  • the dimensioning of the cutting organ 33 and of the required angle of rotation of the printing cylinder 5 and thus of the pressing roller 18 which are sensed by the angle rotation sensor 35 is such, that the pieceof the piece 34 of foil cut off suits exactly the circumference of the printing cylinder 5. This avoids that a part of the printing cylinder is covered with a double layer of foil, or that a slit developes in the layer of foil. Subsequently, the layer of covering paper can be removed from the foil, and the printing plate can be fixed by means of the method described with the help of fig. 1.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten einer flexiblen Druckplatte (27) mit wenigstens zwei Ausrichtmarkierungen (28) auf einem Druckzylinder (5), wobei die Vorrichtung folgende Teile umfaßt:
    - Mittel (3, 4), die den Druckzylinder (5) abstützen;
    - wenigstens zwei Lichtquellen (13), die in einer Richtung parallel zur Achse des Druckzylinders (5) beweglich sind, um wenigstens zwei Lichtmarkierungen (16) auf den Druckzylinder zu projizieren,
    gekennzeichnet durch:
    - einen Speicher (36) zur Speicherung der koordinaten der Markierungen (28) auf den Druckplatten (27);
    - eine Steuereinheit (14, 15, 16) zur Steuerung der Bewegung der Lichtquellen (13) in Abhängigkeit von den koordinaten der Markierungen (28) auf einer Druckplatte, die im Speicher (36) vorhanden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    gekennzeichnet durch einen Drehwinkelsensor (35), um dem Signalgenerator (36) ein Signal zu liefern, das die Winkelstellung des Druckzylinders (5) angibt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
    gekennzeichnet durch eine Antriebseinheit (18, 25, 26), um den Druckzylinder (5) in Stellungen zu drehen, die von der Steuereinheit (36) bestimmt werden, und zwar in Abhängigkeit von der Nummer der auf dem Druckzylinder (5) zu montierenden Platten (27), von der Größe jener Druckplatten (27) und von der Lage der Markierungen (28) auf den zu montierenden Druckplatten (27).
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Kamera vorgesehen ist, die auf jede Ausrichtmarkierung (16) gerichtet ist, und daß wenigstens ein Monitor vorgesehen ist, der das Bild der Kamera wiedergibt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zwei bewegliche Träger (3, 4) für den Druckzylinder (5), welche beweglichen Träger (3, 4) parallel zur Achse des Druckzylinders (5) beweglich sind, und gekennzeichnet durch eine Andruckwalze (18), die bis in die Nähe des Druckzylinders (5) beweglich ist, und ferner gekennzeichnet durch eine Antriebseinheit (24, 25, 26, 29) für den Druckzylinder (5) und die Antriebswalze (18), die beide gleichzeitig angetrieben werden.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Stange (30), die parallel zur Achse des Druckzylinders (5) verläuft, um eine Aufwickelrolle (31) mit doppelseitiger Klebefolie zu lagern, wobei ein Schneidorgan (33) parallel zu der Welle (30) beweglich und in einem festen Abstand hierzu angeordnet ist, und ferner gekennzeichnet durch einen Drehwinkelsensor (35) zur Messung des Drehwinkels des Druckzylinders (5), und gekennzeichnet durch einen Signalgenerator (36) zur Erzeugung eines Signals, wenn der Drehwinkelsensor (35) einen vorbestimmten Drehwinkel registriert hat, wobei die Anordnung derart ist, daß das Folienstück (34), das durch das Schneidorgan (33) abgeschnitten wird, gleich ist dem Umfang des betreffenden Druckzylinders (5).
