Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wristwatch according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Inner parts within the meaning of claim 1 are understood to mean all parts of the clock that are not accessible from the outside. These parts include e.g. Clockwork, movement mounting ring, rotatable disc, ball bearing, pointer shaft, pointer.
  • Such a wristwatch is known from US-A 4,734,895.
  • An eccentric mass in the form of a rotatable rod is freely rotatable about a central axis in which the pointer shafts are located.
  • the ball bearing is mounted on a movement mounting ring, which is held in position in the watch by additional elements. From the point of view of the beholder, the ball bearing is covered by an additional disk that hides the suspension of the rotatable rod.
  • two decorative elements preferably designed as disks, with eccentric masses are arranged independently of one another, freely rotatable about a central axis, in which axis the pointer shafts are located at the same time.
  • the one decorative element is arranged below and the other decorative element above a separate housing that accommodates the clockwork.
  • Each disc is mounted on a separate ball bearing. Due to the arrangement of the clockwork housing above the lower disc, a movement holder partially covering the lower decorative element is required.
  • the two movable disks and their bearings require such a height that it is not possible to build the clock flat, especially since the eccentric mass of the disks requires resilient bearings.
  • a separate housing is required to hide the clockwork located under the lower pane.
  • assembling the watch results in complex assembly and the need for custom-made watch parts.
  • decorated molded parts are arranged on several ball-bearing, concentric support rings, which receive their movement impulses through the body movement of the wearer. Eccentric masses can be arranged on the invisible lower surface of the carrier rings.
  • such an arrangement of concentric rings requires an extreme height, which affects the overall appearance of the watch.
  • disks in wristwatches provided with an automatic winding device which are at least temporarily connected to a clockwork (BE-PS 533 232, FR-PS 1 046 943).
  • a clockwork BE-PS 533 232, FR-PS 1 046 943
  • the decorative or decorative elements such as diamonds in particular, are arranged on a track around the dial.
  • the decorative elements which are each movable, move on the track with radial play.
  • the not exactly circular path of the decorative or decorative elements leads to rapid wear of the walls of the path.
  • the decorative or decorative element cannot fully develop its effect.
  • the invention has for its object to develop a wristwatch of the type mentioned in such a way that, on the one hand, cost-effective production is made possible and, on the other hand, the decorative elements serving as an eye-catcher are perfectly guided without the aesthetic disturbing elements being present.
  • the disc carrying the decorative or decorative elements can be used universally in both men's and women's wristwatches.
  • the watch can be assembled in just a few simple steps. After the disc, ball bearing and movement support ring have been brought together, the clockwork and the hands can be connected to these parts and this assembly unit can ultimately be inserted into the watch case. Due to the flat and compact design, mostly standard parts are used.
  • the mobility of the decorative elements does not reduce the lifespan of the parts of the wristwatch.
  • a training according to claim 5 represents an inexpensive, simple, yet permanent connection of the factory mounting ring, ball bearing and rotatable disc. Balancing according to a training according to claim 6 primarily increases the life of the ball bearing.
  • a securing device preferably when using diamonds as a decorative or decorative element, ensures that even in the event of failure the ball bearing, the diamond cannot come into contact with the watch glass or other parts of the watch are destroyed.
  • Decorative or decorative elements in the above sense mean e.g. Enamel, diamonds, ornaments, decorations, or the like.
  • the wristwatch has a watch case 20 which is limited at the top by a watch glass 12 and at the bottom by a case bottom 19. Inside the watch is a clockwork 22, hands 23, 24 with pointer shafts 11, 12. A disc 15 is arranged so as to be freely rotatable about a central axis s-s on a ball bearing 14. The pane carries decorative and / or decorative elements. The pointer shafts 10, 11 of the pointers 23, 24 are passed through the hub 15c of the disk 15. The clockwork 22 is covered by a movement receiving ring 17. The factory mounting ring 17 is joined to the ball bearing 14 and the rotatable disk 15 covering the ball bearing 14 by pressing. The disc 15 has a center of gravity to relieve the ball bearings 14.
  • the movement receiving ring 17 can be connected to the clockwork 22 in such a way that the inner parts of the clock can only be removed from the clock with the disk 15.
  • the clockwork 22 is enclosed by the movement receiving ring 17, the clock case 20 and the case back 19 in such a way that no separate housing is required for the clockwork 22.
  • the movement is encompassed by a work ring 16 over its entire circumference.
  • the work ring 16 has a molded-in annular groove 16a, into which the locking lugs 17a of the work receiving ring engage.
  • the locking lugs 17a are formed on the outer flange 17b of the work receiving ring 17 over its entire circumference.
  • Support elements 18, which are supported on the housing base 19, are arranged on the work ring 16 or on the work receiving ring 17. Shock absorption of the clockwork is possible via these support elements 18.
  • the disc suspension of the disc 15 should be mentioned in particular.
  • An inner radial flange 17c of the work support ring 17 is connected to the outer ball bearing ring 14a and an inner radial flange 15a of the disc 15 is connected to the inner ball bearing ring 14b.
  • This design it is possible to achieve such a firm connection between the disc, ball bearing and factory mounting ring that it can hardly be separated by hand.
  • the construction of this disc suspension also allows the desired flat design of the entire watch.
  • the disk 15 is balanced in a known manner. Their movements are based on the body movements of the wearer of the watch. The drive for the movements is the inertia of the disc.
  • An at least partially transparent pane can also be selected as the pane, which then exposes the view of the work support ring 17 formed from opaque material.
  • the pane has reinforcements 15b in the outer areas, which allow the decorative and decorative elements to be securely accommodated.
  • a pointer 20, 24 or watch glass 12 has an edge 20b on the watch case 20 which prevents the disc 15 from detaching in the direction of the watch glass 12. This edge does not interfere with the mobility of the disc 15 when the suspension is intact. Only if the window suspension fails, e.g. in the event of a defect in the ball bearing 14, this edge 20b prevents the disk from becoming independent and, through its movement, destroying sensitive parts of the watch.
  • the disc 15 is pressed with ball bearing 14 and factory mounting ring 17.
  • the movement ring encompassing the movement is then connected to the movement receiving ring via the locking lugs 17a, the pointer shafts 10, 11 being simultaneously passed through the hub 15c of the disk.
  • the disc 15, the movement support ring 17, the clockwork 22 and the pointers 23, 24 with all their connecting parts are inserted into the watch case 20 as a structural assembly unit.
  • only the watch has to be closed with the case back 19.
