Claims (24)
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un panneau de béton (201) comportant un bloc intégré,de verre, de matière acrylique, composite ou translucide comprenant les étapes qui consistent à :(a) construire un moule de panneau (201) qui comporte au moins un moule support de bloc comportant une partie ancrable (101) et une partie amovible non-anorable (203(a)) pour chaque bloc qu'il y a lieu d'intégrer dans ledit panneau de béton ;(b) positionner chaque moule formant support en un emplacement prédéterminé à l'intérieur dudit moule de panneau ;(c) verser le béton à l'intérieur dudit moule de panneau avec pour effet d'ancrer la partie ancrable (101) de chaque moule support en son emplacement prédéterminé ;(d) laisser durcir ledit béton versé ;(e) retirer la partie amovible non-ancrable (203(a)) de chaque moule de support de bloc une fois le béton versé durci de façon à former au moins un vide pour l'insertion dudit bloc et d'un moyen d'étanchéité (601) ;(f) insérer ledit bloc à l'intérieur de chaque vide qui est créé dans ledit panneau en éliminant la partie non-ancrable amovible de chaque moule support de bloc ; et(g) insérer un moyen d'étanchéité élastique (601) entre ledit bloc inséré et la partie ancrée de béton (101) dudit moule support de façon à réaliser un joint formant coussin étanche à l'eau entre ledit bloc et ladite partie ancrée de béton dudit moule support de telle sorte qu'aucune partie du bloc ne se trouve en contact direct avec la partie ancrée dudit moule support de bloc.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 1 comportant en outre l'étape qui consiste à former chaque moule de support de bloc pour qu'il comporte au moins une lèvre support (104) formée après l'étape qui consiste à verser le béton dans le ledit moule de panneau.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 2 comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste à faire reposer ledit bloc inséré sur une lèvre de support (104) formée par lesdites étapes de mise en forme et de versage pour favoriser la capacité de supporter la charge du panneau.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 3 comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste à réaliser un coussin pour le bloc qu'il y a lieu de placer sur une lèvre donnée desdites lèvres dudit support (104) avant que ledit bloc ne repose sur celle-ci.
- Procédé tel que revendique à la revendication 4 comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste à supporter ledit bloc sur une lèvre de support donnée desdites lèvres (104) en tant que partie de la portion ancrable (101) d'un moule formant support.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 4 comprenant en outre l'étape qui consiste à Supporter ledit bloc sur une desdites lèvres support (426) formée en tant que partie du panneau de béton par un moule de support (422).
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 4 dans lequel ladite étape qui consiste à réaliser un coussin est réalisée par glaçage d'une desdites lèvres support donnée (426) avant de faire reposer ledit bloc sur celle-ci.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 4 comportant en outre l'étape qui consiste à insérer un matériau semi-solide dans tout vide qui peut exister entre ledit bloc, chacune desdites lèvres support (104) et ledit moyen d'étanchéité élastique (601) pour maintenir fermement ledit bloc en place.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comportant en outre l'étape qui consiste à former la partie ancrable (101) de chaque moule formant support sous la forme d'une bande de matériau ne formant pas colle à l'intérieur duquel ledit bloc et ledit moyen d'étonchéité peuvent être insérés, dans lequel ladite bande comporte en outre dos moyens d'ancrage (102) pour ancrer la bande à l'intérieur du béton.
- Procédé tel que revendiqué à la revendication 9 dans lequel ladite bande est réalisée au moyen d'acier inoxydable.
- Procédé tel que revendique dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel ledit joint élastique consiste en un joint en caoutchouc.
- Appareil pour fabriquer un panneau de béton du type comportant un bloc intégré en verre, en matériau acrylique, composite ou translucide comprenant un moule de panneau (201) pour donner une forme à du béton prédurci dans la forme désirée dudit panneau de béton, au moins un des moules de support de bloc comportant une partie ancrable (101) et une partie non-ancrable (203(a)) pour chaque bloc qu'il y a lieu d'intégrer dans ledit panneau de béton afin d'être positionné en un emplacement pré-déterminé à l'intérieur du moule de panneau.
- Appareil tel que revendiqué à la revendication 12 dans lequel la forme de chaque moule de support de bloc comporte au moins une lèvre de support (104) qui est formée une fois le béton versé dans le moule de panneau (201).
- Appareil tel que revendiqué à la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13 dans lequel la partie ancrable (101) de chaque moule de support comporte une bande de matériau qui ne colle pas comportant des moyens d'ancrage (102) pour ancrer la bande à l'intérieur du béton.
- Panneau de béton avec un insert formant bloc intégré comprenant :(a) un vide (207) défini dans ledit panneau de béton à l'intérieur duquel ledit bloc formant insert peut-être placé ;(b) une bande qui ne colle pas (101) intégrée dans le béton à la périphérie dudit vide (207), et(c) un moyen d'étanchéïté élastique (601) inséré entre ledit insert formant bloc et la surface dudit vide.
- Panneau, tel que revendiqué à la revendication 15, dans lequel ledit vide a une forme telle qu'il comporte une lèvre formant support (426) dans le béton, sur laquelle lèvre support, ledit insert formant bloc est au moins partiellement supporté.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué à la renvendication 15 ou la revendication 16 dans lequel au moins une partie dudit vide s'étend à travers ledit panneau de béton.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 17 dans lequel ladite bande (101) comporte des moyens d'ancrage (102) s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir de ladite bande .
- Panneau tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 18 dans lequel ladite bande (101) comporte une lèvre formant support (104) formée sur celle-ci sur laquelle ledit insert formant bloc est supporté.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19 dans lequel ladite bande (101) comporte une lèvre (103) qui s'étend vers l'extérieur à partir de ladite bande de telle sorte que ledit béton durci fournit une poutre support pour ladite bande.
- Appareil tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 14 ou panneau tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 20 dans lequel ladite bande (101) est réalisée en acier inoxydable.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué à la revendication 15 dans lequel ledit moyen d'étanchéité élastique (601) est un joint de caoutchouc.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 22 comprenant en outre des moyens pour maintenir fermement ou pour produire un support en forme de coussin (609) pour le bloc qui repose sur la lèvre formant support.
- Panneau tel que revendiqué à la revendication 23 dans lequel les moyens pour maintenir fermement le bloc comportent un matériau semi-solide susceptible d'être inséré dans un vide quelconque (608) qui peut exister entre ledit bloc, ladite lèvre formant support (606) et ledit moyen d'étanchéité élastique (601).
