Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Möbeln, das die nachstehenden, aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte aufweist:
    a) Eloxieren wenigstens einer Fläche eines Bandes aus Aluminiumlegierung;
    b) Ausschneiden zweier Platten A und B daraus von im wesentlichen identischer Form;
    c) Beibehalten einer Parallelstellung der beiden Platten zueinander mittels Streben und Anordnung dergestalt, dass ein gemeinsamer Aussenumfang entsteht, wobei die eloxierte Fläche nach aussen weist;
    d) Befestigen eines Profils aus Aluminiumlegierung entlang des gemeinsamen Aussenumfangs, um dergestalt einen Rahmen zu bilden;
    e) Wiederholen der Schritte b - d bis ausreichend viele Bauteile zum Zusammenbau eines Möbelstücks erhalten werden und
    f) Zusammenbau dieser Bauteile zur Herstellung eines Möbelstücks.
  2. Möbel für Wohnungen, Büros, Schulen, etc., die Bauteile aufweisen, welche wenigstens zwei Platten aus Aluminiumlegierung enthalten, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander gehalten werden durch Streben und die dergestalt angeordnet sind, dass sie einen gemeinsamen Aussenumfang bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie vollständig aus Aluminiumlegierung gefertigt sind und aus derartigen miteinander verbundenen Bauteilen bestehen, wobei wenigstens eine der Platten aus Aluminiumlegierung der Bauteile auf einer Fläche eloxiert ist und ein Profilrahmen aus Aluminiumlegierung entlang des Aussenumfangs befestigt ist.
  3. Möbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil U-förmig ist und dass der Rand einer jeden Platte aus Aluminiumlegierung an der Innenfläche eines Flügels des U befestigt ist und dass der Rand einer jeden Platte an der Innenfläche des Grundteils des U anliegt.
  4. Möbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Profilrahmen aus Aluminiumlegierung am Aussenumfang der Platten aus Aluminiumlegierung mittels Klebung befestigt ist.
  5. Bauteile zur Herstellung von Möbeln für Wohnungen, Häuser, Schulen etc. enthaltend wenigstens zwei Platten aus Aluminiumlegierung, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander gehalten werden mittels Streben, wobei sie dergestalt angeordnet sind, dass sie einen gemeinsamen Aussenumfang aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Platten aus Aluminiumlegierung auf einer Fläche eloxiert ist und dass ein Profilrahmen aus Aluminiumlegierung am gemeinsamen Aussenumfang befestigt ist.
