Claims (11)

  1. Cushion with a soft filling, and in the interior of the cushion an inflatible, elastic cover (3) disposed attached to a first cushion edge (2), to support the area of the cervical vertebral column of a person resting on the cushion, characterized in that the cushion (1) has at least a first closing means (5) on a further cushion edge (4) opposite the first cushion edge (2), in that in the opened state of the first closing means (5) the cushion is unfoldable around the first cushion edge, and in that in the closed state of the first closing means (5) the folded up cushion forms a pocket to receive and position at least one support element (6) between the elastic cover (3) and the further cushion edge (4).
  2. Cushion according to claim 1, characterized in that there is an outer cushion (7) with a further soft filling surrounding the cushion (1), in that the outer cushion (7) on its inner side parallel to a first outer cushion edge (8) is detachably connected to the first cushion edge (2) of the cushion (1), in that there are at least second closing means (10) on a further outer cushion edge (9) opposite the first outer cushion edge (8), and in that the outer cushion (7) is unfoldable around the first outer cushion edge (8) in the opened state of the second closing means (10) to expose the cushion (1).
  3. Cushion according to claim 2, characterized in that the first and/or second closing means (5, 10) are snap fasteners or comprise buttons and button holes.
  4. Cushion according to claim 2, characterized in that the first and/or second closing means (5, 10) are zippers or adhesive fasteners.
  5. Cushion according to claim 2, characterized in that connecting means (11), such as a zipper, an adhesive fastener, snap fasteners or buttons and button holes, are employed as the detachable connection of the cushion (1) with the outer cushion (7).
  6. Cushion according to one of the claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the lateral outer cushion edges (12, 13) connecting the said outer cushion edges (8, 9) rise above the cushion (1) in their edge area each with a strip-shaped part (23, 24), and in that each of the strip-shaped parts (23, 24) is folded back inwardly in such a way that the lateral outer cushion edges (12, 13) essentially touch the corresponding cushion edges (14, 15).
  7. Cushion according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the elastic cover (3) can be slipped into a cover pocket (16) disposed on the inner side of the cushion.
  8. Cushion according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the elastic cover (3) is connected to a pump element (18) via a tube (17).
  9. Cushion according to claim 8, characterized in that the pump element is designed as a rubber bag (19) with back pressure valve and built-in device (20) to let off excess air, or that the pump element comprises an electrically driven air pump intended for remote control.
  10. Cushion according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the support element (6) comprises a cover containing a padding material.
  11. Cushion according to one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the support element is a laminar foam material component.
