Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser, découper et plier des feuilles dessinées, dans lequel différents formats de feuilles, provenant d'une table traçante, sont imprimés sur une bande continue, puis des feuilles sont découpées au format par des massicots mécaniques à coupe longitudinale et à coupe transversale (7, 8), puis les feuilles découpées sont, individuellement et l'une après l'autre, envoyées à un dispositif de pliage (5), caractérisé en ce que la table traçante est programmée de façon que des formats de feuilles (F1, F2, F3) de mêmes dimensions soient orientés dans le même sens, et soient regroupés pour donner un groupe utilisant le mieux possible la largeur (B) de la bande continue, et en ce que les feuilles séparées les unes des autres sont envoyées sur une surface d'individualisation (4), ces feuilles (32) sont ensuite individualisées par des déplacements longitudinaux et transversaux, puis, à partir d'une position initiale identique prédéfinie, sont individuellement envoyées, l'une après l'autre, au dispositif de pliage (5).
  2. Dispositif pour réaliser, découper et plier des feuilles dessinées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on a sur une table d'individualisation (4) des organes de transport longitudinal (6) et des organes de transport transversal (14, 15) destinés à transporter les feuilles découpées (32) ; que plusieurs barrières photo-électriques (10, 11, 12) sont, réparties sur toute la largeur de la table d'individualisation (4), affectées aux feuilles (32) à individualiser ; qu'un dispositif de commande coopère avec les barrages photo-électriques (10, 11, 12) ; et que l'on a des organes de transport (15) qui chacun amènent une feuille après l'autre à partir d'une position identique et prédéfinie du dispositif de pliage (5).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on a sur la table d'individualisation (4) une butée (25) destinée aux feuilles, contre laquelle s'appuie la feuille (32) qui doit être amenée au dispositif de pliage (5), le transport étant réalisé à l'aide d'un dispositif de transport (15) pouvant être activé à volonté.
