Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour pulvériser un liquide cosmétique, médicinal ou analogue à partir d'un récipient (1) par actionnement d'une pompe (3) montée dans une ouverture (2) du récipient, qui comprend un tube de distribution (6) pouvant se déplacer axialement vers l'intérieur dans le corps de pompe (4) contre l'action d'un élément élastique (5), un capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) étant monté à l'extrémité libre ou extérieure du tube de distribution (6), de telle sorte que le canal de fluide (8) du tube de distribution (6) débouche dans un canal d'évacuation (9) s'étendant à peu près transversalement à celui-ci, formé à l'intérieur du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7), à l'extrémité libre duquel est disposée une buse de pulvérisateur (10), et le capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) étant monté de façon rigide sur le récipient (1) et comprenant un organe d'actionnement (11) logé de façon pivotante, qui est relié au canal d'évacuation (9) de telle sorte que, lors de l'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (11), le tube de distribution (6) peut se déplacer vers l'intérieur dans le corps de pompe (4) avec entraînement correspondant du canal d'évacuation (9) (flèche 31), caractérisé en ce que le canal d'évacuation (9) est guidé et soutenu pour un déplacement axial d'une part sur la face interne (12) tournée vers la buse de pulvérisateur (10) du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) et d'autre part sur une saillie (13) disposée, en particulier formée, intérieurement sur le capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) quelque peu au-dessus du tube de distribution (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (11) est relié en une seule pièce avec le canal d'évacuation (9).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) présente dans la région de la buse de pulvérisateur (10) une ouverture (14) s'étendant de préférence axialement, de telle sorte que la buse de vaporisateur (10) est librement accessible dans toutes les positions axiales possibles par rapport au capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) monté de façon rigide ou par rapport au récipient (1), qui sont déterminées par l'organe d'actionnement (11) (figures 3 et 4).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (3) formée intérieurement sur le capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) est formée par deux nervures axiales diamétralement opposées par rapport à l'axe médian (15) du tube de distribution (6), qui sont embrassées sur leurs côtés tournés vers la buse de pulvérisateur par une traverse (16) de section transversale à peu près en forme de U formée sur le canal d'évacuation (9), réalisant ainsi un guidage axial.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que deux nervures de guidage latérales (17) s'étendant chacune axialement à distance l'une de l'autre sont disposées, en particulier formées, sur la face interne (12), tournée vers la buse de pulvérisateur (10), du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7), de préférence de part et d'autre de l'ouverture de passage (14), entre lesquelles l'extrémité du canal d'évacuation (9) située du côté de la buse de vaporisateur est logée pour un mouvement axial alternatif.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (11) est articulé sur la face interne (12) du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7) dans la région située au-dessous de la buse de pulvérisateur (10).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (11) comporte, à partir d'un bouton d'actionnement (18), formé à l'opposé de la buse de vaporisateur (10), deux joues latérales (19) s'étendant à distance l'une de l'autre, dont les extrémités (20) situées du côté de la buse de vaporisateur sont insérées dans des logements complémentaires (21) en formant une liaison articulée du type charnière, en particulier depuis le bas ou du côté du récipient, lesdites extrémités (20) des joues latérales (19) étant maintenues dans ces logements (21) par le ressort hélicoïdal de compression (5) disposé à l'intérieur du corps de pompe (4) et sollicitant le tube de distribution (6) et par conséquent le canal d'évacuation (9) et l'organe d'actionnement (11) hors du corps de pompe (4).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des languettes (22) flexibles élastiquement sont formées respectivement sur les extrémités situées du côté de la buse de pulvérisateur des joues latérales (19) associées à l'organe d'actionnement (11), et s'étendent vers le bas en direction du récipient (1) en s'appuyant sur la face interne du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7), en particulier sur des butées (29) qui y sont formées, ces languettes assistant le mouvement de retour de l'organe d'actionnement (11) dans sa position de départ, provoquée par le ressort hélicoïdal de compression (5) disposé à l'intérieur du corps de pompe (5), et maintenant par pression l'organe d'actionnement (11) dans la position de départ lors du montage du dispositif.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les logements (21) pour les extrémités (20), situées du côté de la buse de vaporisateur, des joues latérales (19) associées à l'organe d'actionnement (11), sont formés du côté inférieur, tourné vers le récipient (1), de deux barrettes d'appui (23) s'étendant à quelque distance desdites joues latérales (19), formées sur la face interne (12) du capuchon de pulvérisateur (7), en particulier en forme de décrochements arrière respectifs dans chacune desquelles s'accroche un téton (24) s'étendant latéralement vers l'extérieur à l'extrémité (20), située du côté de la buse de pulvérisateur, d'une joue latérale (19) en formant la liaison articulée du type charnière.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'axe médian (15) du tube de distribution (6) et par conséquent de la pompe (3) est décalé en direction de la buse de pulvérisateur (10) par rapport à la région de l'axe médian (25) du récipient.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la liaison entre l'organe d'actionnement (11) et le canal d'évacuation (9) est formée par une languette de liaison (26) flexible élastiquement qui, à peu près à partir de l'extrémité du canal d'évacuation (9) située du côté du tube de distribution, s'étend obliquement vers le bas en direction du récipient (1) jusqu'à une nervure de renforcement (27) formée intérieurement sur l'organe d'actionnement (11), en particulier dans la région de l'extrémité du bouton d'actionnement (18) située du côté de la buse de pulvérisateur.
