Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines plattenförmigen,
schallabsorbierenden Elementes und plattenförmi
ges, schallabsorbierendes Element.
Plattenförmige, schallabsorbierende Elemente
müssen sowohl optischen als auch akustischen
Anforderungen genügen und sollen auf möglichst
einfache und kostengünstige Weise herstellbar
sein.
Erfindungsgemäß wird hinsichtlich des Verfahrens
aus einem bandförmigen, vliesartigen Material
ein endloses Rohr gefertigt, das Rohr wird in
Rohrabschnitte (2) vorgegebener Länge zerteilt
und die Rohrabschnitte (2) werden parallel zu
einander mit ihren Mantelflächen (3) zur Ausbil
dung des plattenförmigen Elements (1) miteinan
der verbunden. Das plattenförmige, schallabsor
bierende Element weist erfindungsgemäß mehrere
parallel zueinander angeordnete, im Bereich
ihrer Mantelflächen (3) miteinander verbundene
Rohrabschnitte (2) aus einem vliesartigen
Material auf.
Die Erfindung ist bei allen Arten von schall
absorbierenden Elementen anwendbar.
