- les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues en perspective de la liaison entre deux extrémités de structures wagons au niveau de l'appui latéral d'articulation de l'invention, la patte de liaison secondaire en premier plan étant enlevée sur la figure 4 pour montrer le support d'articulation ;
- les figures 5 et 6 sont des coupes respectivement transversale et longitudinale au niveau de l'appui latéral d'articulation correspondant à la position des éléments tel que représenté sur la partie de gauche de la figure 9 ;

Claims (21)
- Système d'articulation entre deux structures wagon successives (1) et (2) reposant sur un même bogie (5) comprenant deux appuis flottants latéraux placés de part et d'autre d'une articulation centrale commune (13), ces appuis comprenant de chaque côté de cette articulation (13) un ensemble de suspension élastique (19) de bogie portant sur sa face supérieure une garniture de friction sur laquelle s'exercent des forces de poussée résultant des mouvements provenant du roulage transmis par au moins une des extrémités de l'une et/ou de l'autre des structures wagon successives (1) ou (2) caractérisé en ce que :les forces de poussée s'exercent sur la garniture de friction de l'ensemble de suspension élastique (19) de bogie à travers une plaque (20) d'appui et de support venant elle même porter à friction sur la pièce ou garniture de friction de l'ensemble de suspension élastique (19) de bogieun support d'articulation (21) est monté fixe ou mobile sur la plaque (20) d'appui et de support, elle même déplaçable par un contact d'appui glissant de friction sur la pièce ou garniture de friction de l'ensemble de suspension élastique (19) de bogie formant ainsi un débattement fonctionnel,la deuxième extrémité de la structure wagon suivante est libre en débattement entre une position relevée et une position basse dans laquelle elle se trouve en contact d'appui glissant de friction avec la face supérieure de la plaque (20) d'appui et de support formant ainsi une discontinuité occasionnelle de la liaison et un autre débattement fonctionnel,les forces de poussée provenant du roulage s'exercent d'une part à une extrémité d'une structure wagon par un simple contact d'appui avec la plaque (20) d'appui et de support et d'autre part à travers le support d'articulation relié par une articulation à l'extrémité de la structure wagon suivante.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'articulation est une articulation avec débattement formant ainsi un autre débattement fonctionnel de l'ensemble.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'articulation est une articulation de pivotement (22) et en ce que le support d'articulation est un support (21) dans lequel l'articulation de pivotement (22) est montée déplaçable le long d'un logement entre une position haute et une position basse formant ainsi un premier débattement fonctionnel.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le support (21) d'articulation est mobile par rapport à la plaque (20) d'appui et de support pour réaliser directement le contact d'appui glissant de friction sur la pièce de friction de l'ensemble (19) de suspension.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le support (21) d'articulation mobile par rapport à la plaque (20) d'appui et de support est mobile à travers celle-ci pour réaliser directement le contact d'appui glissant de friction sur la pièce de friction de l'ensemble (19) de suspension.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le support (21) d'articulation mobile par rapport à la plaque (20) d'appui et de support est en contact d'appui avec celle-ci pour réaliser indirectement le contact d'appui glissant de friction sur la pièce de friction de l'ensemble (19) de suspension.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le contact d'appui avec la plaque (20) d'appui et de support est un contact d'appui avec débattement.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'appui glissant de friction entre la deuxième extrémité et la plaque (20) d'appui et de support s'effectue sur la face supérieure de la plaque (20).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'axe de l'articulation (22) est un axe de pivotement (23).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (23) est monté et porté dans un logement de déplacement (42) à section de forme générale oblongue présentant en partie inférieure une forme cylindrique réceptrice dans laquelle vient buter l'axe de pivotement (23) et en ce que l'axe de pivotement (23) est mobile le long de ce logement de déplacement entre une position haute et une position basse formant ainsi le premier débattement.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'articulation est une articulation (44) de pivotement autour d'un axe horizontal et de translation verticale et se trouve montée sur un support d'articulation (43) formé d'un bloc mécanique (50) d'articulation servant de support d'articulation monté dans un logement (49) conformé à l'extrémité de la patte centrale d'extrémité (48), réalisant ainsi un premier débattement fonctionnel.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le support d'articulation (43) de l'articulation (44) sous la forme d'un bloc mécanique (50) est monté sur la plaque d'appui et de support (20) réalisant ainsi un premier débattement fonctionnel.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'articulation (43) est du type à rotule.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plaque (20) d'appui et de support présente une face supérieure et une face inférieure d'appui, et en ce qu'un support (21) d'articulation est conformé en étrier et est porté par cette plaque d'appui et de support (20).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plaque (20) d'appui et de support repose sur l'ensemble de suspension (19) par sa face inférieure qui se trouve en contact avec une pièce intercalaire de friction (36) portée par l'ensemble de suspension (19) sur laquelle il se déplace par glissement-friction, la pièce intercalaire de friction (36) étant portée par l'embase (18) de l'ensemble (19) de suspension.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la première extrémité ou patte (23) d'extrémité est terminée par une fourche montée sur l'axe de pivotement (22).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la deuxième patte (24) d'extrémité est une patte double d'appui dont un au moins de ses éléments (25) ou (26) présente une sous face plane garnie d'une semelle en regard de la zone de portée-friction (37) de la face supérieure de la plaque d'appui et de support (20).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que la zone de friction (37) est garnie d'un insert de friction (38).
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que l'insert de friction (38) présente une forme en cadre et se trouve disposé autour de la base du support d'articulation légèrement en dessous du plan de la face supérieure de la plaque (20) d'appui et de support.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément à sous face plane de la patte double d'extrémité (24) en regard de la face supérieure de la plaque (20) d'appui et de support est garni d'une semelle et arrive en contact de butée avec l'insert de friction (38) de la plaque (20) d'appui et de support et se déplace sur cet insert par glissement-friction.
- Système d'articulation selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des structures wagon successives se terminent chacune par au moins une patte d'extrémité de chaque côté et en ce que se sont elles qui transmettent les forces de poussée provenant du roulage.
