Claims (21)

  1. Gelenkvorrichtung zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Waggons (1) und (2), die auf einem gemeinsamen Drehgestell (5) gelagert sind und seitlich schwimmende Abstützungen aufweisen, welche beidseitig an einem gemeinsamen Zentralgelenk (13) angebracht sind, wobei die Abstützungen auf jeder Seite des Zentralgelenks (13) ein System von Drehgestellfederungen (19) mit jeweils einem Reibbelag auf der Oberseite zur Übertragung der von der Fahrbewegung herrührenden Schubkräfte umfassen, welche von wenigstens einem der Enden der beiden miteinander verbundenen Waggons (1) und (2) wirken, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
    die Schubkräfte wirken auf den Reibbelag des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) über eine Druck- und Halteplatte (20), die selbst Reibung auf dem Reibungsstück oder dem Reibbelag des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) aufnimmt;
    ein Gelenkträger (21) ist fest oder beweglich auf der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) angebracht, letztere ist durch einen Gleitreibungskontakt auf dem Reibungsstück oder dem Reibbelag des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) verschiebbar und stellt auf diese Art einen funktionellen Ausschlag dar ;
    das zweite Ende des folgenden Waggons besitzt einen freien Ausschlag zwischen einer oberen und unteren Position, bei der sie sich in Kontakt mit dem Gleitreibungskontakt mit der Oberseite der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) befindet und stellt so eine gelegentliche Diskontinuität der Verbindung und einen weiteren funktionellen Ausschlag dar ;
    die von der Fahrbewegung herrührenden Schubkräfte wirken zum einen auf ein Ende eines Waggons durch einfachen Druckkontakt mit der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) und zum anderen über den Gelenkträger (21), der über ein Gelenk mit dem folgenden Waggon verbunden ist.
  2. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk ein Gelenk mit Ausschlag ist, so dass es einen weiteren funktionellen Ausschlag bildet.
  3. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk ein Drehgelenk (22) ist und dass der Gelenkträger (21) ein Träger ist, an dem das Drehgelenk (22) entlang einer Lagerung zwischen einer oberen und unteren Position verschiebbar angebracht ist, so dass ein erster funktioneller Ausschlag gebildet ist.
  4. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkträger (21) über die Druck- und Halteplatte (20) beweglich ist, um direkt den Gleitreibungskontakt auf dem Reibungsstück des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) zu realisieren.
  5. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der relativ zur Druck- und Halteplatte (20) bewegliche Gelenkträger (21) durch diese hinweg beweglich ist, um direkt Gleitreibungskontakt auf dem Reibungsstück des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) zu realisieren.
  6. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der relativ zur Druck- und Halteplatte (20) bewegliche Gelenkträger (21) mit dieser in Druckkontakt steht, um auf indirekte Art Gleitreibungskontakt auf dem Reibungsstück des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) zu realisieren.
  7. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich beim Druckkontakt mit der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) um einen Druckkontakt mit Ausschlag handelt.
  8. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitreibungskontakt zwischen dem zweiten Ende und der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) auf der Oberseite der Platte (20) erfolgt.
  9. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Gelenkachse (22) um eine Schwenkachse (23) handelt.
  10. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (23) in einem verschiebbaren im Querschnitt grundsätzlich länglichen Lager angebracht und von diesem getragen ist, welches im unteren Teil eine zylinderförmige Aufnahmeform aufweist, in welcher sich die Schwenkachse (23) abstützt und entlang welcher die Schwenkachse (23) zwischen einer oberen und unteren Position verschiebbar ist, wodurch der erste Ausschlag gebildet wird.
  11. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk um ein Gelenk (44) zur Schwenkung um eine horizontale Achse und zur vertikalen Translation ist und dass es an einem Gelenkträger (43) in Form eines mechanischen Gelenkklotzes (50) angebracht ist, der als Gelenkträger dient und in einer Lagerung (49) angebracht ist, die dem Endstück des zentralen Befestigungseisens am Endstück angepasst ist, so dass ein erster funktioneller Ausschlag gebildet wird.
  12. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkträger (43) des Gelenks (44) in Form eines mechanischen Klotzes (50) an der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) angebracht ist, so dass ein erster funktioneller Ausschlag gebildet wird.
  13. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das es sich bei dem Gelenk (43) um ein Kugelgelenk (43) handelt.
  14. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druck- und Halteplatte (20) eine Ober-und Unterseite zur Abstützung aufweist und dass ein bügelförmig gestalteter Gelenkträger (21) von dieser Druck- und Halteplatte (20) getragen ist.
  15. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem System von Drehgestellfederungen (19) die Druck- und Halteplatte (20) mit ihrer Innenseite ruht, welche sich in Kontakt mit einem zwischengeschalteten Reibungsstück (36) befindet, das vom System von Drehgestellfederungen (19) getragen ist, und auf welchem sie durch Gleitreibung beweglich ist, wobei das zwischengeschaltete Reibungsstück (36) vom Fußstück (18) des Systems von Drehgestellfederungen (19) getragen ist.
  16. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende oder Befestigungseisen (23) am Endstück in eine Gabel mündet, die auf der Schwenkachse (22) montiert ist.
  17. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Befestigungseisen (24) ein Befes- ' tigungseisen mit doppelter Abstützung ist, von deren Teilen (25, 26) wenigstens eines eine Unterfläche aufweist, die mit einer Sohle gegenüber dem Reibungsbereich (37) der Oberseite der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) versehen ist.
  18. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibungsbereich (37) mit einem Reibungseinsatz (38) versehen ist.
  19. Gelenkvorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibungseinsatz (38) ein Rahmenprofil aufweist und um den Gelenkträger angeordnet ist, der sich etwas unterhalb der Oberseite der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) befindet.
  20. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Element mit ebener Unterseite des Befestigungseisens mit doppelter Abstützung (24) bezüglich der Oberseite der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) mit einer Sohle versehen ist und mit dem Reibungseinsatz (38) der Druck- und Halteplatte (20) in Kontakt kommt und sich auf diesem Reibungseinsatz durch Gleitreibung bewegt.
  21. Gelenkvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der aufeinanderfolgenden Waggons auf beiden Seiten mit wenigstens einem Befestigungseisen enden und dass sie die von der Rollbewegung stammenden Schubkräfte übertragen.
