Claims (7)

1. Behälter (1) zur Verwendung zum Warentransport, der folgendes aufweist:
― einen Rahmen (2), bei dem zumindest ein Ende (3) des Aufbaus die Stoßkräfte und Zugkräfte aufnimmt,
― Stirnwände (4), die in Normalstellung im allgemeinen zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Rahmenebene stehen,
― einen Dachaufbau (5), bei dem eine Ende (6) seiner Konstruktion sichtbar ist,
― Seitenwände (7), die jeweils eine Öffnung aufweisen und sich über den gesamten Abstand zwischen den Innenflächen der Stirnwände (4) erstrecken, wobei diese Öffnung ganz allgemein mit Türen, insbesondere Schiebetüren, versehen ist, die dem Behälter über Trag- und Führungseinrichtungen zugeordnet sind,

wobei in dem Behälter die Verbindung zwischen jeder der Stirnwände (4) und den entsprechenden Enden der Konstruktion des Rahmens (3) und des Dachaufbaus (6) durch mechanische Einrichtungen (8) gewährleistet ist, die, bezogen auf das obere Ende der Stirnwände und der Konstruktion des Dachaufbaus, aus Führungseinrichtungen für eine Drehbewegung der Stirnwände (4) um horizontal und zu den Stirnwänden parallel verlaufende Drehachsen bestehen und in Höhe des Endes des Oberbaus angeordnet sind,
dadurch GEKENNZEICHNET, daß die Drehführungseinrichtungen aus Torsionsstäben (8) bestehen.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus einem Torsionsstab (8) bestehenden Drehführungseinrichtungen sowohl an den oberen als auch an den unteren Enden der Vorderwandungen (4) zu deren Verbindung mit der Konstruktion des Dachaufbaus (6) bzw. des Rahmens (3) vorgesehen sind.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trag- und Führungseinrichtungen für die Seitentüren zumindestens eine Einrichtung zum Aufnehmen der Verformungen aufweisen, die in der Ebene jeder Seitenfläche infolge der Schwingungen der Stirnwände hervorgerufen werden.

Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Torsionsstab (8) zur Gewährleistung der mechanischen Verbindung zumindest zwischen dem oberen Ende der Stirnwände (4) und den Enden von zumindest dem Dachaufbau drehfest mit mindestens zwei Befestigungseisen (9, 10) zur Belastung versehen ist, wobei eines (9) der Befestigungseisen auf der Stirnwand oder auf dem Endabschnitt der entsprechenden Konstruktion verankert ist, während zumindest ein weiteres Befestigungseisen (10) dagegen auf dem jeweils anderen Teil verankert ist.

Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (3, 6) der Rahmenkonstruktion (2) und der Konstruktion des Dachaufbaus (5) zwei Befestigungseisen (10) tragen, zwischen denen sich der Torsionsstab (8) erstreckt, der in seinem mittleren Abschnitt das der Stirnwand (4) zugeordnete Befestigungseisen (9) trägt.
6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Stirnwand zugeordnete Befestigungseisen (9) durch das Ende einer Aussteifung (11) dieser Stirnwand gebildet wird.
7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in Höhe von einer Unterkante oder einer Oberkante seiner Stirnwände zwei Torsionsstäbe (8) aufweist, die symmetrisch zur senkrechten Symmetrieachse der Stirnwand (4) angeordnet sind.
