Definitions
- the invention relates to a mixing container that explained in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- Such a mixing container is from GB-A-2 187 652 known.
- the well-known mixing container is for Subtract even amounts of bulk material Swallow openings designed at different heights.
- the known Mixing container according to the size of the swallowing openings of a given equation varies such that under lying swallowing openings are smaller than wider swallowing openings at the top.
- With the well-known Mixing container is therefore the size of each swallow opening precisely defined.
- Bridging i.e. under certain circumstances can over the opening Support particles of the bulk material against each other in such a way that the passage through this opening is blocked. This bridging becomes vertical standing openings through a correspondingly large dimensioned swallowing opening prevented.
- Such one Mixing container is for example from FR-A-1 379 212 known. Contains in the known mixing container the inner mixing tube several departments, where each of the departments via a swallow opening communicates with the outer container. The swallowing openings of the individual departments are arranged at different heights, so that the bulk container located in different containers Heights can be subtracted into that Inside the mixing tube and from there with the one remaining in the outer container Bulk falls into a funnel from which it is removed can be. The mixing effect of the known Mixing container is however small.
- the Diameter of the mixing tube compared to the Inner container diameter not too large in order to achieve a mixing effect at all. Second, it remains above the swallowing openings each an empty room, which is the larger, the further down the swallowing openings are. Thereby valuable storage space is given away. Furthermore the known construction is relatively complex in the manufacture, since the individual chambers in the Mixing tube must be fitted exactly.
- a mixing container can be seen from US Pat. No. 3,216,629, which is preferred for pneumatic circulation of the bulk material to be mixed is designed.
- mixing tubes with different designed deflector plates on the inside of the container provided.
- the mixing tubes point Openings at different heights, either outwards or inwards from Deflector plates are covered.
- the deflector plates for each opening in the mixing tube same size and cover, due to the relatively small diameter of the mixing tubes, inevitably over half the cross section of this Mixing tubes. It has now been found that with such an arrangement bulk goods predominantly over the bottom swallow opening each Mixing tube would occur.
- the mixing tube consists of a variety stacked funnels, their outlet openings each at the level of the inlet opening below Funnels are arranged.
- the funnels are essentially the same size, so that the in the annular heights arranged at different heights Entry openings for the bulk material from the outer Container and the circular openings for the fuel in the interior of the mixing tube are the same size at all heights.
- this Mixing container also for bulk materials that are not easy to flow can be used, the ring-shaped Swallow openings into the mixing tube accordingly run great. So that about do not bridge the remaining slots this mixing tube construction must be remarkable Assume dimensions.
- the structure the mixing tube is relatively complicated and expensive.
- the mixing effect is not optimal, there for a complete mixing additional pneumatic circulation is used becomes.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to design a mixing container of the type mentioned, that with simple and space-saving constructive Design the mixing result in a predetermined Way to influence.
- the task is characterized by the Features of claim 1 solved.
- the invention is based on the knowledge of the applicant that it depends on the size of the Deflector plates covered part of the cross section of the mixing tube depends on how much of the bulk material passes through the assigned swallowing opening. Will now used different sized baffle plates, so the mixing ratio of the different Layers of the bulk column in the outer Container originating bulk goods exactly predetermined and be dosed.
- a single, essentially central tube with a common Interior can be used, with none Dead spaces the storage capacity of the mixing container diminish.
- the sizes of the swallowing openings can be such be dimensioned so that bridging is prevented becomes.
- One determined for a specific bulk material Size of the swallowing mouth can then be for the whole Length of the mixing tube run the same thing simplifies the manufacture of the container. Is also achieved that over the entire height of the mixing tube essentially the same from each mouthful percentage of the bulk material in the mixing tube reached. The one coming out of the mixing tube Bulk material is therefore optimally mixed.
- the embodiment according to claim 4 prevents that bulk material from swallowing openings above the entry of bulk material through an underlying Swallowing opening hindered.
- the vertical extension plate has no influence on the predetermined percentage Proportion of the incoming bulk material however, ensure that no backflow can occur.
- Claims 7 and 8 describe alternative Distributions of the swallowing openings around the circumference of the mixing tube, which is in practical testing have proven to be particularly useful.
- two or more Swallowing openings are at the same height, where the sum of the deducted from the same amount percentage of bulk goods by the sum the one covered by the assigned deflector plates Parts of the cross section is predetermined.
