Definitions

  • the invention relates to a medical supply device according to the preamble of claim 1 and in particular to a supply device which is suitable for mounting in front of a wall.
  • supply devices are used to provide electricity, signal lines, pressure or vacuum lines, gas lines and the like in the vicinity of the patient bed. to have available.
  • the supply devices are suitable for hospital rooms as well as for intensive care units or other facilities in clinics and laboratories.
  • a medical supply bar which is suspended from a ceiling and has two parallel guide rails on its underside, on which a carriage is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner. Medical devices can be accommodated on the trolley, which can be brought close to the patient bed in this way.
  • a supply bar which has two guide rails one below the other, it being possible for a holder to be clamped on both guide rails, which holder carries a tray for receiving a medical device. Although this holder can be attached in different positions along the guide rails, it cannot be moved along this guide rail as a carriage.
  • the guide rails have a small vertical distance and are provided on the same supply beam.
  • a medical supply device described in DE 36 03 728 A1.
  • This supply device is provided for wall mounting and has a guide rail attached to the wall of a room, to which a holder can be attached with a clamp.
  • the holder is used to attach several pump brackets designed as sheet metal brackets, to each of which a syringe pump can be attached.
  • the holder can be attached in different positions along the guide rail, but it cannot be moved as a carriage.
  • Another disadvantage is that such a clamped to a single guide rail holder can only carry a relatively low weight.
  • a medical supply device from which the preamble of patent claim 1 is based is known from DE 35 41 017 A1.
  • This supply device has two guide rails arranged at different heights, on which there are supply outlets for gas, liquid, solids or electricity, to which lines or hoses can be connected.
  • the guide rails are firmly connected to each other by vertical columns. In addition to serving as a support for the supply outlets, they also serve as a holder for clamping individual smaller auxiliary devices.
  • the devices required for the care of patients such as infusion devices, ventilators, suction devices, dialyzers and the like, often have a considerable weight.
  • a high device weight arises especially when several heavy devices are used in the same patient.
  • the known supply devices that are to be fastened in front of a wall do not meet these requirements because their resilience is limited. This is because the guide rails are located close to each other at about head height and do not allow the use of an equipment carrier that extends far down. In the case of such a long equipment carrier, the rails would be bent or released from their anchoring or lateral clamping forces exerted on the lower end of the equipment carrier due to the high lever torque or the clamping device would be deformed.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a medical supply device that enables the use of large equipment carriers with high vertical extension and high absorption capacity of medical devices in the area near the wall.
  • the two guide rails and the ends of these Columns connecting guide rails form a solid, rigid frame that is empty in the central area.
  • the device carrier is a carriage that can be moved on drives along the guide rails and is guided both in the upper area and in the lower area.
  • the equipment carrier can therefore be extended down to near the ground without the risk that damaging moments are exerted on the upper drives or the upper guide rail by the formation of a lever that is too long.
  • the carriage hangs mainly on the upper guide rail, which takes up the majority of the weight load, while the lower guide rail essentially has the task of absorbing lateral forces of the implement carrier.
  • the vertical distance between the two guide rails is at least 1 m.
  • the guide rails are rigidly connected to one another at their ends by columns.
  • these columns serve to center and hold the guide rails in parallel and, on the other hand, to accommodate lines that connect components in the upper supply bar with components in the lower supply bar.
  • the two supply bars are functionally coupled to one another within the supply device, so that the entire supply device requires only a single wall connection for each of the different lines.
  • the supply device can be fastened or screwed directly to a wall, the guide rails or the support profiles integrally formed with them forming the load-bearing components of the supply beams.
  • the supply bars are arranged on a certain side, while the back of the supply bars is passive.
  • the guide rails are formed in one piece with support profiles.
  • the support profiles are hollow profiles that have high mechanical strength and rigidity and are not intended to hold components. Apart from the holes required for assembly, the support profiles do not contain any other holes for attaching functional parts. Housing profiles are attached to the support profiles and simultaneously form the front wall of the supply beam.
  • the housing profiles cover the front of the support profile, wherein according to claim 4, the visible side of the housing profiles is free of fastening parts such as screws and the like.
  • the supply bar thus has a smooth visible side, with the housing profiles also forming the screens. This enables better cleaning because there are no slots, gaps or screw holes on the visible side. Only in the area from which the guide rail emerges are there a narrow slot above and below the guide rail, but this is partially covered by the head of the guide rail. This gives the supply bar a pleasant appearance and the possibility of simple cleaning, which plays an important role in the clinical area.
  • the housing profiles form the spaces for receiving hoses, lines and other parts as well as for fastening clamping frames to the rear of the front wall.
  • the attachment of the functional parts to the Housing profiles are made from the inside, ie from the back, so as not to impair the appearance of the visible side.
  • the supply device which is to be fastened to the wall 10 of a room, has a horizontal upper supply beam 11 running approximately at head height and a supply beam 12 running parallel to this and arranged approximately at bed height.
