Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Beuteln mit Zugbändern aus thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie, die in Saumumschläge entlang der Folienränder eingelegt werden, wobei die Saumumschläge angeschweißt werden und die Beutel durch Querschweißen der Seitennähte abgeteilt werden, bei dem doppellagige Zugbänder durch Falten und Auftrennen eines Folienbandes verwendet werden und Zugrifflöcher und Entlüftungsöffnungen in die flachgelegte noch nicht zu Saumumschlägen gefaltete Folienbahn gestanzt werden.
