Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour humidifier un substrat mobile (6), par exemple, des rames en cours de transport ou des nappes mobiles, en particulier en papier ou en matière plastique, par un liquide, de préférence de l'eau, à l'aide d'un pulvérisateur (7) du liquide (8) orienté vers l'endroit du substrat, comportant une source de haute tension électrique (13) et un dispositif à électrodes pour le transport orienté du liquide pulvérisé sur le substrat, le dit dispositif à électrodes étant disposé sur l'envers (10) du substrat (6), CARACTERISE en ce que le dispositif à électrodes est réalisé sous la forme d'un dispositif à émission de charges comportant au moins une électrode (20) à émission de charges.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les différentes électrodes à émission de charges (10) peuvent être connectées à des potentiels différents.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'émission de charges (20) est disposé de manière sensiblement symétrique par rapport au pulvérisateur (7).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'émission de charges (20) est disposé en amont du pulvérisateur (7) vu dans la direction du mouvement du substrat.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'émission de charges (20) est disposé au même niveau que le pulvérisateur (7).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que les poulies (21) orientant le substrat (6) sont isolées.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que la surface des poulies (21) est électriquement isolante.
