Abstract

Nouveau procédé de culture de cellules de mammifères nécessitant un substrat pour se développer consistant à cultiver des cellules en présence d'un milieu aqueux à la surface d'une feuille de gel de polymère synthétique gonflé par le milieu aqueux. Les cellules sont par exemple des fibroblastes et/ou des cellules épithéliales. Le gel de polymère contient généralement un copolymère d'acrylate d'hydroxyéthyle et de méthacrylate d'hydroxyéthyle. Le milieu peut contenir des facteurs de croissance, par exemple un facteur de croissance épidermique et/ou fibroblastique. Ce produit peut être utilisé comme pansement pour les blessures, en particulier pour remplacer la peau dans le traitement des brûlures.
