die Montage wird die Schraubkappe 1 auf den Ausgießer 7 aufgeschraubt und anschließend wird der gesamte Verschluß, in welchem Ausgießer 7, Balg 10 und der daran angesetzte Dichtungsrand aufgenommen sind, mit dem Schraubring 2 auf den Behälterhals 11 aufgeschraubt. Dabei rasten Hakenverbindungen zwischen Garantiering 5 und Behälterhals 11 ineinander ein.
  • Abgesehen von der Art der Verbindung zwischen Schraubkappe und Schraubring kann der Verschluß gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung sämtliche Merkmale der in der DE-A-37 30 225 beschriebenen Verschlüsse aufweisen, auf die insoweit ausdrücklich Bezug genommen wird.

Claims (7)

  1. Auf den Hals (11) eines Kunststoffbehälters aufschraubbarer Kunststoffverschluß mit einem Schraubring (2) und mit einem Einsatzteil mit flexiblem Balg (10) und Ausgießer (7), auf dessen Außengewinde (12) eine Kappe (1) aufschraubbar ist, wobei die Kappe (1) mit dem Schraubring (2) einstückig ausgebildet ist und die Kopfwand (8) der Kappe (1) in einem Abstand von der Kopfwand des Schraubringes (2) herausstehend angeformt ist, und wobei die Kappe (1) über ein Abreißband (3) mit dem Schraubring (2) verbunden ist.
  2. Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe einen unteren Flansch (9) aufweist, der an seinem äußeren Rand über das Abreißband mit dem Schraubring (2) verbunden ist.
  3. Kunststoffverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abreißband im wesentlichen über den gesamten Umfang des Verschlusses verläuft.
  4. Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abreißband (3) ein Handhabungsende (4) aufweist.
  5. Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopfwand der Schraubkappe (1) einen umlaufenden Griffflansch (8) aufweist.
  6. Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) als Bügelkappe mit mindestens einem hochklappbaren Bügel (6) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Kunststoffverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an das untere Ende des Schraubringes (2) ein Garantiering (5) angeformt ist.
