Claims (11)

  1. Coussin comprenant un remplissage moelleux et une enveloppe élastique (3) gonflable, intérieure au coussin et contiguë à une première bordure (2) du coussin, pour soutenir la région des vertèbres cervicales d'une personne se reposant sur le coussin, caractérisé en ce que le coussin (1) comprend des premiers moyens de fermeture (5) sur au-moins une autre bordure (4) faisant face à la première bordure (2), et en ce que le coussin (1), en position d'ouverture des premiers moyens de fermeture (5), est relevable autour de la première bordure (2), et en ce que en position de fermeture des premiers moyens de fermeture (5), le coussin refermé forme une poche pour recevoir et positionner au-moins un corps d'appui (6) entre l'enveloppe élastique (3) et l'autre bordure (4).
  2.   4. Coussin selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les premiers et/ou les deuxièmes moyens de fermeture (5,10) sont constitués de fermeture éclair ou de fermeture auto-accrochante.
  5. Coussin selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que pour la liaison détachable du coussin (1) avec le coussin extérieur (7), des moyens de fermeture (11), comme une fermeture éclair, une fermeture auto-accrochante, des boutons à pression ou des boutons et boutonnières sont prévus.
  6. Coussin selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bordures latérales extérieures (12,13) reliant lesdites bordures extérieures (8,9) dépassent sur leur région latérale le coussin (1) avec une partie en forme de bande (23,24), et en ce que chacune des parties en forme de bande (23,24) est rabattue vers l'intérieur de telle manière que les bordures latérales extérieures (12,13) sont essentiellement en contact avec les bordures latérales (14,15) correspondantes.
  7. Coussin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe élastique (3) peut être enfilée dans une poche d'enveloppe (16) disposée sur la face interne du coussin.
  8. Coussin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe élastique (3) est reliée à un élément de pompe (18) par un tuyau (17).
  9. Coussin selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pompe est formé d'un soufflet en caoutchouc (19) avec un clapet anti-retour et un dispositif (20) intégré pour faire s'écouler l'air en excès, ou en ce que l'élément de pompe comprend une commande électrique pour commander à distance une pompe à air.
  10. Coussin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'appui (6) comporte une enveloppe contenant un matériau de remplissage.