  • a horizontal upper supply beam 11 running approximately at head height
  • a supply beam 12 running parallel to this and arranged approximately at bed height.
  • the head height is about 1.80 m to 2.00 m and the bed height is about 50 cm to 1 m.
  • the supply bars 11 and 12 are separated from each other by a space and each supply bar is separately attached to the wall 10.
  • the supply beams 11 and 12 are rigidly connected to one another by vertical columns 14 at the ends. In between there are no mechanical connections between the supply beams.
  • Each supply bar 11 and 12 contains numerous sockets 15, display panels 16, button 17 and other parts that are accessible on the front wall of the supply bar.
  • each supply beam 11, 12 forms the support profile 18, from which the guide rail 19 or 20 integrally molded onto this support profile projects forward.
  • the guide rails 19, 20 have a T-profile, the central web 21 projecting horizontally from the front wall of the support profile 18, while the head piece 22 extends in a vertical plane.
  • the support profile 18 is a closed hollow box profile, which has a high degree of rigidity and strength and which is only provided with holes 18a, 18b at a few points in order to be able to carry out the wall mounting of the support profile.
  • the housing profiles 24 and 25 complement each other to form the upper housing 11a.
  • Various webs 28 are provided on these housing profiles, on which equipment carriers 29, 30 can be clamped in the interior of the housing.
  • the device carrier 30 is a lamp which is arranged under the top of the housing and has sockets 31 with fluorescent lamps 32. The light from the fluorescent lamps 32 is radiated upward (against the ceiling) through a glass plate 33 covering an opening in the top of the part 11a. Because the supply bar 11 also contains the device carrier or the lamp 30, it is a lamp and supply bar.
  • the housing profile 27 of the lower housing 11b of the supply bar 11 also contains webs 28 on its inside for clamping various components which are to be mounted in the housing.
  • the front walls 34 of the housing profiles 25 and 27 each have a projecting flange 34a, which is placed against the front side of the support profile 18 and covers it.
  • the flanges 34a leave only a gap through which the foot of the web 21 of the guide rail 19 projects. This gap is covered by the head 22 of the guide rail.
  • the front walls 34 are therefore not interrupted on the visible side and they also have no fastening parts on the visible side.
  • the lower guide bar 12 is in principle designed in the same way as the upper guide bar 11, but it is only equipped with a single housing 12 a, which is formed from a housing profile that is identical to the housing profile 27.
  • the housing profile 27 is fastened in the supply beam 12 on the top of the support profile 18 with screws 35.
  • two carriages 36 are suspended, each of which has an upper bar 37 at the level of the upper guide rail 19, a lower bar 38 at the level of the lower guide rail 20 and two vertical columns 39 connecting the bars 37, 38.
  • the upper bar 37 is U-shaped and contains two drives 40, each of which has a roller 41 which is mounted on a horizontal axis 42 and is provided with side flanges 43. While the running surface of the roller 41 rolls on the top of the head 22 of the guide rail 19, the flanges 43 effect the lateral guidance on this head piece.
  • the lower bar 38 is also U-shaped and contains an L-shaped sliding element 44 with an upper support surface 44a and a lateral sliding surface 44b.
  • the sliding element 44 which rests with the sliding surface 44b on the side end wall of the head piece 22, engages over the head 22 with a nose 44c projecting downward from the supporting surface 44a, so that the sliding element 44 causes lateral movements of the bar 38 with respect to the guide rail 20 can be prevented.
  • the sliding element 44 is made of plastic with a low coefficient of friction.
  • the columns 39 consist of tubes, in each of which a pull rod 45 runs, which is fastened to the upper beam 37 and the lower beam 38.
  • Intermediate shelves 46 can be fastened to the columns 39, on which devices 47 can be placed. These devices can be connected to elements 15, 16, 17 of the supply bar via plug-in lines (not shown).
  • an infusion stand 48a can be attached to the upper beam 37.
  • Pressure infusion devices 48 can be attached to the columns 39.
  • the columns 39 are extended downward beyond the beams by further columns 39a.
  • a further profile 46a extends between the columns 39a and can carry another device.
  • the total equipment load of the car 36 is 150 kp, for example.
  • the columns 14, which connect the guide rails 19, 20 and their support profiles 18 at the ends, are upright flat boxes which have a laterally protruding projection 50 for each support profile 18, which projects into the interior of the support profile 18 in a suitable manner.
  • the pillars 14 form the end of the supply beams 11 and 12. Cables (not shown) lead through the hollow pillars 14 and lead from the housing 11a and the housing 11b into the housing 12a.
  • the columns 14 thus form the head pieces of the rectangular frame formed by the supply beams 11, 12 and the columns 14 and at the same time serve to connect components attached to this frame.
  • the carriage 36 can be pushed along the guide rails 19, 20 in the loaded state without tilting into any position.
  • the carriage 36 is locked by pivoting a lever 51, as a result of which a blocking element provided on the bar 37 is pressed against the guide rail 19.