- the swallowing openings in both the exact be arranged at the same height as a slight Have offset in height if this is required for structural reasons.
- the deduction of the bulk goods from the whole The container is designed according to claim 11 facilitated.
- the configuration according to claim 13 improved the flow of the bulk material and helps dead zones to avoid.
- the configuration according to claim 14 improved the mixing continues.
- Claims 15 and 16 describe alternative ones Forms the baffle plates, which prove to be useful have proven.
- the embodiment according to claim 17 causes that the mixing tube is only arranged in its wall Swallowing openings are filled.
- the mixing tube except a circular also a polygonal cross section exhibit.
- Claims 19 and 20 describe alternative Possibilities to manufacture the baffle plates and to be attached to the mixing tube.
- the mixing tube is particularly simple and inexpensive getting produced.
- the assembly of the mixing container significantly improved because in this configuration the mixing pipe directly through the roof into the outer container can be inserted.
- Claims 23 and 24 describe alternative Principles, such as the mixing tube on inexpensive and little time consuming inside inside Container can be arranged and attached.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic representation Mixing container 1 can be seen, which consists of an outer Container 2 and one coaxial with the outside Container 2 arranged mixing tube 3 with an opposite the cross-section of the container is smaller put together.

- the first nozzle 8 is closed at the top by a cover 9, the smaller by a second nozzle 10 Diameter is penetrated, the second nozzle also arranged coaxially to the container axis and is used to fill the container
- the mixing tube 3 is provided with struts 11 which protrude upwards into the first nozzle 8.
- the Mixing tube 3 is still over radial struts 12 on the inside of the outer container 2 on Transition between its cylindrical wall 4 and the funnel-shaped bottom part 5 is supported.
- strut 12 is shown can be a variety provided by struts distributed in the circumferential direction will.
- the mixing tube 3 is firmly connected to the struts 12, these being welded to the outer container 2.
- the struts 11 are not connected the inside of the first nozzle 8 and serve the centering and lateral support of the mixing tube 3.
- the mixing tube 3 and the outer container 2 are made Made of an aluminum alloy, with all connections are welded. However, it is also possible to use for the mixing tube stainless steel and this via adhesive, screw or rivet connections to connect to the outer container made of aluminum.
- the mixing tube 3 encloses an interior 14 with one over the predominant height of the mixing tube 3 constant round cross section.
- the individual parts can be folded or be extruded.
- the mixing tube 3 contains an upper one, in the direction on the filler neck 10 opening 15, the is covered with a deflector cone 16, so that the bulk material entered into the filler neck not directly, can get axially into the mixing tube.
- a washing nozzle 17 is provided via a line supplied with washing liquid from the outside can be. This allows the inside of the mixing tube 3 can be cleaned easily.
- the mixing tube 3 contains a funnel 18 which opens into an outlet opening 19. The funnel 18 is enough to form a tapered taper Annulus 29 to the area of the bottom part 5.
- the outlet opening 19 has a smaller one Diameter as the bottom part 5 at this height.
- the funnel 18 can also be designed such that a higher flow rate in the mixing tube 3 trains.
- the outlet opening 6 has the smallest Cross section of all existing outlet openings 19, 20 and is so large that bridging is avoided becomes. This can also make you feel above each other No outlet openings form bridges.
- the mixing tube 3 is provided at different heights above its funnel 18 with a plurality of swallow openings 21 designed as openings in the wall of the mixing tube, of which the swallow openings 21.1 to 21.6, which are offset by 180 °, can be seen for purposes of illustration.
- the swallowing openings can be round, triangular, rectangular or parabolic.
- the size of the swallow openings is insignificant for the removal of the desired quantity of bulk material and is expediently dimensioned such that bridging in front of the openings, ie outside the mixing tube 3, is avoided.
- the first, uppermost swallow opening 21.1 is arranged in the vicinity of the deflection cone 16, below the maximum filling level 22 in the outer container 2.
- the second to sixth swallow openings 21.2 to 21.6 lie below it at predetermined intervals in accordance with the layers of the bulk material to be tapped.
- a deflector 23 is arranged above each swallowing opening 21.
- Each of the baffle plates 23 has the shape of a conical jacket section (FIGS. 2 and 3), is inserted into a prepared, for example milled or sawn slot in the mixing tube 3, is inclined at an angle of 20 to 45 ° to the vertical and extends inwards below into the interior 14 of the mixing tube 3.
